Abstract

克雷—导电水泥是一种接地降阻材料。该材料由石墨、普通水泥、活性膨润土、硫酸铜和丙烯酰胺等成分按一定比例配置而成。该材料可将原接地电阻降低10—4倍,降阻系数为0.1—0.25,电阻率ρ< 2Ω·M(20℃),工频接地电阻的降低率大于三倍,冲击接地电阻的降低率大于三倍以上,无毒、无腐蚀性,力学特性相当于C20-C30水泥砂浆。它使接地工程变得简单易行,实用技术效果明显。

Description

克雷-导电水泥
克雷-导电水泥是一种接地降阻材料。适用于电力、电力设施及建(构)筑物等所有防雷保护及防静电工程,也可做为防雷、防静电接地工程的检修或替代材料。
该水泥具有良好的、持久稳定的降阻能力和抗腐蚀能力。
使用该水泥制成的接地装置,与常规设计的接地装置相比,可使接地网做得很小,可节省开挖土石方量,占地少,用料省,施工方便,使用寿命长,从而大大降低了工程造价。
当雷击建(构)筑物或其它设施时,雷电流将从接地引下线连通接地装置泻入地下。由于接地电阻的存在,将产生一个反击电压。反击电压的高低直接影响着强电和弱电设备的安全。因此,对不同的设施,要求不同的接地电阻,以保证电气设备的安全。为满足接地要求,常规的接地装置需要很庞大的水平和垂直接地组成接地网,因而需要占用很大的接地场地和大量金属材料埋入地下,造成极大的土石方开挖量和青苗赔偿费用,施工难度大,费用高,有时还很难达到所要求的电阻值。特别是在岩石和高电阻率土壤地区,上述情况尤为突出。
80年代曾采用一般的降阻剂降低接地电阻,虽然有降低接地电阻的效果,但对接地体的腐蚀很严重,往往一两年后,就很难达到降阻效果,逐渐被淘汰。
本发明所提供的降阻材料是针对上述情况研制成功的,它使接地工程变得简单易行,并且达到完美的使用效果。
主要技术特征:
1.一般情况下,本材料能将原接地电阻降低10-4倍,其降阻系数为0.1-0.25,土壤电阻率越高,效果越好;
2.电阻率:ρ<2Ω·M(20℃);
3.灰黑色固体粉剂;
4.主要物理化学性质:PH值6-12,无毒、无腐蚀性,不溶解于水;
5.工频接地电阻的降低率大于三倍,冲击接地电阻的降低率大于三倍以上;
6.力学特性:相当于C20-C30水泥砂浆。
7.成份、含量及各组分的变化范围为:
石墨  46%(误差范围:±2%)
水泥 42%(误差范围:±2.5%)
活性膨润土  5%(误差范围:±2%)
硫酸铜  5%(误差范围:±1%)
丙烯酰胺  2%(误差范围:±1%)
应用范围和使用方法:
本材料的应用范围主要是防雷防静电工程接地装置的制做。
例如:
发电厂、变电站、输电线路、广播电视台站、电信、微波塔台等的防雷接地;
高层建(构)筑物、大型公共设施、化工厂、油库及军火库的防雷接地;
计算中心、控制中心、分析测试中心及各种大型精密仪器的专用保护接地;
电子、医疗及各种超静、屏蔽场所和弱电设备的防静电接地;
贵重家用电器的防雷及保护接地;
广播电视、电讯等弱电设备机房需要防止感应电压的维护结构的防护抹面材料。
本材料的使用方法如图1所示。施工时将所需量的接地降阻导电水泥与适量的清洁水(导电水泥与水之比约为1.0KG/0.7-0.8L)混合。搅拌至塑性状态后,尽快灌注入坑(槽)或孔内,使接地网的水平或垂直接地的金属接地极被降阻材料全部且牢牢地包裹和紧密接触,待基本凝固后(约6-8小时),小心地覆盖回填土。24小时以后可以夯实回填土。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有导电性能的水泥,其特征在于:该种水泥是由石墨、普通水泥、活性膨润土、硫酸铜和丙烯酰胺等成份组成的;
2.如权利要求项1所述,该种导电水泥的组成成份比例是:石墨46%(误差范围:±2%);水泥42%(误差范围:±2.5%);活性膨润土5%(误差范围:±2%);硫酸铜5%(误差范围:±1%);丙烯酰胺2%(误差范围:±1%)。
