Abstract

显示灯
本创作为一以低电压电池(如汽车内所使用的蓄电池)作为供电来源的显示灯,如申请专利权项第一项所定义。
此类显示灯包含一电缆线,在电缆线的一端连接了装置萤光灯管的灯座,而另一端则连接活动式的电池连接装置。电缆线中有两条导线,这两条导线各自藉由此电池连接装置与电池的正负两极相接。此显示灯还包含萤光灯管,以及一电子高频开关装置。
此类显示灯可减低能量消耗,并提供高发光功效。
水上或陆地的交通工具通常是以低电压电池作为单一的供电来源(通常是12伏特的蓄电池)。在使用这类交通工具时(如汽艇、快艇,或汽车等),必须尽量在特定的发光量要求下,减低其照明设备所消耗的电量。为了增加照明设备使用上的方便性,灯具通常安装在离电池稍远的位置,因此必须藉由长度甚长的电缆线连接灯具与电源。
为了符合此需要,一般所习用的显示灯往往使用省电灯具,例如发光功效高,又可适用于低电压电池的卤素灯。然而,当电缆线的长度增加时,能量的流失将相对地增加。
能量的流失可以藉由使用高承载的导线来克服,然而如此一来却会造成电缆线成本提高,以及笨重不便使用等缺点。一般习用袖珍型的萤光灯管,并在电缆线两端安装开关装置以供给此灯管电源。如果将变流器安装在靠近电池那一端的电缆线,由于开关装置包含了高频的变流器,电缆线中的导线将传出高频率的干扰波。为了隔绝此干扰波,必须将整条电缆线包覆起来,使电缆线变得更笨重,也更昂贵。如果将变流器安装在靠近电灯的一端,则除非电缆导线为高承载导线,否则能量在导线中的流失将加剧。然而如前所述,高承载电缆导线的缺点就是既粗重又昂贵。而这个安装在靠近电灯一端的高频装置同样也会制造高频的干扰波。
本创作的目的在于提供一可以低电压电池为供电来源的电灯,且同时能避免上述的缺点。在独立请求权项中所陈述的本创作的特征,将有助达成以上的目的。
在以下附属请求权项中所陈述的是此显示灯的各元件与构造。
本创作适用于一般市场上可取得的省电灯泡,例如Osram Dulox EL型灯泡。这类灯具包含了一袖珍型的萤光灯管,此灯管直接与一高频开关装置相连,而此开关装置可适用交流电及直流电两种供电类型(110-230伏特)。这个省电灯泡有一传统习用的连接底座(E14),可以与在电缆线一端的可旋式灯座相连。依据本创作的设计,在电池连接装置中包含一变流器,此变流器可以将12伏特的直流电电流转换成110-230伏特的直流电电流,使电缆线可以因此获得230伏特的直流电电流。如此一来,将可以使用较细、较柔软的电缆线,也可以增加电缆线的长度(例如100公尺)而不需担心能量在缆线中流失的问题。位于电池连接装置中的这个变流器将设有屏蔽,因此能产生无干扰波的高频电力传输,而不会影响交通工具中经常使用的收音机设备。同时,在这种情况下便无须为电缆线设置屏蔽装置。能够将12伏特直流电转换为110-230伏特交流电的变流器,可以在相对较高的频率中运作,因此所需的缆线尺寸规格较小。当此变流器以及与其相连的滤波装置的规格缩小时,便能将其装设于电池夹的管状臂杆中。此管状臂杆可形成屏蔽外壳的主体,将变流器与滤波装置包覆其中,并藉以隔绝高频干扰波。此电池夹同时具备散热的功能,可将变流器运作时所产生的热能导离。此外,此臂杆对变流器亦具备保护功能。
综合上述,此创作中的显示灯具有一细长柔软的电缆线,可减少能量在传导过程中的流失。它可以适用于一般市场上常见的具备开关装置的萤光灯管。在电缆线的另一端为连接电池的电池夹,电池夹的臂杆中包覆一变流器,此包覆设计可以保护变流器,并隔绝高频干扰波。由于光源具有高发光功效,此显示灯所需的电量较少,并可适用于低电压电源,例如铅蓄电池、太阳能电池等,可使用的时间便相对地较长。
以下将以附图为例,详细说明此创作的构造特征与功能。
图1为本创作显示灯与电池连接的示意图。
图2为本创作中一电池夹的部分切面图。
图1中所示的显示灯1,包含一由两导线11,12所组成的长电缆线10,电缆线的一端与传统习用的白炽灯泡接头(灯座)14衔接。不过图中所使用的光源是Osram Dulox EL型的省电灯泡20,其中包括袖珍萤光灯管21和与的直接相连的高频开关装置22。此高频开关装置含有传统的螺纹23,可与传统灯座14的螺纹相合(例如E14型螺纹)。
在电缆线10的另一端,导线11与第一电池夹30连接,而导线12则与第二电池夹40相连。图中,第一电池夹与一12伏特电池2的正极相接,而第二电池夹则与电池的负极相接。
如图2所示,第一电池夹30包含了两支臂杆31,32。此两臂杆是以导电材料制成,并在枢轴处33相互固定,藉由一弹簧装置(图中未示)的作用,使臂杆前端311,321互相抵顶,而臂杆尾端312,322则成为可手持的握柄。藉由弹簧的顶持力,在从握柄312,322施力时,可操纵臂杆前端,使电池夹30具夹持功用。臂杆尾端322呈管状,与分离的两片端块323,324共同构成一封闭室17,由于是导电材料而能形成屏蔽作用(screen)。在此封闭室中装设一变流器18。此变流器藉由导线50与臂杆32相连,并接收12伏特电流。此变流器亦同时藉导线51衔接与电池2负极相连的电池夹40。此变流器可将12伏特直流电转换成高频的交流电,并可对转换后的高频交流电进行整流,再输出230伏特的直流电到导线11。导线12则与电池的负极相连。省电灯管20可适用于110-230伏特直流电以及110-230伏特的交流电。由于变流器18是在高频状态中运作(例如40kHz),变流器的体积可缩小并装设于电池夹30中。又由于变流器运作时所产生的热能相当小,使得电池夹30同时具备了散热的功能。
如图2所示,电池夹的握柄312,322由绝缘套330,331所包覆,而电池夹30,40的表面,除了与电池正负极接触的部分裸露外,亦以绝缘材料包覆。

Claims (3)

1、一种以低电压电池作为供电来源的显示灯,其元件包含一电缆线(10),电缆线的一端连接使用萤光灯管(21)的灯座(14),另一端则以导线(11)(12)连接一组电池连接装置(30)(40),用以连接电池的正负极(2);另有一电子高频开关装置(22)直接与萤光灯管相接,可适用交流电及直流电电流;在前述的电池连接装置中包含一组电池夹,其中一支电池夹(13)上,以抗辐射的外壳(322)、(323)、(324)包覆了一个变流器(18),此变流器可将电池所供应的低电压电流转换为直流电主电压;抗辐射的外壳(322)、(323)、(324)是变流器进行高频转换所需的元件,同时亦构成变流器的散热装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的显示灯,其特征在于其中一电池夹的臂杆。
3、如权利要求2所述的显示灯,其特征在于电池夹的臂杆(32)上附有一包覆变流器(18)的管状臂身(322),且此臂身是由特殊材质的外壳(322)、(323)、(324)所覆盖。
