The invention is characterised in that the second access node (AN2) is connected to the first access node (AN1) via a second V5 interface, the connection between the subscriber and the telephone exchange (LE) being set up by cascading the two V5 interfaces; and that, in the event of a failure of the first V5 interface used by the subscriber terminal, a call from the subscriber terminal to an emergency number is connected to a process responsible for emergency communication in a failure situation.
Description
The present invention relates to a kind of method of being set forth in the preamble of claim 1, be used for guaranteeing the especially emergency communication when the V5 interface between telephone exchange and the access node is out of order of cascaded V 5 interface.
V5 interface standard ETS 300 324 and ETS 300 347 have described functional in interface between local switch and the Access Network and each network element.Access Network is the part of local area network (LAN), and local area network (LAN) comprises some subscriber's lines. Therefore, user and subscriber's line can be directly connected to switch (end user), also can be connected to switch by various multiplexers and/or hub.The V5 interface can adopt standard interface to make to belong to physically independently that the user of Access Network is connected to local switch.
Comprise one or more (1-16 bar) PCM (pulse code modulation) circuit as defined dynamic hub interface (V5.2) in ETS 300 347 standard series.Article one, the PCM circuit comprises 32 channels, and each channel all has the transfer rate of 64 kbit/s, promptly is total up to 2048 kbit/s.The V5.2 interface is supported as analog telephone used in the public telephone network, such as digital telephone and other analog or digital terminal equipments based on semifixed connection of ISDN (integrated services digital network) fundamental sum system user circuit.
The PCM circuit that comprises a 2048kbit/s as defined static V5.1 multiplexer interface in ETS 300 347 standard series.Except that the ISDN system line, the V5.1 interface is supported and the same user type of V5.2 interface.
Terminal equipment can be connected to the user port of access node.An access node can have one or more connected V5 interfaces. In the V5.1 interface,, set up user port by address given in the explicit address of each user port and the V5.1 interface is combined. In local switch, this address is set up as V5 user.In other words, each user port all has a clear and definite address, matches with the V5.1 interface IP address in this address, and utilizes a certain time slot (analog subscriber) or some time slot (isdn user) to communicate with this local switch. In the V5.2 interface, same, each user port all has a clear and definite address, but the signaling that is dealt into local switch utilizes the time slot of time slot/some dynamic assignment of a dynamic assignment to realize. This means that BCC (Bearer Channel control) agreement that meets the V5 standard stipulates that these time slots are respectively applied for each calling.
The V5 aims of standardization are to set up open interface used between local switch and the Access Network.Yet, in the Access Network between access node and the user used interface still undefined. Therefore, when the user for example is connected to access node by static hub interface, will bring some problems.Be problematic in that especially having under a plurality of suppliers' the environment, difference is very big each other to be used for concentrating user's various different suppliers' scheme in the Access Network, this means that for the supplier of equipment, the operator may not have enough choices.
The purpose that is used to guarantee the scheme of emergency communication is, even when the V5 interface between access node and the telephone exchange is out of order, the user who also guarantees to establish a connection to this access node is sent to the calling of emergency numbers. The V5.2 standard does not comprise the regulation of especially guaranteeing emergency communication when being out of order under the situation of two V5 interfaces cascade. Therefore, this moment, problem was, when a specific V5 interface was out of order, all communications that certain user is undertaken by this specific V5 interface comprised that emergency communication all can be obstructed.
The objective of the invention is to address the above problem.Specific purposes of the present invention are to disclose a kind of method, even when the V5 interface between access node and the telephone exchange is out of order, this method also can be guaranteed user's emergency call.
As for feature of the present invention, referring to claims.
Be used to guarantee the method for emergency communication in the telecommunication system, this telecommunication system comprises a telephone exchange of stipulating some users therein, an Access Network that is connected to this telephone exchange by a V5 interface, this Access Network comprises one first access node that is connected to this telephone exchange, second access node and a user terminal that is connected to local switch by this Access Network and/or hub.
According to the present invention, second access node is connected to first access node by the 2nd V5 interface, so being connected by the cascade of two V5 interfaces is set up between user and the telephone exchange (LE).In a kind of optimal way, first access node is connected to telephone exchange by the V5.2 interface, and second access node is connected to first access node by the V5.1 interface.
Further according to the present invention, when beginning to carry out call setup when detecting a V5 interface simultaneously and being out of order, the calling that terminal equipment is sent to emergency numbers is connected to used (a V5 interface) of contingency terminal equipment and is out of order and also can be responsible for the processing procedure of emergency communication, and this process can further send emergency call.In a kind of optimal way, this calling that is sent to emergency numbers is a calling that is sent to the telephone number that is pre emergency numbers in telephone exchange. This process of being responsible for carrying out emergency communication under the situation of being out of order is connected to this user terminal and caller that analysis user sent with a dialing tone or equivalent signal. If the predetermined emergency number is pointed in caller, this process will be carried out required connection so.Otherwise, send message or equivalent signal to the user.
In a kind of preferred implementation of the present invention,, a calling this locality that is sent to emergency numbers is connected to the emergent subscriber's line of being set up in first access node by being responsible for the processing procedure of emergency communication. In fact, when setting up a new connection or calling out, in first access node, the situation of the used V5 interface of terminal equipment is monitored, the calling that the user attempts to carry out if this monitoring shows that related V5 interface is out of order is sent to emergency numbers, then a booked call is set up mode activation, in this pattern, connection is local foundation in first access node.
In a kind of preferred implementation of the present invention, under the out of order situation of a V5 interface, the calling that only is sent to emergency numbers just allows to carry out call setup. If failure is set up in normal call, then wait and respond other call attempts by send message, a signal tone to the user.
Below, with reference to the accompanying drawings, utilize several examples of the preferred embodiment for the present invention to describe the present invention, the telecommunication system best for the inventive method has been shown in the accompanying drawing.
