吸尘器伸缩钢管
本发明涉及真空吸尘器吸尘伸缩管结构,特别涉及控制管子伸缩长短的锁定结构技术领域。
现有真空吸尘器伸缩管五花八门,有塑料的、互插式的……。尽管在使用中各有千秋,总有不尽人意之处。随着人民生活水平的提高,家用电器伴随着外形美观、豪华、内在坚固耐用、操作简单易用的功能,走进千家万户。目前的伸缩管如塑料制造的,由于其材料属性所限,正逐步趋于淘汰,而钢管伸缩管多以移动式开关为主,如申请号为98223202.0的中国专利“吸尘器上的伸缩管”,申请号为98122063.0的中国专利“吸尘器上的可伸缩吸尘管”等等,使用者操作时,有时手上沾有不洁之物,调节管子长短时容易打滑,抗冲击能力欠佳,两管切向容易晃动等缺点。
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用简便轻捷、伸缩管之间锁紧度高、不易切向晃动的吸尘器伸缩钢管。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的。该吸尘器伸缩钢管,包括有套在一起的内外管子,内外管子之间设有伸缩锁定机构,其特征在于锁定结构为内管同轴方向圆周面上压有等距离凹形弹坑的长槽,套在内管外的外管一端扩大成套管状,与内管形成一定距离的内环空间,装入塑料节套,节套内径同内管外径为动配合,并制有一个带弹孔和弹子的与内管长槽相对应的来限制切向转动的长方形凸筋,塑料节套外径的壁上,朝未扩管的一端,对应其套管内管凹槽一边有条长方形的供滑块前后滑动的凹槽,节套外壁凹槽后面套壁上开有孔,对应外管扩大部分也开有孔,并固定有开关基座,开关基座中间开有轴向凹槽,形状与节套前端对应并衔接成为滑槽一部分,按钮一端带有转轴与基座上的转轴孔配合连接,另一端下腹有三角形的斜块,三角尖插入滑块中间的长方形孔中,同时滑块与开关基座上支点之间支有弹簧,最后装饰罩紧扣在开关基座上。
该伸缩管使用,只要用手握住开关部位轻轻一捏,就可以轻松地伸缩管子长短,避免手上沾有异液在开关上容易打滑之忧,使用简便、轻巧,开关组合采用独立榫卯式组合装配,消除产品使用过程中开关容易松动弊病,抗冲击力加强,内管宽而浅的滑槽,槽底点缀均匀分布的弹坑,既增加了整体的美观,又减少了钢管间切向旋转的间隙,所以不易松动旋转。

下面结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述:
如图所示,该吸尘器伸缩钢管由二根套在一起的内外管子组成,内管同轴方向圆周面上压有等距离凹形弹坑8的长槽1,槽底略带与管壁平行的拱型或平底,套在内管外的外管2一端扩大成套管状,和内管形成一定距离的内环空间,装入塑料节套3,节套的内径同内管的外径实现动配合,并带有一个带弹孔15和弹子4的与内管长槽相对应的长方形凸筋13,使节套装入外管扩大过的套管内后,在内管上能自由地轴向滑动,而不能沿内管作切向转动,塑料节套外径的壁上,朝未扩管的一端,对应其套管内壁凸槽一边,有条长方形的凹槽14,用以装入滑块6,使滑块能在槽内滑动,节套外壁凹槽的后面套壁上开有一长方形的孔20,该孔与外管扩大部分所开的带有四个突出的小方块16的长方形孔17所对应,开关基座5底部制有凸筋11,开关基座轴向两侧壁开有与四个突出小方块的外管长方形孔所对应的凹槽18和侧槽19,开关基座嵌入外管与节套中,向未扩管端移动,外管部分的四个小方块即嵌入基座上轴向的缝中,管壁上余下的小长方孔用月弧形方块7塞入,将整个开关基座、节套、外管紧固在一起,开关基座中间开有轴向的凹槽21,形状与节套前端对应衔接,成为滑槽一部分,按钮9的一端带有转轴22与基座上的转轴孔23配合连接,另一端下腹有三角形的斜块24,可沿转轴为中心作扇形转动,三角尖插入滑块中间的长方孔中,推动滑块向后运动,滑块与开关基座上支点之间支有弹簧25,并且开关基座两侧开有与装饰罩两侧板相扣的咬勾12,然后装饰罩10紧扣开关基座上。
其工作原理过程如下:用手按下按钮,三角形斜块绕轴往下摆动,楔入滑块的长方形孔内,由于斜面及杠杆的作用,使滑块沿着槽向后移动,此时弹孔里的弹子由于去除了滑块的束缚,在钢管移动时,能自动地跳出弹坑,内外钢管相互间自由移动。而当手指离开按钮时,弹簧克服阻力,把滑块顶向前方,由于前端圆弧斜面,迫使弹子落进弹孔内,滑块继续向前,直至滑块底部平面移到弹子顶端,滑块在外管和节套所形成的方孔里,滑块间隙很小,当外力迫使内外钢管轴向移动时,作用于钢管上方迫使弹子往外跳,但因滑块的阻挡,弹子无法相对移动,所以钢管之间就紧紧地锁住了。

Claims (4)

1.一种吸尘器伸缩钢管,包括有套在一起的内外管子,内外管子之间设有伸缩锁定机构,其特征在于伸缩锁定结构为:
内管同轴方向圆周面上压有等距离凹形弹坑(8)的长槽(1),套在内管外的外管(2)一端扩大成套管状,与内管形成一定距离的内环空间,装入塑料节套(3),节套内径同内管外径为动配合,并制有一个带弹孔和弹子的与内管长槽相对应的来限制切向转动的长方形凸筋(13),塑料节套外径的壁上,朝未扩管的一端,对应其套管内管凸槽一边有条长方形的供滑块(6)前后滑动的凹槽(14),节套外壁凹槽后面套壁上开有孔(20),对应外管扩大部分也开有孔(17),并固定有开关基座,开关基座中间开有轴向凹槽(21),形状与节套前端对应并衔接成为滑槽一部分,按钮一端带有转轴(22)与基座上的转轴孔(23)配合连接,另一端下腹有三角形的斜块(24),三角尖插入滑块中间的长方形孔中,同时滑块与开关基座上支点之间支有弹簧(25),最后装饰罩紧扣在开关基座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸尘器伸缩钢管,其特征在于所述节套外壁凹槽后面的套壁上开的孔(20)为长方形,与外管扩大部分所开的带有四个突出的小方块的长方形孔(17)所对应,开关基座轴向两侧壁开有与四个突出小方块的外管长方形孔所对应的凹槽(18),开关基座嵌入外管与节套中,向未扩管端移动,外管部分的四个小方块即嵌入基座上轴向的缝中,管壁上余下的小长方孔用月弧形方块(7)塞入;将整个开关基座、节套、外管紧固在一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸尘器伸缩钢管,其特征在于所述长槽(1)其底部做成平底或拱型底。
4.如权利要求1所述的吸尘器伸缩钢管,其特征在于所述开关基座两侧开有与装饰罩两侧板相扣的咬勾(12)。
