Abstract
本发明涉及用于钻孔和/或凿孔机的工具卡头,它有一个至少带一个通孔(12)的安装套筒(1)和一个可以逆加工方向克服弹簧(8)的力移动的操纵套筒(7),至少一个可绕垂直于安装套筒(1)纵轴线定向的回转轴线(S)摆动的锁紧件(6)与操纵套筒(7)处于连接状态。与操纵套筒(7)处于连接状态的锁紧件(6),在工具卡头的锁紧位置与围绕着锁紧件(6)的导环(5)配合作用并穿过通孔(12)部分地伸入安装套筒(1)的内部净宽中。
Description
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分所述的工具卡头。
由例如DE 29612795 U1已知所述类型的工具卡头。工具卡头的安装套筒有一个通孔,它平行于安装套筒纵轴线延伸的长度,与锁紧件平行于它测量的长度大小基本相同。为了在将工具置入工具卡头时或将工具从工具卡头取出时锁紧件能无阻碍地从安装孔的内部净宽中摆出,沿径向支承锁紧件的导环无论在工具置入时还是工具取出时都必须逆加工方向移入一个释放锁紧件的位置。为实现这一点要借助可在钻孔和/或凿孔机外部抓握并可逆加工方向移动的操纵套筒,导环装在此操纵套筒内。
因为操纵套筒通过导环支承在一压力弹簧上,所以在每次移动操纵套筒时要由操作人员逆加工方向施加一个力,在频繁更换工具的情况下这将使操作人员非常消耗体力和引起疲劳。
本发明的目的是创造一种工具卡头,工具可以在不用操作操纵套筒的情况下置入,以及在这种工具卡头中操纵套筒用小的力便可移到锁紧件释放工具的位置。
此目的通过一种具有权利要求1特征部分所述特征的工具卡头达到。
在按本发明的工具卡头中,锁紧件可在通孔内平行于安装套筒的纵轴线移动。与操纵套筒连接的锁紧件例如在将工具从工具卡头取出时与操纵套筒一起逆加工方向移动。因此,锁紧件从导环的作用区到达解锁位置,并在此位置可绕垂直于安装套筒纵轴线定向的回转轴线有限地向外摆动,所以锁紧件不再伸入安装孔的内部净宽中或不再插入工具的纵槽内。
为了锁紧装入工具卡头内的工具和为了沿径向支承锁紧件,锁紧件最好有一个插入通孔内的锁紧部分和有一个逆加工方向与锁紧部分相连并与操纵套筒处于连接状态的止挡部分。
为了在将工具置入工具卡头内时锁紧件能逆加工方向移入解锁位置,最好令锁紧部分平行于安装套筒纵轴线延伸的最大长度小于通孔平行于安装套筒纵轴线延伸的长度。锁紧部分的这一长度合乎目的的是等于通孔长度的0.3至0.8倍。
为了防止在机器空击(Leerschlaegen)时锁紧件和工具纵槽朝加工方向的端部受到某种损伤,导环最好沿加工方向支承在例如环形的弹性减震件上。冲击机构通过插入的工具沿加工方向作用在锁紧件上的轴向冲击借助于此弹性减震件减震。
为了使装入工具卡头内的工具能快速和方便地相对于工具卡头定向,在工具上最好设有两个沿直径彼此相对的纵槽(21)。
下面借助于描述实施例的附图进一步说明本发明。
图中所画处于锁紧位置的工具卡头是未进一步表示的凿孔机的一部分,它有一带中央安装孔11的安装套筒1,钻孔或凿孔工具2的插入端伸入安装孔内。安装套筒1设有两个沿直径彼此相对的通孔12,它们平行于安装套筒1的纵轴线延伸。安装套筒1被止挡环3和逆加工方向邻接在止挡环3上的弹性减震环4以及导环5所围绕。止挡环3至少沿加工方向轴向固定地设置。导环5与两个沿径向彼此相对的锁紧件6配合作用,并借助于沿径向面朝里的止挡面51将锁紧件6保持在锁紧位置,在此位置锁紧件穿过安装套筒1的通孔12并插入工具2上两个沿径向彼此相对沿轴向封闭的纵槽21内。每个锁紧件6由一个在加工侧具有长度L1的锁紧部分61和一个与之相连的止挡部分62组成。因为锁紧部分61的长度L1小于工具2中沿轴向封闭的纵槽21的长度,所以锁紧部分61可以在工具卡头的锁紧位置沿轴向有限移动。锁紧部分61的长度L1大约等于通孔12长度L2的0.5倍。
每个锁紧件6与一个逆加工方向与之相邻的操纵套筒7处于连接状态,并可绕垂直于安装套筒1的纵轴线定向的回转轴线S相对于操纵套筒7摇摆。为了能将锁紧件6从导环5止挡面51的作用区移到解锁位置,操纵套筒7可克服弹簧8的力逆加工方向移动。
在安装套筒1加工侧的端部,一个经由止挡环3、减震环4、导环5和锁紧件6延伸的护套9借助于两个止动环13相对于安装套筒1沿轴向固定。
在工具2置入工具卡头时,锁紧件6和操纵套筒7被插入端逆加工方向从导环5的作用区推开,以便将锁紧件6摆入解锁位置并能继续推入工具2。一旦锁紧件6与沿轴向封闭的纵槽21重叠,弹簧加载的操纵套筒7便将锁紧件6朝导环5方向压。此导环5和锁紧件6有互相配合作用的斜的导向面52、63,它们促使锁紧件6准确地沿径向移入锁紧位置。因此可以在无需操作操纵套筒7的情况下将工具2装入工具卡头内。
Claims (6)
1.钻孔和/或凿孔机的工具卡头,有一个用于安装工具(2)至少有一个通孔(12)的安装套筒(1)、有一个围绕着安装套筒(1)可逆加工方向克服弹簧(8)的力移动的操纵套筒(7)、有至少一个可绕垂直于安装套筒(1)纵轴线定向的回转轴线(S)摇摆的锁紧件(6),锁紧件(6)至少部分穿过通孔(12)并在锁紧位置伸入安装套筒(1)的内部净宽中、有一个围绕安装套筒(1)的导环(5),在锁紧位置它与至少部分锁紧件(6)啮合并因而防止锁紧件(6)摇摆到解锁位置,其特征为:锁紧件(6)可摇摆地与操纵套筒(7)连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的工具卡头,其特征为:锁紧件(6)有一个插入通孔(12)内的锁紧部分(61)和有一个逆加工方向与锁紧部分(61)相连并与操纵套筒(7)处于连接的连接部分(62)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的工具卡头,其特征为:锁紧部分(61)平行于安装套筒(1)纵轴线延伸的最大长度(L1),小于通孔(12)平行于安装套筒(1)纵轴线延伸的长度(L2)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的工具卡头,其特征为:锁紧部分(61)的长度(L1)等于通孔(12)长度(L2)的0.3至0.8倍。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的工具卡头,其特征为:导环(5)沿加工方向支承在弹性的减震件(4)上。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的工具卡头,其特征为:设有两个沿直径彼此相对的锁紧件(6)。
