Abstract

本发明提供一种用于炼钢合金化的易碎的镍-铜-铁合金,它含有(重量%)Cu:35~46%,Fe:5~20%,Si:4~7.5%,Ni:余量。该合金因具有良好的脆性而易于破坏。而且由于对有害杂质P、S、Pb、Sn和Zn进行了控制,因而使用该合金进行合金化可以保证钢水满足技术规范的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种炼钢用的合金化剂,特别是一种易碎的镍-铜-铁合金。
背景技术
在生产含镍和/或含铜的的钢,如不锈钢、耐候钢、管线钢时,都要往钢水中加入金属镍和/或金属铜。传统的用于合金化的镍和/或铜一般是金属镍板或铜板。随着炼钢技术的发展,带有自动称量和加入装置的自动化加料设备已广泛用于钢厂之中。传统的镍板和铜板由于尺寸较大而不适用于这类设备,因而需对镍板、铜板进行剪切、破碎处理。由于镍和铜具有良好的韧性和延展性,因而需要设置专用设备将它们处理成小块,这势必加大炼钢成本。如果提供一种易于破碎的镍-铜-铁合金则能消除上述缺点。另外,由于镍和铜均为昂贵的金属,应尽可能用回收的镍和铜来生产所述的镍-铜-铁合金,控制合金中的有害元素的余量又是一个必需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于钢水合金化的易碎的镍-铜-铁合金,它含有(重量%):
Cu:35~46%,Fe:5~20%,Si:4~7.5%,Ni:余量。
所述的镍-铜-铁合金还含有(重量%):
小于等于0.10%的C,小于等于0.5%的P,小于等于0.04%的S,小于等于0.5%的Sn,小于等于0.3%的Pb及小于等于0.3%的Zn。
如前所述,金属镍和铜及其合金由于具有优良的韧性和延展性而不易破碎,为了提高镍-铜合金的脆性,可使该合金含有4~7.5%的Si。含有4~7.5%的Si的Ni-Cu-Fe合金有良好的脆性,可以用简单的方法,如手工锤击将其破碎。但硅不宜过高,因硅在高温下易氧化,收得率较低,硅过高势必增加合金成本和炼钢成本,因此,硅应控制在7.5%以下。
为满足炼钢技术规范的要求,应对有害杂质进行控制,包含在本发明的Ni-Cu-Fe合金中的有害杂质包括,S、P、Pb、Sn和Zn。然而只要将它们的含量分别控制在(重量%):
S≤0.04%,P≤0.5%,Pb≤0.3%,Sn≤0.5%,Zn≤0.3%。
就可满足炼钢技术规范的要求。
本发明的Ni-Cu-Fe合金的冶炼工艺步骤如下:
1、根据目标成份配料;
2、将符合配料比的,主要是经回收得来的镍和铜置于感应炉中熔化;
3、待炉料全熔后加入硅铁;
4、用石灰和莹石造渣以去除原料带来的泥砂等杂质;
5、精调成份后将合金倒出;
6、冷却后用手工破碎成需要的粒度。
本发明的Ni-Cu-Fe合金具有良好的脆性,可用手工很容易地破碎成所需的粒度,以满足自动化加料设备的要求。
本发明的Ni-Cu-Fe合金,由于在选料、配料时对有害元素进行了有效控制,使其含量能满足炼钢技术规范的要求。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例
按目标成份用回收的镍和铜进行配料,并通过化学分析控制其中的有害元素的含量;
用感应炉熔化上述的镍和铜,直至其全熔;
加入硅铁,使Si的含量符合目标成份的要求,在加硅铁的同时用4∶1的石灰和莹石造渣,以去除杂质;
搅拌、分析及精调合金的化学成份,待合金成份合格后出炉;
待上述合金冷却后,用铁锤将其破碎成≤50mm的粒度。
上述合金的成份为(重量%):
Cu:37%,Fe:7%,Si:5.0%,Pb:0.16%,Zn:0.12%,Sn:0.36%,C:0.08%,P:0.02%,S:0.035%,Ni:余量。
将上述合金用于耐候钢的合金化,该合金是用自动加料装置加入的。用该合金进行合金化的耐候钢水完全符合该钢种的技术规范。

1、一种用于炼钢合金化的易碎的镍-铜-铁合金,它含有(重量%):Cu:35~46%,Fe:5~20%,Si:4~7.5%,C≤0.10%,P≤0.5%,S≤0.04%,Sn≤0.5%,Pb≤0.3%,Zn≤0.3%,余量为Ni。
