Abstract

一种双层伞,主要由伞面、骨架和伞柄组成,是在原伞面上设置30个以上的孔洞,并在其上面设置一个大于它的,使它们之间能构成空间的第二个伞面;两个伞面的顶端一起连接在伞柄的上端,其下边沿的角一起连接在骨架的下端。本发明在使用时能产生人造风和进一步阻挡阳光的直射温度,从而达到降温的效果,又可以进一步防止紫外线、阳光和雨水的穿透造成对人的危害。

本发明涉及一种伞。
背景技术
目前常用的伞有折叠式和普通长柄式两种。而绝大部分的伞也仅仅只是伞面的材料不同,其总的结构没有什么大的变化,所以只有简单的遮阳和挡雨的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能的效果更好的双层伞。
本发明的目的是采用下述措施实现的:主要由第一层伞面、第二层伞面、骨架和伞柄组成,所述第一层伞面上设置30个以上的孔经为0.5~2cm的孔洞;并在所述第一层伞面上面设置一个大于它的使它们之间能构成空间层的第二层伞面;第二层伞面顶端与第一层伞面顶端一起连接在伞柄的上端,下边沿的角与第一层伞面下边沿的角一起连接在骨架的下端。
所述第二层伞面和第一层伞面间对应的下边沿连接成共同的下边沿。
所述伞面上的孔洞可以多到100-200个,其形状可以为各种形状,其排列可以有规律或无规律。孔洞的孔径为0.5-2cm。伞面一般为8块面料缝制而成,两层伞面面料形状相似或近似,两层面料的对应边之比约9∶8。外层伞面较轻且质地柔软。在双层伞面的下边沿连接成共同的下边沿时,较大的上层伞面靠近下边沿处可逐渐变窄,使双层伞面下边沿相等后再连接成共同的下边沿。伞打开时,内层伞面是撑紧的,外层伞面是浮罩在内层伞面上的。能制成折叠伞和长柄伞。
本发明具有如下优点:(1)在炎热的无风天气下,人走动或转动伞时,可以带动两层伞面上下扇动,使两层伞面间空间层的改变造成空气的流动,从而产生人造风,达到降温的效果;(2)在上层伞面上下扇动时,使两层伞面之间构成了一个空气隔离层,从而进一步阻挡了阳光的直射温度,达到降温的效果;(3)有了双层伞面,可以进一步防止紫外线、阳光和雨水控穿透对人的危害。

具体实施方式
参照图1,双层伞是在普通伞的伞面1的每块面料上开17个有规律的圆孔洞4,孔径为0.6cm,再在伞面1上面加上一个尼龙伞面5。伞面为8块面料缝制在一起构成。伞面5和伞面1每块面料下边的长分别为38cm和34cm。伞面5和伞面1的顶端一起固定连接在伞柄3的上端。伞面5和伞面1下边沿的角一起固定连接在骨架2的下端。

1、一种双层伞,主要由第一层伞面(1)、第二层伞面(5)、骨架(2)和伞柄(3)组成,其特征在于:所述第一层伞面(1)上设置30个以上的孔径为0.5-2cm的孔洞(4);并在所述第一层伞面(1)上面设置一个大于它的使它们之间能构成空间层的第二层伞面(5);第二层伞面(5)顶端与第一层伞面(1)顶端一起连接在伞柄(3)的上端,下边沿的角与第一层伞面(1)下边沿的角一起连接在骨架(2)的下端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双层伞,其特征在于:所述第二层伞面(5)和第一层伞面(1)间对应的下边沿连接成共同的下边沿。
