Abstract

本发明涉及一种添加蒸汽过程蒸汽干气比值测定技术,由多个传感器和智能二次仪表组成。可测定添加蒸汽后蒸汽和干气的比值。本发明的优点是,滞后小,可无间断测量,复现性好,易于构成控制系统。

Description

添加蒸汽过程蒸汽和干气比值测定仪
本发明涉及一种由微型计算机组成的可以连续测量添加蒸气过程蒸汽和干气比值的系统。
气体添加蒸汽是化工生产常见的过程,添加蒸气后蒸汽和干气的比值是此过程的一个主要的工艺参数,具有降低能耗,稳定操作的作用。目前,汽气比值的测量方法有冷凝法和流量法。冷凝法只能间断地测量汽气比值,流量法不能满足汽气比值大范围变化时整个过程汽气比测量的需要。也有针对特定生产过程测量蒸汽和干基气比值的方法,如专利92110757和专利95120000.9,其应用依赖于特定的流程。
本发明的任务是针对上述不足提出一种基于能量衡算方法的汽气比值测量方法和装置以满足添加蒸汽过程测量汽气比值的需要。
实现本发明任务的办法是:采用微型计算机的教据采集,处理及数模,模数转换以及温度、压力变送等现有技术结合本发明的系统和方法来完成对汽气比值的自动连续测量,可用于现有的添加蒸汽过程的汽气比值测量。本发明的原理如下:

Tg-添加蒸汽前气体温度(2),℃;
Pm-混合气中蒸汽分压(3),MPa;
Pmi-添加蒸汽后各组分气体分压(∑Pmi=Pm),MPa;
Pg-添加蒸汽前气体压力(1),MPa;
Pgi-添加蒸汽前各组分气体分压(∑Pgi=Pg),MPa;
Tm-混合气温度(4),℃;
Ph-蒸汽压力(5)(绝压),MPa
Th-蒸汽温度(6),℃;联立方程(1),(2),(3),(4)求解x。则汽气比值为:

如添加蒸汽前气体的汽气比值为R0,则有:

下面分别以以天燃气为原料的合成氨厂天燃气转化炉添加蒸汽过程汽气比值测定和煤为原料的合成氨厂半水煤气变换工段变换炉添加蒸汽过程汽气比值测定为实施例说明本发明的原理和方法。实施例一:
在天燃气转换炉内发生下述反应:
    ΔH=205.99KJ/MOL
     ΔH=-41.19KJ/MOL从能耗考虑应采用较低的汽气比值,但在汽比值过低时析碳副反应发生。开车时一般先导入蒸汽然后逐步加入天然气,即汽气比值在∞到几的范围内变化。测量范围要求从0.1到999。流量测量法难以在如此大的范围内满足测量要求。本发明采用热量衡算法测量,可在上述范围满足汽气比测量要求。
本发明的装置由传感器组和智能二次仪表组成。传感器组如附图3所示:予热后的干天燃气经过天燃气主管道其上装有温度传感器(2),过热蒸汽经蒸汽管道其上装有压力传感器(5)和温度传感器(6)在进入转换炉之前和干天燃气混合,混合后的天燃气混合气经装有压力传感器(3)和温度传感器(4)的管道进入转换炉。各传感器信号经电缆传入由信号调理电路,模/数转换电路,微机,显示电路,输出电路组成的二次仪表,形成汽气比值测量系统可和阀门组成汽气比值控制系统。
智能二次仪表原理框图如图1所示,整机由信号调理电路,数据采集模/数转换电路,微机系统,显示电路,开关电源等部分组成。由一次元件来的温度和压力和在干气成份变化时由自动成份分析来的信号经输入通道进入信号经信号调理电路(7)补偿,滤波,放大,数据采集模/数转换电路(8)进入微机系统(9)进行滤波,转换,经数学模型计算得汽气比值,其数字量形式由LED数码管(10)显示,其模拟量形式经由D/A及转换电路(12)输出。天燃气添加蒸汽过程在按固定比例返氢时干天燃气成份发生变化,本仪表设置有返氢比例设定键组(11)功能。
本仪表的工作过程如下:
由测温传感器(2)、(4)、(6)和(1)、(3)、(5)测得的各管道上的温度信号和压力信号经电缆传输至信号调理电路(7),再经A/D转换电路(8)转换为相应的数字信号,在微机(9)内由公式(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)和(5)计算汽气比值。在蒸汽添加量不是很大或气体的比热容随压力变化不明显时(1)、(2)分别简化成下式:tm ∫ C ( t ) dt = 18 * x ( ΔHh - ΔHm ) . . . . . . . . . . . ( 1 a ) tgC(t)=∑YiCi(t)……(2a)可略去添加蒸气前气体压力测量点(1)。汽气比值由数码管(10)显示。当添加蒸气前气体管道内气体组份Yi发生变化时按下返氢按键(11),因返氢比例基本固定,所以按新的气体组分计算c(p,t)即可。更一般的情况应接气体成分自动分析仪(13)以测得的气体组分Yi代入(2a)。实施例二。
以煤为原料的合成氨厂有饱和塔的变换工段添加蒸汽过程中添加蒸汽前的气体含有汽气比值R0且有: R 0 = P H 20 · D / Z Pg - P H 20 · D / Z - - - - - - ( 7 )                          PH2O=f(Tg)……(8)其中    Pg——添加蒸汽前变换系统压力(绝压);
    PH2O——Tm下饱和蒸汽压(绝压);
    Tm——添加蒸汽后半水煤气混合气温度;
    D——饱和度;
    Z——水蒸汽压缩因子;硬件可于实施例一通用,在微机(9)内由公式(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)(6)、(7)和(8)计算汽气比值。为节约成本可不使用添加蒸气后气体压力测量点(3)。

Claims (4)

1、一种由微型计算机系统包括显示、A/D、D/A转换通讯接口以及信号调理电路,通用传感器组组成的自动测量添加蒸汽后蒸汽和其余干气的体积比值的测量和或控制系统。其特征在于测量系统中通用传感器组包括:安装在添加蒸气前气体主管道上的添加蒸气前气体压力传感器(1),安装在添加蒸气前气体主管道上的添加蒸气前气体温度传感器(2),安装在混合气管道上的加蒸汽后混和气压力传感器(3),安装在混合气管道上的加蒸汽后的混合气温度传感器(4),安装在外加蒸汽主管道上的蒸汽压力传感器(5),安装在外加蒸汽主管道上的蒸汽温度传感器(6)。并可根据测量的精度的要求不同而仅使用(1),(3)两点中的一点;
2、由权利要求1所述系统,其特征在于所述添加蒸气前气体为天燃气且天然气的汽气比值可忽略不计;
3、由权利要求1所述系统,其特征在于所述添加蒸气前气体的汽气比值不可忽略不计但可用其它方法测出;
4、由权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于智能二次仪表有补赏干气成份变化的装置(11)和(13)可适应气体成份的变化。
