定心装置
本发明关于用于油气井结构的定心装置。
在打油、气井时,井孔钻入地下,然后将一系列的井管降入井孔,并在井孔和井管之间填充水泥。
对浇水泥时确保井管对中地保持在井孔中是很重要的。通常提供若干作用在井孔和井管之间的空间中的定心装置。
各种类型的定心装置是已知的。一种类型包括两个管圈,它们由若干纵向伸展的构件隔开。这些构件可包括弹性弓形件或刚性构件。在使用中它们所具有共同特征是这些构件平行于它们安装的井管的纵轴。
另一种类型的定心装置,常被称作为“固态的定心装置”,它包括具有固态中心部分的铸件,铸件上具有若干叶片。在一些实施例中,这些叶片在使用中放置成平行于它们所安装的井管的纵轴。在另一些实施例中,叶片安置成某一角度,在循环流体被泵压通过井管和井孔之间的空间在引进水泥之前,循环流体绕井管涡动,在很多情况下,这将增大以后将注入环形空间中的水泥的分布。
本发明提供一种定心装置,包括一对由若干延伸在它们之间的构件而隔开的环圈,其特征在于上述构件相对于定心装置的纵轴倾斜。
上述构件最好具有基本与上述环圈的径向内表面齐平的径向内表面。这不是绝对基本的特征,但由于它可增强所需要的涡动作用,所以是一种非常想要的特征。
构件本身是固态的,中空的,并可以具有任何方便的截面形状。
在一个特殊的优选实施例中,构件具有弯曲的剖面形状。
上述构件最好朝每个端部带有锥度。
构件的强度最好是在使用中,如果定心装置受到5~20吨横向载荷时,最好为5~15吨时,它们将靠着井管产生不可逆转的破坏。这个概念由申请人更充分地公开在PCT公开号No.Wo96/09459中。
如果需要,环圈可做成两个独立的部体,它们可围绕井管固定在一起或铰接在一起。
为了更好地理解本发明,现将参照图1以示例方式来说明,图1表示安装在一定长度的井管上的本发明定心装置一个实施例的透视图。
参见图1,通常以参考数字1表示定心装置。
该定心装置1包括两个环圈2和3,它们由8个构件隔开,其中3个、即4、5和6是可见的。
每个构件4、5、6与定心装置1的纵轴倾斜一个角度α,α位于20°~60°之间,最好位于30°~45°之间。
在使用中,定心装置1在管9上滑动。该定心装置1可用放在定心装置的上方或下方的止动环(图未示)或穿过环圈2和3贴靠井管9的螺栓(图未示)来固定。另外,定心装置1亦可胶到井管9上。
每个构件4、5、6由厚度约为3mm的薄钢板弯曲成形,因此每个构件4、5、6是中空的。每个构件4、5、6在径向周向朝其端部带有锥度,从而有利于该定心装置1在井孔中的移动。
在使用中,若干类似于定心装置1的定心装置固定到一系列的井管上,然后降入井孔。在井管定位时,循环流体泵入井管内并沿着井管9和井孔之间的环形空间朝上运行。当循环流体向上越过构件之间的环圈3时向侧面转向。在它越过环圈3的上边缘时,已经开始的涡旋滚动作用由于循环流体越过环圈2而放大。这种联合的涡动和滚动作用提供非常需要的清洗和冲刷作用。
在井管9和井孔之间的环形空间准备好以后,水泥泵入井管,向上进入环形空间并以通常的方式凝固。
有时在放置井管时井孔被破坏,出现这种情况时通常的方法是抽出井管,按要求解决问题,重新放置井管。虽然通常抽出井管不是太困难的,但通常加到定心装置上的力会使它们解体,从而使定心装置的破碎部分留在井孔中。这是非常不希望出现的。申请人的PCT公开号No.WO96/09459谈到这个问题,它是通过提供具有足够强度的构件的定心装置来定位井管解决的,但如果抽出时通过较硬的结构也将会破坏。基本原则是置换表面永久变形的定心装置而不是将已解体的定心装置的部件留在井孔中。通常,这些构件在受到5~15吨、流行的在大多数情况下的设计值为11吨时就会基本完全破坏。

Claims (8)

1.一种定心装置(1),包括一对由若干延伸在其间构件(4,5,6)隔开的环圈(2,3),其特征在于:上述构件(4,5,6)与上述定心装置的纵轴倾斜。
2.如权利要求1的定心装置,其中上述构件(4,5,6)的径向内表面基本与上述环圈(2,3)的径向内表面齐平。
3.如权利要求2或3的定心装置,其中上述构件是中空的。
4.如权利要求1、2或3的定心装置,其中上述构件具有弯曲的剖面形状。
5.如上述任何一个权利要求的定心装置,其中上述构件朝每个端部具有锥度。
6.如上述任何一个权利要求的定心装置,其中上述构件(4,5,6)在使用中,在受到5~15吨的横向载荷时将会贴靠着井管产生不可逆转的破坏。
7.如上述任何一个权利要求的定心装置,其中上述环圈做成两个独立的能环绕上述井管安装的部件。
8.一种基本参照和附图示出的如前所述的定心装置。
