Description
本发明涉及一种用于叶面喷施的植物叶面营养剂,是一种复合肥料。
目前,用于农作物叶面喷施的叶面肥种类繁多,其中的有效成分通过叶面被植物吸收,调节和促进植物的生长,具有一定的增产效果。现有的叶面肥大多只含单元微量元素,养份单一,而复合肥则多是化学合成的产物,具有一定的毒副作用。
本发明的目的是提供一种植物叶面营养剂,它含有多种天然营养成分,毒副作用小,并能适合各类植物的不同生长期施用。
本发明植物叶面营养剂包括下列有效成分:由植物籽壳或茎杆干馏所得的的干馏液及尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、硫酸镁、硼酸、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、钼酸铵、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸,上述干馏液与其它各组分的重量比依次为1∶0.44~1.1∶0.27~0.65∶0.17~0.70∶0.1~0.60∶0.084~0.58∶0.1~0.4∶0.067~0.40∶0.014~0.08∶0.01~0.09∶0.05~0.25∶0.30~1.1,水适量。
一种植物叶面营养剂的制造方法,包括下列步骤:将植物的茎杆、籽壳投入干馏炉内点火干馏,控制炉内温度在250-350℃,炉顶排出气冷却至室温,收集冷凝成液相的干馏液;在该干馏液中加入尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、硫酸镁、硼酸、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、钼酸铵、硫酸亚铁搅拌混合,干馏液与上述各组分的混合比为1∶0.44~1.1∶0.27~0.65∶0.17~0.70∶0.1~0.60∶0.084~0.58∶0.1~0.4∶0.067~0.40∶0.014~0.08∶0.01~0.09∶0.05~0.25(重量),加适量水继续搅拌均匀后,按干馏液重量的0.3~1.1倍加入食用柠檬酸和适量水,搅拌均匀后静止10~20小时,过滤除去沉淀物,即得本发明叶面营养剂,装瓶待用。本发明的干馏原料以稻糠为佳。本剂加水稀释300~500倍即可用于叶面喷洒。
发明植物叶面营养剂中的干馏液含有酚类、醇类、烟类、烟酰类物质,它是一种以酢酸腐殖酸为主的亲水性溶胶,具有提高叶面的活力,促进光合作用,增加叶绿素的作用,是天然的植物生长调节剂。本发明在干馏液中合理加入植物所需的大量氮、磷、钾,中量镁、硫、微量铁、锰、硼、锌、钼、铜等元素,能为各类农作物、花卉、树木的各个生长期提供所需的养份,由于干馏液有较强的酸性活性基团物质,能有效地活化并络合上述十余种营养元素,便于植物吸收转化,达到养份平衡,是一种全能性,广谱性的植物营养剂,。此外,干馏液中的烟酸类物质还可使植物的叶面具有抵抗病虫害的能力,使植物抗逆性增强,有利于提高植物产量,改善植物品质。
下面是本发明植物叶面营养剂的实施例。
将600公斤稻糠投入干馏炉内,点火焚烧,使稻糠在缺氧条件下干馏6 0小时,向炉体夹套内通入冷水,以控制炉内干馏温度不超过350℃,避免组分过热分解。从炉顶冷凝器流出的干馏液约100公斤,收集待用。干馏液的检测结果如下:色泽-棕黑色液体;气味-特殊烟焦气味;pH值-2.2;酸类-15.76%(重量);酚类-31.65%(重量);醇类-微量。将上述干馏液100公斤于反应罐中,加入尿素70公斤、磷酸二氢钾45公斤、硫酸钾30公斤、硫酸镁20公斤、硼酸15公斤、硫酸锌20公斤、硫酸锰15公斤、硫酸铜2.5公斤、硫酸铵2公斤、硫酸亚铁8公斤,接着加水400公斤,搅拌均匀后,加入食用柠檬酸50公斤,边搅拌边加入水至总重量达1吨,搅拌均匀后,静止10-20小时,将其少量沉淀物过滤除去后即可灌瓶分装,包装入库。
将稀释300倍的述叶面营养剂喷施植物叶面,2~3次后,植物生长强壮,增产效果显著,下表是各种作物喷施本发明营养剂与喷施现有的叶面宝、丰产灵(883)的增产效果对比。

由上表可见,采用本发明叶面营养剂,作物普遍增产,其中对果树、茶叶、蔬菜等经济作物的效果尤为明显。

1.一种植物叶面营养剂,其特征是包括下列有效成分:由植物籽壳或茎杆干馏所得的的干馏液及尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、硫酸镁、硼酸、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、钼酸铵、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸,上述上述干馏液与其它各组分的重量比依次为1∶0.44~1.1∶0.27~0.65∶0.17~0.70∶0.1~0.60∶0.084~0.58∶0.1~0.4∶0.067~0.40∶0.014~0.08∶0.01~0.09∶0.05~0.25∶0.30~1.1,水适量。
2.一种权利要求1的植物叶面营养剂的制造方法,其特征是将植物的茎杆、籽壳投入干馏炉内点火干馏,控制炉内温度在250-350℃,将炉顶排出气冷却至室温,收集被冷凝成液相的干馏液;在该干馏液中加入尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、硫酸镁、硼酸、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、钼酸铵、硫酸亚铁搅拌混合,干馏液与上述各组分的混合比为1∶0.44~1.1∶0.27~0.65∶0.17~0.70∶0.1~0.60∶0.084~0.58∶0.1~0.4∶0.067~0.40∶0.014~0.08∶0.01~0.09∶0.05~0.25(重量),加适量水继续搅拌均匀后,按干馏液重量的0.3~1.1倍加入食用柠檬酸和适量水,搅拌均匀后静止10~20小时,过滤除去沉淀物,即得本发明叶面营养剂。
