Abstract

发泡曝气碟片涉及一种碟式表曝机的曝气碟片,由聚苯乙烯注塑成型,聚苯乙烯原料中添加有适量的发泡剂,在成型过程中可形成大量微小气泡,从而使成型的曝气碟片的比重降到1以下。发泡剂可由50%聚烯烃、20%聚碳酸合30%无机碳酸酯混配而成,发泡剂与聚苯乙烯的重量比为(0.75-2.3)∶100。本发明发泡曝气碟片成型工艺简单,曝气碟片成品的比重可降至1以下,可有效避免破损的碟片碎片沉入氧化沟污泥层而影响生化反应的正常进行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碟式表曝机曝气碟片,特别是涉及一种比重小于1的发泡曝气碟片。
背景技术
按,氧化沟工艺是城市污水处理的主导工艺之一,在中小型污水处理厂中已得到日益广泛的应用,碟式表曝机即是氧化沟工艺的关键设备。碟式表曝机主要由水平传动轴和安装固定在水平传动轴上的一组圆形曝气碟片构成,水平传动轴通过轴承水平安装在轴承座上并可由电机和减速机驱动而带动曝气碟片在垂直平面内旋转,曝气碟片的下部边缘浸设在氧化沟水体中并借此推动水体在氧化沟中循环流动,同时使水体表面曝气而完成生化处理过程。
曝气碟片多采用聚苯乙烯注塑成型,由于聚苯乙烯的比重大于1,因此,在碟式表曝机运行过程中因意外原因造成曝气碟片破损时,破损的碟片碎片将沉入氧化沟底并扰乱沟底污泥层,从而影响生化处理过程的正常进行。为使曝气碟片的比重降到1以下,以避免破损的碟片碎片沉入污泥层,现有技术在碟片成型时采用了充氮技术,即在碟片注塑成型过程中向聚苯乙烯中吹入氮气,以在聚苯乙烯碟片内形成气泡,从而使碟片的比重降到1以下。充氮技术的缺陷是工艺和设备都比较复杂,而且碟片中的气泡也难以均匀并可能因此而影响碟片的机械强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在获得一种比重小于1的发泡曝气碟片。
为了实现上述目的,本发明在成型曝气碟片的聚苯乙烯原料中添加适量的发泡剂。
添加有发泡剂的聚苯乙烯在注塑成型过程中可形成大量微小的气泡,从而可使曝气碟片的比重降到1以下,而且成型工艺简单。此外,随着曝气碟片重量的减轻,碟式表曝机水平轴及轴承的受力状况得以改善,水平轴的挠度可降低,从而延长轴承的使用寿命。以下结合具体实施例对本发明发泡曝气碟片的技术特征作进一步的详细说明。
具体实施方式
本发明发泡曝气碟片仍由聚苯乙烯注塑成型,聚苯乙烯原料中添加有由50%聚烯烃、20%聚碳酸和30%无机碳酸酯混配而成的发泡剂,发泡剂与聚苯乙烯的重量比为(0.75-2.3)∶100。当上述重量比为2.0∶100时,注塑成型的发泡曝气碟片比重可降至0.9308。
总之,本发明发泡曝气碟片成型工艺简单,碟片比重可降至1以下,可避免破损碟片碎片沉入沟底污泥层而影响生化过程的正常进行。

Claims (3)

1.一种发泡曝气碟片,由聚苯乙烯注塑成型,所述发泡曝气碟片的特征在于,所述聚苯乙烯原料中添加由50%聚烯烃,20%聚碳酸和30%无机碳酸酯混配而成的发泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡曝气碟片,其特征在于所述的发泡剂与聚苯乙烯的重量比为0.75-2.3∶100。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发泡曝气碟片,其特征在于所述发泡剂与聚苯乙烯的重量比为2.0∶100,发泡曝气碟片成品的比重为0.9308。
