Abstract
The present invention discloses a weak-alkaline circulation water treating and anti-corrosion method for a static wire stick of a water-cooling generator. A bed layer has the structure that the bed layer comprises an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer comprises Na or K type strong-acidicity cation-exchange resin and H type strong-acidicity cation-exchange resin which are connected in parallel, and the lower layer directly comprises OH type strong-alkaline anion-exchange resin. Various kinds of resin in a weak-alkaline circulation treating device have the following proportion: 1 wt% of Na or K type cation-exchange resin, 4 wt% to 8 wt% of H type cation-exchange resin and 10 wt% to 18 wt% of OH type anion-exchange resin. The method uses the unique structure of the ion-exchange resin bed layer to make internal cooling water of a generator contain a small amount of sodium hydrate or potassium hydroxide after ion exchange is carried out so that water quality is regulated, and the corrosion of the static wire stick of the generator is effectively decelerated; the weak-alkaline circulation water treating and anti-corrosion method has no need of adding any medicament and has no use of water replacement and water replenishing so as to avoid the combination of copper ions and the added medicament to generate sediment, ensure the safe operation of the generator and generate good social and economic benefit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an anticorrosion method for a water-cooled generator stator bar, in particular to a method for anticorrosion of the water-cooled generator stator bar in a micro-alkaline circulating water treatment mode.
Background
The technique for treating the weakly alkaline circulating water in the generator is developed according to the latest power industry standard DL/T801-2002 'cooling water quality and system technical requirements in large generators' and twenty-five key requirements for preventing power production major accidents of national power companies on the basis of the design and operation experience of the cooling water system in large generators at home and abroad, aiming at the problems of low water quality qualification rate, serious corrosion of copper wire rods and large potential safety hazard existing in the cooling water system in the large generators at home in recent years. The technology has the characteristics of good water quality, stable operation, long operation period, simple operation, no need of adding chemicals, no need of changing water and the like, and can fundamentally ensure the quality of the internal cooling water and the safe and economic operation of the generator.
At present, the internal cooling water treatment technical method for preventing the corrosion and scaling of the copper wire rod of the generator at home and abroad mainly comprises the following steps: a bypass small mixed bed exchange treatment method, a copper corrosion inhibitor adding method, a frequent water changing method and the like. Because of the respective technical defects of the methods, the quality of the internal cooling water is difficult to stabilize in the required range, and the method is not favorable for the safe and economic operation of the generator. In part of power plants, the situation of generator copper wire rod burnout, trip or load reduction operation occurs due to unsatisfactory quality of internal cooling water.
Adding a copper corrosion inhibitor: namely, a copper corrosion inhibitor and an alkalizer are added into the internal cold water periodically to reduce the corrosion of a wire rod. The method has the problems of unstable water quality, high copper content, easy complex deposition of corrosion inhibitor and copper ions and the like. However, most domestic power plants still adopt the technology. Bypass small mixed bed exchange treatment method: the cold water in the part is treated by a small mixing bed to reduce the conductivity and the copper content in the water. When the method is used for treatment, the inner cooling water is weakly acidic, the corrosion of the copper wire rod is serious, and the operation period of the small mixed bed is short. The invention aims to: the defects of the prior art are overcome, the corrosion prevention method of the stator bar of the water-cooled generator adopting the micro-alkaline circulating water treatment mode is provided, no medicament is required to be added, the water quality meets the requirements of high pH value, low conductivity and low copper content, and the aims of slowing down the corrosion of the bar, prolonging the service life of the generator and guaranteeing the safe operation are fulfilled.
The invention is realized by the following scheme: the small mixed bed originally designed and equipped for the internal cooling water system is internally reformed into a micro-alkaline circulating processor, and the bed layer structure of the original mixed bed mixed by H type strong acid cation exchange resin and OH type strong alkaline anion exchange resin is changed into: the composite material consists of an upper layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer is formed by connecting Na or K type strong acid cation exchange resin and H type strong acid cation exchange resin in parallel, and the lower layer is directly formed by OH type strong base anion exchange resin.
The proportion of each resin in the alkalescent circulating processor is as follows according to weight: na or K type positive resin, H type positive resin and OH type negative resin are 1: 4-8: 10-18.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2, the method of the present invention comprises: the inner cold water is continuously treated by a alkalescent circulating processor. The working principle of the invention is as follows: the ion exchange mode is adopted to continuously treat partial cold water in the generator so as to adjust the quality of the cold water in the generator, so that the water quality meets the requirements of high pH value, low conductivity, low copper content and low impurity content.
