Abstract
本发明公开了一种新的治疗妇科病的药物卫生用品，主要用于治疗并预防多种类型的妇科病。它是一种纯中药制剂，以苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、苍术、白鲜皮、百部、花椒、当归、牡蛎、地肤子、艾叶、川芎、白术、地龙、冰片、薄荷脑、枯矾、甘草等为原料按比例配制而成的，按各味药的特性加以处理后可制成各种卫生用品，如卫生巾等。本发明配方及制法独特，标本兼治，疗效显著。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗妇科病的药物卫生用品，具体地说是一种添加以中草药为原料制成的活性成分的治疗妇科病的药物卫生用品，本发明还涉及该卫生用品的制备方法。
妇科病是一种常见的多发性疾病，该疾病严重危害着广大女性的身心健康及日常生活。本发明所指的妇科病主要包括外阴炎、阴道炎、尿道炎、月经不调、痛经、赤白带下、外阴骚痒等病症。
大部分治疗妇科病的药物如口服液、擦洗液等，由于生活环境、工作环境的差异，使用很不方便，也不易达到愈期的疗效。
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗及预防妇科病的药物卫生用品及其制备方法。该用品能全面有效地利用各种药材的有效成份，从而提高药效，并且在日常生活中方便地达到治疗的效果。
本发明解决方案是基于祖国医学对妇科病的发病机理的认识及治疗原则，参考现代药理研究，从祖国医药宝库中筛选出清热解毒、通经活血、燥湿消炎、调经止痛、杀虫止痒、滋阴养血、行气活血、止血、祛风除湿的天然药物，按照中医理论组合。各味药协同作用，以达疗效。
本发明治疗妇科病的药物卫生用品中的药用有效成分是由下列组份制成的(用量为重量份)：
苦参 25-35 蛇床子 15-28 黄柏 15-28
苍术 15-25 白鲜皮 25-35 百部 25-35
花椒 15-25 当归 25-33 牡蛎 15-25
地肤子 15-25 艾叶 15-25 川芎 15-25
白术 15-25 地龙 15-25 冰片 7-15
薄荷脑 8-13 枯矾 12-23 甘草 8-12
本发明的药物成分配方的优选重量份配方是：
苦参 30 蛇床子 20 黄柏 20
苍术 20 白鲜皮 30 百部 30
花椒 20 当归 30 牡蛎 20
地肤子 20 艾叶 20 川芎 20
白术 20 地龙 20 冰片 10
薄荷脑 10 枯矾 15 甘草 10
本发明的药物中各味均为天然药材，符合中医对妇科病的辨证施治，且符合西医对妇科常见病的治疗原则，具有明显的抑杀细菌、滴虫，止痛止痒、提高机体免疫力、清热解毒、燥湿收涩、广谱抑菌、芳香避秽、吸收分泌物、减少渗出、通经活血等作用。预防和治疗常见多发性妇科疾病疗效显著，具有无毒、无刺激性、无过敏反应等优点。适用于外阴炎、阴道炎、尿道炎、月经不调、痛经、赤白带下、外阴骚痒等多种常见多发性妇科疾病。并且通常该类妇女卫生用品属于日常生活必需用品，使用方便。
本发明药物卫生用品可以是通常所说的各类妇女卫生用品，如卫生巾、卫生棉条等。
本发明药物卫生用品优选一种由特殊工艺制成的药物卫生巾，其制备方法如下：
按配方称取各味药材，除冰片、薄荷脑外，将其它组份烘干、粉碎成细粉；冰片、薄荷脑单独研为细粉，掺入其余药粉中进行搅拌，掺匀后将药粉均匀地加入木浆棉中，按常规生产方法制成卫生巾。一公斤药粉可生产出1000片卫生巾(每片240mm×80mm)。
利用本发明药物卫生用品，可以提高药材的利用率，使用方便，见效快捷、作用持久。
为表明本发明药物卫生用品对妇科病的治疗效果，本发明经中医临床观察证明总有效率达97.5％。对于阴道炎、尿道炎、月经不调、痛经、赤白带下、外阴骚痒等。使用本发明药物卫生用品，每天使用两次，每次一片，一两天就有明显疗效，三至五天各种症状基本消失。长期使用即可预防各种妇科疾病的发生。是现代女性理想的卫生保健用品。

按下述配方称取原料(千克)：

苍术 20 白鲜皮 30 百部 30
花椒 20 当归 30 牡蛎 20

白术 20 地龙 20 冰片 10
薄荷脑 10 枯矾 15 甘草 10
卫生巾制备方法：
按配方称取各味原料药，先将各味药材除去杂质和灰尘，除冰片、薄荷脑外，将其余药材混合粉碎成细粉(过五号筛)，冰片、薄荷脑单独研为细粉，掺入其余药粉中进行搅拌，掺匀后将药粉均匀地加入木浆棉中，按照常规生产方法制成卫生巾，一公斤药粉可生产出1000片卫生巾(每片240mm×80mm)。
典型病例：
1.张某，平顶山人，女，28岁，患有阴道炎，月经不调、痛经，使用本发明药物卫生用品，二天大有好转，五天一切症状消失。
2.许某，女，32岁，平顶山市人，患有痛经，白带增多，使用本发明药物卫生用品二天症状消失。
3.李某，女，24岁，平顶山叶县人，患有阴道炎，散发出一种恶臭气味，十分苦恼，使用本发明药物卫生用品后，两天后病情有所好转，几天后炎症消失。
4.赵某，女，27岁，平顶山鲁山人，患有外阴骚痒、痛经、月经失调，使用本发明药药物卫生用品一周后病症彻底消失。

地肤子 15-25 艾叶 15-25 川芎 15-25
白术 15-25 地龙 15-25 冰片 7-15
薄荷脑 8-13 枯矾 12-23 甘草 8-12。

4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗妇科病的药物卫生用品的制备方法，其特征在于按配方称取各味原料药，除冰片、薄荷脑外，将其它原料烘干、粉碎成细粉；冰片、薄荷脑单独研为细粉，掺入其余药粉中进行搅拌，掺匀后将药粉均匀地加入木浆棉中，按常规生产方法制成卫生巾，一公斤药粉生产出1000片卫生巾。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗妇科病的药物卫生用品的制备方法，其特征在于所说的卫生巾的尺寸为240mm×80mm。
