Abstract

一种梁与柱的封板结构,是在梁或柱的封板侧端固定有导轨,该导轨内穿置有滑块,使该滑块在导轨内适度滑移,而该封板是将其一端延伸锁固在滑块上,使该封板得以完全罩盖在梁或柱上,增进建筑物墙面的整体美观,并随该滑块在导轨内适度滑移,可防止因地震造成建筑物的梁或柱层间变位所产生墙面的龟裂与破坏。

Description

梁与柱的封板结构
本发明是关于一种梁与柱的封板结构,特别是关于一种有效防止因地震造成建筑物梁与柱层间变位产生的墙面龟裂或破坏、增加建筑物墙面美观的封板结构。
就建筑物梁或柱的封板结构而言,其经常会受到地震影响,而使建筑物的梁或柱产生层间变位,造成墙面的龟裂或破坏。此层间变位的幅度,大约为H/250~H/150(H=楼层柱体高度);即一般高约三公尺的楼层,会产生1~2公分的层间变位现象,造成建筑物的墙面封板毁损。
而常用的梁与柱的封板结构如图6、图7所示,是将封板3固定在梁体2或柱体1的一端,并保持该封板3与梁体2或柱体1的端面平整,而后在其接缝处填矽立康或其它弹性体6封合,以完成该常用的封板结构。
就上述的常用封板结构而言,其封板3是与立柱11、柱体1直接结合,其对于因地震所造成的建筑物梁柱层间变位产生的墙面龟裂破坏,难以达到防护效果;且填矽立康或其它弹性体6处并无法得到与封板3同样的表面,而会产生极为明显的接缝线,破坏建筑物的整体美感。另封板3与立柱11、梁体2即使未曾直接结合,填矽立康或其它弹性体6处仍无法得到与封板3同样的表面,而会产生极为明显的接缝线,破坏建筑物整体美感的缺陷。
由此可见,上述常用物品仍有诸多缺陷,实非一良善的设计,而亟待加以改良。本案发明人鉴于上述常用的封板改良结构所衍生的各项缺点,乃亟思加以改良创新,并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后,终于成功研发完成本件关于梁与柱的封板结构。
本发明的目的是提供一种梁与柱的封板结构,是将封板延伸并完全覆盖在梁与柱的表面上,使其得到美观的整体结构。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种梁与柱的封板结构,其封板与梁、柱之间以导轨与滑块固定结合,有效防止因地震造成建筑物梁或柱的层间变位所产生的墙面龟裂或破坏。
本发明是在梁或柱的封板侧端固定有导轨,该导轨内穿置有滑块,使该滑块得在导轨内适度滑移,并将封板延伸锁固在该滑块上,使该封板得以稳定固定在梁或柱的导轨滑块上,由于滑块的适度滑移,而能防止因地震造成建筑物梁或柱的层间变位所产生的墙面龟裂或破坏。
本发明可使该封板得以完全罩盖在梁或柱上,增进建筑物墙面的整体美观,并随该滑块在导轨内适度滑移,可防止因地震造成建筑物的梁或柱层间变位所产生墙面的龟裂与破坏。

本发明的较佳实施方式:请参阅图1至图4,本发明所提供的封板改良结构,是在一柱体1的封板3侧端设置有导轨4,该导轨4以钉子40固定在柱体1上,导轨4内部穿入或插置有滑块5,使该滑块5能稳定置放在导轨4内部并适度滑动,而封板3一端则延伸至导轨4外部,并以螺丝30锁固在滑块5上,使该封板3得随着滑块5适度滑动,以防止因地震造成建筑物梁或柱的层间变位所产生的墙面龟裂或破坏,并在该封板3最末端可填矽立康或其它弹性体6封合,使该封板3得完整罩盖在该柱体1外部,且能于端点施打矽立康或其它弹性体6,隐没该端点施打处,达到整体美观的目的。
请参阅图5所示,本发明亦可应用在梁体2结构,即该梁体2的封板3侧端固定有导轨4,导轨4内部穿置有滑块5,并将封板3一端延伸固定在该滑块5上,以期防止因地震造成建筑物梁或柱的层间变位所产生的墙面龟裂或破坏,以及提高整体美观。

1.一种梁与柱的封板结构,其特征在于:梁或柱的封板(3)侧端固定有导轨(4),该导轨(4)内穿置有滑块(5),使该滑块(5)得在导轨(4)内适度滑移,并将封板(3)延伸锁固在该滑块(5)上,使该封板(3)得以稳定固定在梁或柱的导轨滑块上。
