Abstract

Description

用于壳体的固定装置
本发明涉及到一种用于壳体的固定装置,该壳体带有用于从帽形导轨上弹开的弹性装置和成型于壳体座上的螺孔,以便固定在一块板上。
这种固定装置由DE3149310A1已为公众所知。其中公开了电气仪器固定在帽形导轨上,为此设有一穿入电气仪器的壳体中,弹性向内受压的滑块。其朝向内部的端部具有一卡接在帽形导轨后面的凸肩。该帽形导轨在这里是松动安装的,以便较高的仪器也能够固定在帽形导轨上。
本发明的目的在于创造上述类型的一种固定装置,利用它,较高的壳体也能够从装配在一块板上的帽形导轨上弹开,并且可同时实现壳体的螺纹固定。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的,即,壳体座底边至少在弹性装置一侧具有一斜切区域,在这个区域上各螺孔分别一体制作在弹性安装在壳体座上的衬垫上,衬垫在旋紧时支撑在所述板上。
下面借助一附图对本发明的一实施例作进一步详细说明。
在附图中示出了带有用于从帽形导轨上弹开的弹性装置2的壳体1。该壳体座的底边在弹性装置2一侧具有一斜切区域3,使得较高的壳体也能够从装配在一块板上的帽形导轨上弹开。在斜切区域3内至少具有一个螺孔4,该螺孔可一体制作在一弹性地安装在壳体座上的衬垫5上。当旋紧在一块板上时这个衬垫5弹性地抵靠在该板上并支承在该板上。没有这个弹性衬垫5,壳体将可能在此处基于由倾斜面造成的所述板与壳体座之间的间隙因杠杆作用而断裂。
即便是具有较大结构高度的这同一类仪器根据本发明都能固定在装配在一块板上的一帽形导轨上,并且根据需要还能够螺纹固定在这块板上。
尽管本发明参照附图所示实施例加以阐述,但是请注意,这并不意味着,本发明只局限于图示实施例,而是包括所有可能的变化,改型以及等效的由权利要求内容所覆盖的装置。

1.一种用于壳体的固定装置,该壳体带有用于从帽形导轨上弹开的弹性装置(2)和成型于壳体座上的螺孔(4),以便将壳体固定在一块板上,其特征在于,该壳体座底边至少在弹性装置(2)一侧具有一斜切区域(3),在这个区域(3)内各螺孔(4)分别一体制作在弹性安装在壳体座上的一衬垫(5)上,该衬垫在旋紧时支撑在所述板上。
