Claims (5)
- 一种外气囊式匀压组装方法是采用气囊式平面压力装置对质子交换膜燃料电池电堆进行密封组装,所述加工方法其特征在于:(1)将电堆端的各气体导流板和膜电极集合体叠放在组装平台上;
- (2)在电堆端板内放置一片橡胶垫,在电堆的坚固螺栓上放置弹簧垫圈;
- (3)平台上方的气囊充入气体(氮气),由气囊下方的活动推板将电堆均匀压紧;
- (4)均匀紧固电堆两侧压板上的螺栓;
- (5)排气并除去气囊,完成组装。
