技术领域
本发明涉及一种手持绳索卷轴，包括一安装在一对圆盘状端部凸缘之间的中心圆筒形绳索接收芯轴。
背景技术
一般所说的用于绳子、电缆以及类似物的绳索卷轴经常由从卷轴放松绳索的人放松绳索，直到放出足够的绳索，这时绳索通常是通过夹入位于一般为圆盘的凸缘或者端盖边沿中的V形沟槽中而以某种方式环绕卷轴锁定或系住。这样不是特别令人满意，而且绳索还经常从卷轴上松散开来。
在本说明书中所用的“绳索(cable)”一词不仅包括一些金属绳，而且包括其它的柔性绳索，比如大麻绳、人造纤维绳以及类似的绳索，一般约束家畜的电子栅栏绳和带子。实质上能环绕手持卷轴卷绕的任何物品都在“绳索”一词包含的范围内。
例如，已经知道提供一种绳索卷轴，包括可通过如美国专利文献NO.4072278(Petersen)中描述的手柄来旋转的芯轴，且结构相对复杂。例如知道提供如像美国专利文献NO.4796827中提及的风筝控制卷轴。同样，这是一个相对复杂的结构。
没有一种使用中高效同时成本也不昂贵的简单装置。本发明涉及提供这样一种手持绳索卷轴。
发明内容
根据本发明，提供一种手持绳索卷轴，包括一安装在一对圆盘状端部凸缘之间的中心圆筒形绳索接收芯轴，每个凸缘具有一个从凸缘的最外表面侧向突出的手柄，手柄与芯轴的中心轴线径向偏置，并彼此相对在圆周上偏置，其特征在于，每个凸缘具有多个容纳绳索的通孔和多个系绳柱或者安装在每个凸缘的最外表面上的适合的突起，以便可以通过使一绳索穿过一个容纳绳索的通孔，围绕该系绳柱中的一个引导并且使该绳索回来穿过同一个容纳绳索的通孔，从而将该绳索固定。
优点在于，手柄可抓持并环绕自己卷绕卷轴。由于手柄偏置，使用者可以相对容易地环绕轴线卷绕卷轴。当绳索处于张力作用下时这是特别有利的，因为偏置的手柄允许使用者在绳索上施加足够的力。
在本发明一个实施例中，每个凸缘具有多个绳索接收通孔。由于孔的设置，所以能够导引绳索的自由端穿过一个孔绕过手柄，然后返回穿过该孔或实际上穿过另一个孔而系紧绳索。因而理想地，这些孔具有至少两倍于绳索截面积的截面积，但又没有大到使绳索容易穿过孔移动。因而当绳索在一个方向穿过该孔然后绕过手柄或者其它适当的突起返回，然后在另一个方向返回穿过该孔时，绳索将有效地夹在孔中。
理想地，凸缘为圆形，孔靠近该凸缘外边缘环绕每个端盖圆周分布。
在本发明的一个实施例中，孔具有不同的尺寸。
在本发明另一个实施例中，孔上装有一个V形绳索接收沟槽。
在本发明又一个实施例中，在每个凸缘最外表面上设有一个侧壁夹板或多个系绳柱。
在本发明另一个实施例中，手柄通过铰链安装，在又一个实施例中，手柄是可伸缩的手柄。
在本发明再一个实施例中，每个手柄具有一个V形截面的圆周分布的绳索接收槽。

具体实施方式
参照附图，首先参照图1到4，提供了一种整体用参考数字1表示的手
持卷轴，包括一管状中心脊柱，该脊柱形成安装在一对圆盘状凸缘3之间的芯轴2，该对圆盘状凸缘3具有多个靠近其外部边缘8圆周分布的绳索接收通孔4。每个凸缘3在其最外表面5a上连接有与芯轴2的中心轴线径向偏置的侧向突出的手柄6。手柄6同样在圆周上间隔开，并在端盖3上彼此相对偏置。绳索在附图3中用附图标记7表示。
在操作时，绳索7以常规方式卷绕在芯轴2上，绳索卷轴1可以很容易地用作卷绕绳索7或者将其松开，因为偏置的手柄6极大地有助于绳索卷轴1的操纵和旋转。当期望绳索7锁定在绳索卷轴1上时，绳索7被引导通过其中一个通孔4，环绕手柄6返回通过其上的同一孔4，从而将其紧固。
现在参照图5，示出绳索卷轴的替换结构，同样整体用附图标记1来描述。在本实施例中，与参照前面附图所描述相似的部件用相同的参考数字来表示。在本实施例中，绳索卷轴1邻近于每个孔4处设有一具有常规结构的V形侧壁夹板11。在本实施例中，绳索可被引导通过一通孔4，由其中一个侧壁夹板11系紧。
参照图6，示出绳索卷轴的一个替换结构，同样整体用附图标记1来描述。在本实施例中，与参照前面附图所描述相似的部件用相同的参考数字来表示。在本实施例中，邻近于每个孔4设有一系绳柱15，绳索可环绕该系绳柱15卷绕，以系紧绳索。更进一步，靠近端盖3的外表面5在手柄6上设有一个绳索接收槽16，它也可用于系紧绳索。理想地，槽16是V形截面，从而在绳索上具有阻塞截面。
参照图7，示出绳索卷轴的另一种结构，同样整体用附图标记1来描述，其中与参照前面附图所描述相似的部件用相同的参考数字来表示。在本实施例中，每个孔4具有一个V形绳索接收沟槽18。可以预想的是，除了具有所示形状的孔之外，它们还可以是简单的三角形孔，绳索可塞入其中。
图8中示出同样整体用附图标记1来描述的绳索卷轴的替换结构，包括多个靠近其外边缘8环绕每个凸缘3圆周分布的具有不同尺寸的孔4。图9中示出同样整体用附图标记1来描述的绳索卷轴的另一种结构，其中与参照前面附图所描述相似的部件用相同的参考数字来表示。在本实施例中，每个手柄6通过铰链17与其各凸缘3联接。在本图所展示的右侧部分，所示的手柄处于操作位置，在所展示的左侧部分，其位于折叠位置。
图10中示出手柄6的另一种结构，在这种情况下，是一个可伸缩手柄6，如图右侧所展示一手柄处于缩进位置，在左侧附图中另一手柄处于伸展位置。

Claims (8)

1.一种手持绳索卷轴(1)，包括一安装在一对圆盘状端部凸缘(3)之间的中心圆筒形绳索接收芯轴(2)，每个凸缘(3)具有一从该凸缘(3)的最外表面侧向突出的手柄(6)，该手柄(6)与该芯轴(2)的中心轴线径向偏置，并且彼此相对周向偏置，其特征在于，每个凸缘具有多个容纳绳索的通孔和多个系绳柱(15)或者安装在每个凸缘(3)的最外表面(5)上的适合的突起，以便可以通过使一绳索穿过一个容纳绳索的通孔，围绕该系绳柱中的一个引导并且使该绳索回来穿过同一个容纳绳索的通孔，从而将该绳索固定。
