Description

在打印机内用于引导纸的装置
本发明涉及一种在一打印机内用于引导纸的装置,特别是涉及一种引导传送装置与一固定装置之间所传送的纸的侧边缘以保护该纸之成像表面的装置。
大体上,在利用电子成像技术的图像成形装置,诸如一打印机、复印机和一多用途办公室自动化设备中,都会设置一用于引导纸的装置以在该纸经由一传送装置被送入一固定装置时保护该纸的成像表面。
图1至3示出了现有技术实施例之导纸装置。
图1示出了传送装置的传送鼓5,该传送鼓5置于纸上,在该传送装置内纸成像一面1'朝向传送鼓5。
导纸装置包括一导轮3,该导轮3具有一“*”状截面以尽量减小与纸1的成像表面1'的磨擦。导轮3引导纸1的同时还支撑着纸1的成像表面1'。
图2示出了传送装置的传送鼓5,该传送鼓5置于纸1的下方,在该传送装置内纸1的成像面1'朝向传送鼓5。
导纸装置包括一导轮3,该导轮3具有一“*”状截面以尽量减小与纸1的成像表面1'的磨擦。导轮3引导纸1的同时还支撑着纸1的成像表面1'。
在具有上述导轮3的用于引导纸1的装置内,存在一个问题,即纸1的表面1'可能因导轮3支撑纸1时与该纸的成像表面1'发生接触所引起的磨擦而受到损坏。
图3示出了传送装置的传送鼓5,该鼓5置于纸1的下方,在该传送装置内纸1的成像表面1'朝向传送鼓5。如图3所示,一个静电装置7朝向面对纸1的另一表面装在打印机或复印机内,以防纸1垂下,该另一表面上不形成图像。
但是,这种静电装置具有一复杂结构,从而导致打印机、复印机及类似物的制造成本增加。
本发明旨在克服现在技术存在的上述问题。本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于引导打印机纸的装置,该装置可以在不损坏纸的成像表面的前提下引导纸。
为了达到本发明的上述目的,提供了一种引导装置,该装置包括一对导向构件,这对导向构件用来引导一被从一传送装置传送到一固定装置的纸张,该装置包括安装在传送装置与固定装置之间彼此间隔开上述纸之宽度以便与该纸之成像表面的非成像部分接触并引导该纸的引导构件。
最好,这些非成像部分是成像表面的两侧边缘。
导向构件包括一固定在一引导壁上置于纸之通道上方的固定部分、一从该固定部分延伸到纸之成像表面的连接部分、和从该连接部分延伸到纸之成像表面的边缘以便与该表面的边缘发生接触的引导部分。
这些导向构件各自都具有若干导向部件,这些导向部件相互平行并具有一刀锋形状以尽可能减小与纸之成像表面的接触。
导向部件最好具有一弯曲成与纸的通道相一致的边缘,该边缘与纸的成像表面发生接触。

下面将结合图4和5详细描述本发明一实施例之用于引导打印纸的装置。
图4是本发明用于引导一具有一成像表面的纸张的装置的透视图。如图4所示,该用于引导纸1的装置具有导向构件30,该构件置于一打印机的传送装置10和固定装置20之间以引导纸1以防成像表面1'受损。
根据本发明,导向构件30彼此隔开纸1的宽度安装并且承受纸1的重量。
根据本发明,每一导向构件30都包括一固定部分32,该固定部分32与纸1之非成像表面相距一预定距离并且固定在一导向壁上;一连接部分34,该连接部分一端与固定部分32相连并沿纸1的推进方面延伸;和导向部分36,该导向部分36分别与连接部分34的另一端相连,以引导纸1,并与该纸的成像表面的侧面边缘相接触。最好,导向部分36与固定部分32以及连接部分34做成一体。
固定部分32通过螺钉固定在导向壁上,该导向部分36置于被传送纸1的通路的上方,连接部分34延伸到纸1的通路。
再有,导向部件36从连接部分34的另一端向内延伸。
根据本发明,导向部件36具有一刀状边缘以便以一较小的面积与纸1接触,从而减小与纸1之间的磨擦。最好,导向部分36具有一弯曲成与纸1之通路相一致的边缘。
如图5所示,在连接部分34处形成若干彼此平行的导向部件36以引导尺寸不同的各种纸。参见图4,在连接部分34处形成两个导向部分36以引导不同种类的纸。
另一方面,为了利用导向部件36平滑地传送纸1,可以在导向部件36的上部安装一个静电装置(图中未示)以利用静电来支撑纸1的重量。
下面将结合图4详细描述本发明用于引导打印纸的装置的工作过程。
如图4所示,对于传送装置10的传送鼓5置于纸1下方的打印机,图像形成于纸1的下表面1'上。
经过传送装置10的纸1由置于传送装置10与固定装置20之间的引导装置依照成像表面1'的侧边缘被该引导装置30的导向部件36支撑的方式引导,之后被传送到固定装置20。
此时,由于导向部件36支撑着纸1的侧边缘,因此纸1可以由引导装置30引导传送给固定装置20,表面1'上的图像不会与导向部件36发生接触。纸1在两侧边缘具有一预定宽度的空白,此空白处不形成图像。因此,导向部件36与表面1'的侧边缘发生接触不会对图像造成任何影响。
此外,由于导向部件36具有刀锋形状,其与纸1接触的上边缘的面积很小,而且该导向部件36弯成与纸1的通路相一致的方式,所以导向部件36可以尽可能地减小与纸1的磨擦。
图5是本发明用于引导一纸张的装置的顶视图,在该图中用于引导纸的装置引导两种尺寸彼此不同的纸张。如图5所示,在导向构件30上形成有两个导向部件36。相应地,两种宽度不同的纸100和101可以被导向构件30所引导。
如上所述,本发明用于引导纸张的装置引导纸1时不会损坏纸1之表面1'上的图像。因而可以获得一好处,即可以在打印纸的表面上得到高质量的图像。
尽管上文已结合具体的实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是,本领域技术人员可以理解,在后附权利要求限定的范围内可以对其做各种形式或具体化的修改。

Claims (6)

1.一种引导装置,包括一对用于引导一纸张的导向构件,纸被从一传送装置输送到一固定装置,其特征在于,引导装置包括导向构件,此导向构件安装在所述传送装置与所述固定装置之间,相互隔开一所述纸的宽度,以便与所述纸之成像表面的非成像部分相接触以引导所述纸。
2.如权利要求1所述的引导装置,其特征在于,所述非成像部分是所述成像表面的两侧边缘。
3.如权利要求1所述的引导装置,其特征在于,所述导向构件包括一固定在一置于所述纸之通路上方导向壁上的固定部分、一从该固定部分延伸到所述纸之所述成像表面的连接部分、及从所述连接部分延伸到所述纸之所述成像表面的边缘以便与该表面之边缘接触的导向部件。
4.如权利要求3所述的引导装置,其特征在于,所述导向构件各自具有多个相互平行设置的导向部件。
5.如权利要求3所述的引导装置,其特征在于,所述导向部件具有一刀锋形状以尽可能减小与所述纸之所述成像表面的接触面积。
6.如权利要求3所述的引导装置,其特征在于,所述导向部件具有一弯曲成与所述纸之通路相一致的边缘,该边缘与所述纸之所述成像表面相接触。
