Abstract

本发明涉及一种石灰氮化肥及其制造方法,它是将一定配方的添加剂液体雾化后,喷入石灰氮粉末,经充分搅拌后制成。与粉末状石灰氮相比防散性能好,附着力强,能减小在施肥和储运过程中的损失及对人畜的毒害作用,提高化肥使用效率。

Description

防散石灰氮及其制造方法
石灰氮也叫氰氨化钙或碳氮化钙，化学式CaCN，是氰氨态氮肥的一种，呈强碱性，适宜施于酸性土壤中，具有改良土壤和脱叶剂或除草剂作用，广泛用于水稻及青贮作物。石灰氮对人、畜和作物有毒害，只在施入土壤中转化成尿素后，才变成无毒，所含氮素也才能被植物吸收。传统的石灰氮产品呈粉末状，施肥时对人、畜毒害作用大，有风天气施放肥料随风飘散，损失较大。
本发明的目的是提供一种在使用及贮运过程中对人、畜毒害作用小、损失小的防散型石灰氮产品。
本发明是这样实现的：取一定量的添加剂，通过雾化机雾化后，喷入足量的石灰氮粉末，送入搅拌机充分搅拌均匀后，送入包装机包装，成为防散型石灰氮产品。
本发明的优点是：(一)产品防散性能好，附着力强，在使用和贮运过程中对人、畜毒害作用小，(二)损失少，肥效高。(三)生产工艺过程简单。
附图1为防散石灰氮制造工艺流程图。
结合实施例对本发明做详细说明如下：将1-3％的表面活性剂加0．5-1．5％机械油，通过雾化机雾化后，喷入足量的(约92％)石灰氮粉末，送入搅拌机充分搅拌均匀，送入包装机计量和包装。
原料中对机械油要求：挥发度低、燃点高；对表面活性剂要求：高效、无毒。产品包装袋应密封性能好。

Claims (2)

1、一种防散型石灰氮化学肥料，其特征在于：它具有防散性能，其生产工艺流程为：取一定量的添加剂，通过雾化机雾化后，喷入足量的石灰氮粉末，送入搅拌机充分搅拌均匀后，送入包装机包装。
2、如权利要求1所述的石灰氮化学肥料，其特征在于：其配料中的添加剂为一定比例的表面活性剂和机械油。
