Abstract

为了访问含有专用检索标记的图像序列,要在图像序列中存储相应的检索标记。为此,要在图像序列之后或之中存储预先准备好的、由优选明文构成的码表。在每个检索标记中,除了包含信息项之外,还含有在图像序列中的一幅图像的参照项。通过该项独有的检索标记能保证访问的成功。

Description

图像序列检索标记的存储方法
本发明涉及图像序列检索标记的存储以及借助检索标记访问图像序列的方法。
如今已经将各式各样的音频视频信息(图像序列)做成数字化的形式，存储在各种各样的处所。为了使用这些.音频视频信息，首先需要从中找到感兴趣的数据。
压缩图像数据用的MPEG-标准已为专业人员所熟知。
首先介绍专用名词的定义。图像序列表示彼此有关联的、一系列的图像序列。帧是表示在图像序列中真正的图像序列部分，是根据符合MPEG-或ITU-标准定义的内图像(Intrabild)转换成的。
本发明的任务是提供一种图像序列/帧的检索标记的存储方法，从而能够借助该检索标记访问该图像序列/帧。
此项任务通过权利要求1的特征能够解决。
本方法能够存储图像序列的检索标记，并且能够借助该检索标记访问该图像序列，其中的检索标记是根据该图像序列确定的。检索标记连同图像序列一并存储。只要在该检索标记中含有预先准备好的信息，就能对该图像序列进行访问。
本发明的一种改进方法的特征在于其检索标记是由图像序列中的音频数据和/或视频数据构成的。
本发明的另一种改进方法的特征在于其检索标记本身还含有一个参照项(指针)，从而能够访问图像序列中的一幅图像。
访问可以这样进行，即在图像序列中含有一个参照项的时间偏移量，从而使该图像成为参照的对象。这样就能保证对该图像的访问成功。在参照项中编入该图像的地址，这样就能找到在图像序列中的起点。
在另一种改进方法中能够预先准备好检索标记，将该标记附加在图像序列的一端，或者存储在图像序列之中。准备工作最好是借助于一种符合MPEG-或ITU-标准定义的帧进行，将帧转换为内图像，再用该内图像形成检索标记。采用这种办法就能够使图像序列中的多幅帧各自含有一幅内图像。
另一种改进方法的特征在于将每一幅单幅图像存储在一个数据库之中，这样就能够保证对于该帧进行成功的访问。
另一种从属性的改进的特征在于针对图像序列中的每一幅符合MPEG-或ITU标准定义的对象分别存储各自专用的检索标记。采用这样的办法就能够以该对象为单位在结合部位插入检索标记。
检索标记通过一个可以预先含有的启动码(标题码)可以清楚地识别，也是一种改进。
由于检索标记是连同图像序列一并存储的，所以就能够由这样单幅的图像序列汇集成大规模的图像数据库。反之，总体的参照码表(主要是外部码表)的情况则与此不同，其检索标记以及与其相对应的参照码表却是包括在图像序列之中的，因而就难以做到图像序列的模块结构化(主要是指当其中包括多个图像序列，并且还要将其逐个输送到另外的数据库中去的场合)。
改进方法也可参阅各项从属权利要求。
现借助附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明。
附图如下所示：
图1是一个框图，图中所示，是图像序列检索标记的存储方法和借助检索标记访问图像序列的方法，
图2是将检索标记连同图像序列一并存储的几种不同方法。
图3是一幅简图，绘出检索标记以及该标记所属的、作为图像参照码之用的指针。
在图1的第一步1a中，根据图像序列确定检索标记。为此，要检索出和已知的样本图像完全一致或部分一致的图像。要做到这一步，首先要在样本图像中分析出预先规定的特征，特别是占主要优势的颜色或者是显示的样本形状。将这些标记存储在数据库之中，并且用一个指针在图像序列中指定作为参照对象的图像资料，同时在指定的图像序列检索出样本图像。在第1b中将检索标记连同图像序列一并存储。然后，就能够在第1c步中借助于检索标记在图像序列中进行访问。在此过程中，用预先给定的标记与检索标记与进行对比，如果在图像序列中找到一幅与此相吻合的图像序列，就跳转到该图像序列中通过检索标记指定的图像序列之处。
