Abstract
A gas injection mold is disclosed, an auxiliary cavity is provided at one side of the cavity so as to house an overflow quantity within the cavity, in which control means is set on the auxiliary cavity so as to optionally vary the use volume of the auxiliary cavity. So prevent in advance an appearance marred by traces of a flow of injection in the surface of an injection molded article and obviate the need of rework of mold during the period of gas injection molding.
Description
The present invention relates to gas-jetting moulding machine, overflow to the amount of resin in the chamber when particularly spraying, on the moulded product outer surface, do not form the gas-jetting moulding machine of defective, do not cause the trouble of the additional finishing on mechanograph by correct control gas.

At this moment, as shown in Figure 3, height control piece 52, overflow amount of resin when spraying according to gas moves both vertically in compensated cavity 47, increases or reduce the zone of compensated cavity 47, thereby prevent from the outer surface of mechanograph 20, to form defective, avoid the additional finishing of trouble of the prior art.
