Abstract

炸药力驱动的安装装置,具有一个带一个内孔(2)的导向圆筒(1),在其中可轴向移动地设置一个推动活塞(3),还具有一个通过连接通道(4)和内孔(2)相连的药仓(5)。连接通道(4)的朝向药仓(5)的开口(9)具有一个尖锐边缘形的第一周向段(10)和一个带一半径的第二周向段(11)。第一周向段(10)在引燃时将一个插在药仓(5)中的薄板药筒的薄板撕开。第二周向段(11)阻止薄板的撕开并且使被撕破的伸进连接通道(4)中的薄板部分不进入到导向圆筒(1)的内孔(2)中。

Description

炸药力驱动的安装装置
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的炸药力驱动的安装装置。
从DE-OS 14 78 837中公开了一种安装装置的导向圆筒,它有一个内孔和一个药仓。在内孔中可轴向移动地设有一个驱动活塞。逆向于安装方向在内孔上连接有一个药仓,在其中填充有带有一个例如是粉状的推进药包的炸药。在药仓和内孔之内延伸有一个柱形的连接通道,其直径小于药仓的直径。连接通道具有一个朝向药仓的开口,它在药仓的方向扩展。该开口用一个环形的形状构成。
在此已知的安装装置中不可能使用薄板药筒,因为薄板药筒在点燃推进药包时球形扩张进连接通道中并且随后无限制地爆开。对此余下的薄板进入到引导圆筒内孔中并且使其受到污染,从而影响另一个顺序中的安装装置的功能。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种炸药力推动的安装装置,由此在薄板药筒中的推进药包可以被简单而可靠地点燃并且不会影响该安装装置的功能。
该目的是通过这样一种炸药力推动的安装装置来实现的,它具有权利要求1所述的特征。
在该薄板药筒中建立起一个用于完全燃烧推进药包的必要的压力之后,借助于第一尖锐边缘的周向段通过撕裂和脱开将薄板药筒安放到一个精确确定的位置。按本发明的第二周向段反作用于薄板的撕裂并且用于使伸入连接通道的那个薄板段可靠地留在薄板的其余部分上并且不会进入到导向圆筒的内孔中。
为了使由点燃的炸药产生的推进力无阻碍地通过连接通道进入到导向圆筒的内孔中,以及使在被撕开或者脱开的薄板段及薄板的其余部分之间有尽可能大的连接区域,该第二周向段最好至多通过开口的整个圆周的一半部分延伸。
为提供伸进连接通道中且有两个大致互相平行延伸的侧向边缘和一个半圆柱的端部区域的舌状的薄板段,开口的第一周向段宜基本上设计为U形,而第二周向段则设计为直线形。
为了能经济地生产制造连接通道最好使其在安装方向连接在开口的部分具有一个不同于圆形的横截面。
下面借助于一个/多个附图对本发明的一个/多个实施例进行进一步的阐述,附图中:
图1是带有一个相连的连接通道的按照本发明的药仓;
图2是按照图1的药仓以及连接通道的俯视图。
在图1和2中所示的药仓5逆安装方向连接在一个导向圆筒1的内孔2上,在该内孔2中可轴向移动地设置一个驱动活塞3。在内孔2和药仓5之间延伸有一个连接通道4,它具有一个不同于圆形的横截面。该连接通道4具有一个对着药仓5的开口9,它由两个周向段10,11拼合而成。一第一周向段10形成为尖锐边缘状,而一第二周向段11则具有一个例如在0.5~4mm之间的半径。该第一尖锐边缘状的周向段10和与其相连的连接通道4的壁大致构成U形。而具有一半径的第二周向段11和与其相连的连接通道4的壁则为直线形。如图2的实施例所示,该第一周向段10相应于例如2倍的第二周向段11。
一个薄板药筒12位于药仓5中,该药筒填充有粉状的推进药包13。借助两个电极7,8在其之间形成电弧来点燃推进药包,该电极7,8和未示出的电源相连并且电流流经电极7,8。该两个电极7,8和一个未进一步细述的安装装置的壳体6固定相连并且穿透薄板药筒12的底部。所述的底部和薄板药筒的接纳推进药包13的区域15一样由一个薄壁形的薄板构成。
与所述的底部相对并且设置在连接通道4的开口9的区域中的薄板药筒12的部分沿着该第一个、尖锐边缘形的周向段10撕开并且舌状的薄板的其余部分14通过具有一个半径的第二周向段11伸进连接通道4。

Claims (4)

1.炸药力驱动的安装装置,具有一个带一个内孔(2)的导向圆筒(1),在其中可轴向移动地设置一个推动活塞(3),还具有一个和导向圆筒(1)相连的药仓(5),其净宽(W)在安装方向减小,还具有一个将药仓(5)和内孔(2)相连的连接通道(4),其特征在于:所述的连接通道(4)的朝向药仓(5)的开口(9)具有一个尖锐边缘形的第一周向段(10)和一个具有一半径的第二周向段(11)。
2.按权利要求1所述的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的第二周向段(11)至多通过开口(9)的整个周向的一半延伸。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的安装装置,其特征在于:第一周向段(10)基本上设计为U形,第二周向段则设计为直线形。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的连接通道(4)的在安装方向和开口(9)相连的部分具有一个不同于圆形的横截面。
