An axle, the curved slot on the front portion that is positioned at paper feeding cassette is inserted at its two ends highlightedly;
Attaching parts, these parts extend along the direction perpendicular to accessory plate from every end of hinge axis, are provided with one first drive part on an end of these parts, and the other end is provided with one second drive part;
One first elastomeric element, the one end links to each other with every end of axle, and its other end links to each other with first drive part of each attaching parts, so that there are tensile force to each other in axle and attaching parts;
Second curved slot, this groove are formed on the sidewall of paper feeding cassette;
A fixed part that is positioned at paper feeding cassette;
A lever, this lever are bent to two parts, and an end of lever inserts in second groove highlightedly, and another lever end rotatably is connected with fixed part by hinge;
A near brake apparatus that is located at second groove, this device is used to stop the motion of lever end;
One second elastomeric element, the one end links to each other with second drive part of a connector, and its other end links to each other with lever end, so that there are tensile force to each other in axle and attaching parts.
17. paper twisting device according to claim 16, wherein this first, second elastomeric element is a tension coil springs.
18. paper twisting device according to claim 16 wherein for preventing that axle breaks away from from this first curved slot, is formed with the fitting recess of certain depth on the excircle of each end of edge axle.
19. paper twisting device according to claim 16, wherein the both ends of this first curved slot all form round shape, this circle diameter greater than the width of this first curved slot, so that axle easily can be moved and is fixed in this first groove.
20. paper twisting device according to claim 16, wherein brake apparatus comprises:
A locking device, this locking device are installed in the top of second groove on the sidewall of paper feeding cassette by hinge, be used for covering partly second groove;
A brake of giving prominence to from second groove below, this brake is used to limit the rotation of locking device.
21. paper twisting device according to claim 20, wherein this locking device comprises a knob, and this knob outwards is arranged on the outer surface of locking device highlightedly, so that the user operates.