此时还要注意到的一点是：这还不仅能够指定视频数据，而且同样能够将指针存储在音频数据之中。
图2中所列是将检索标记连同图像序列一并存储的几种不同的方法。
在图2a中所列是包含一个指针H和图像信息BE的图像序列GOP(符合MPEG-标准定义的图像群)。由上向下走向的轴线t适用于图2a至2b中所有的图形。由此可见，这是作为图像序列存储的图像顺序之用的时序。
在图2a中列出了图像序列GOP的检索标记M。检索标记最好是采用明码(ASCII码)码表的易读方式存储。码表长的检索标记可以再经压缩存储。在图像序列的每幅图像中都附加了一个指针PTR，结果，凡是在图像序列中连接着一个检索标记的图像都在图序的开头附加一个检索标记。
在图2a到2d中，都将这样的参照项(指针)绘成箭头PTR。
在图2b中图像序列GOP的后面附加一个检索标记M。其他方面与图2a中的相同。
检索标记M可以，如图2c所示，存储在图像序列GOP的中间。与此相对应，必须在图像信息中的检索标记M上附加一个参照项PTR(在图2c中加在检索标记M上方的那个指针)，或者按图像信息的时序加在检索标记M的后面(在图2c中加在检索标记M下方的那个指针)。
另外，图2d所示是对于按照MPEG-或ITU-标准进行编码的某个目标(音频目标和/或视频目标)，为此，要对目标O1和O2分别添加专用的附加检索标记M31和M32。一个音频视频帧可以含有多个附加检索标记组M1、M2、M31和M32。
图2d中的检索标记组M1和M2是供图像数据BD共用的；而检索标记组M31和M32分别含有检索标记，其指针分别在按照目标O1和O2分开的图像序列的内部指在相应的参照位置上。
图3所示是检索标记码表的结构及其与图像数据之间的关系。图中仍然适用从上向下的垂直时间轴线t。检索标记M设想是采用图像序列GOP的码表形式，其中包括表头H和图像数据BD。在码表中含有多个检索标记SM1和SM2。每一个检索标记各自包括描述组分INFO1和INFO2以及指向图像数据BD的一幅图像的一个参照项(指针：英语pointer)PTR1和PTR2。
如上所述，对于符合MPEG-标准的压缩图像序列可以用码表的方式加以逻辑细分。结果在符合MPEG-标准的图像序列的既定目标中形成规定的检索标记SMi。为了区分两个不同的目标，最好是对于第一个目标采用第二检索标记SM2i对于第二个目标采用另一个检索标记SM(2i+1)，(i＝0，1，2，3，…)。相应的，对于在相同的图像序列中的多个目标使用了不同的检索标记组。

Claims (10)

1.图像序列的检索标记的存储方法，其中，
a)检索标记是根据图像序列确定的，
b)检索标记连同图像序列一并存储；
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，检索标记是由图像序列的音频数据和/或视频数据构成的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法，其中，检索标记含有针对在图像序列中的一幅图像的参照项，以用于目标化的访问。
4.如权利要求1至3之一的方法，其中，图像序列的检索标记是预先准备好的。
5.如权利要求1至3之一的方法，其中，检索标记与图像序列有从属关系。
6.如权利要求1至3之一的方法，其中，检索标记是存储在图像序列之中的。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法，其中，用于一个通过内图像转换成的帧的检索标记备用于根据MPEG-定义的内图像。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法，其中，将每帧存储在一个数据库之中。
9.如上列各项权利要求之一的方法，其中，对于按照图像编码标准的规定在该帧中所含的多个对象分别存储各自专用的检索标记，以供具有图像序列的多个对象之用。
10.如上列各项权利要求之一的方法，其中，检索标记通过一个可以预先含有的启动码(标题码)可以清楚地识别。
