Background
There are many types of hair trimmers, including shavers, hair trimmers, nose trimmers, etc., each of which is used independently. Such as a reciprocating razor, consists of a body and a cutter head. The cutter head comprises a cutter mesh and a cutter blade, the machine body is provided with a power system, the power system comprises a motor, a battery and a transmission device, the transmission device generally consists of an eccentric wheel or a cam and a connecting rod mechanism, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the cutter blade to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of the cutter blade. The shaver is driven by power, and the shaver is powered by a motor inside the shaver to convert electric energy into mechanical energy to produce high-speed rotation, and a transmission device converts the rotation of the motor into reciprocating linear motion of the blade.
Nose hair trimmer is a personal care appliance specifically for trimming nose hair and has the main function of trimming excessive nose hair, ensuring that the nose hair is not exposed, thereby maintaining personal image and nasal hygiene . Nose hair trimmers in the market at present mostly adopt a continuous rotary cutting mode. The nose hair trimmer cutter head comprises a cutter head cover, a cutter head assembly and a transmission piece, wherein the cutter head cover is sleeved on the outer side of the cutter head assembly, a pore is formed in the front end of the cutter head cover, the cutter head assembly comprises a first annular inner tooth cutter and a second annular inner tooth cutter, the first annular inner tooth cutter and the second annular inner tooth cutter comprise annular base plates and ring teeth, the ring teeth are arranged on the inner side of the annular base plates and face the circle center of the annular base plates, the first annular inner tooth cutter is connected with the front end of the cutter head cover, the bottom surface of the first annular inner tooth cutter is attached to the top surface of the second annular inner tooth cutter, the transmission piece is in transmission connection with the second annular inner tooth cutter, and the transmission piece is used for driving the second annular inner tooth cutter to rotate. This approach presents a number of problems during actual use. Because the growth direction and the state of the nose hair are different, the continuously rotating cutting tool bit is difficult to comprehensively and rapidly cut off the nose hair, the conditions that the nose hair is pulled and cut incompletely often occur, discomfort is brought to a user, and the trimming effect is also influenced. Therefore, a new design of the reciprocating hair trimmer is needed to drive the inner knife in the nose hair trimmer knife head to rotate and reciprocate relative to the outer knife so as to solve the problem of poor cutting effect of the existing product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a reciprocating hair trimmer, so that a user can utilize the existing reciprocating shaver body, can be simultaneously adapted to a nose hair trimmer cutter head and drive an inner cutter to rotate and reciprocate relative to an outer cutter.
The technical scheme is that the reciprocating hair trimmer comprises a reciprocating shaver body and a shaver head or a nose hair trimmer head which can be matched with the shaver body, wherein the reciprocating shaver body is provided with a power system for driving at least one output piece to rotate, the output piece is arranged away from the center of an output shaft of a motor in the power system, the shaver head comprises a cutter net, a movable cutter and a cutter head shell, the movable cutter is in transmission connection with the output piece, the movable cutter is driven by the output piece to reciprocate linearly relative to the cutter net to cut hairs, the nose hair trimmer head comprises a cutter head assembly, a transmission piece, a cutter head shell and a shell seat, the cutter head assembly comprises an inner cutter and an outer cutter, the inner cutter is in transmission connection with the transmission piece, the center of the transmission piece is pivotally connected to the shell seat, the transmission piece is provided with a power transmission part which is away from the center of the transmission piece, the power transmission part can bear the driving of the output piece, so that the transmission piece can be driven by the transmission piece to do rotary reciprocating swinging around the center axis, and the inner cutter is driven by the transmission piece to reciprocate relative to the outer cutter to do rotary swinging.
By adopting the technical scheme, the design of the trimmer gives consideration to the functions of shaving and nose hair trimming, and the function conversion can be realized by changing different cutter heads, so that the trimmer is convenient and practical, and meets the diversified requirements of users.
The power system of the reciprocating shaver body drives the output piece to rotate through the motor output shaft, the design of the output piece enables the output piece to deviate from the center of the motor output shaft, and the layout optimizes the power transmission path. For a reciprocating razor head, the output piece drives the movable cutter to linearly reciprocate in the cutter net, so that beard is effectively sheared, and a smooth and comfortable shaving experience is provided. And for the nose hair trimmer tool bit, the output piece drives the transmission piece to rotate and reciprocate, and the inner knife rotates and reciprocates relative to the outer knife under the drive of the transmission piece, so that the nose hair can be accurately trimmed by the design, and meanwhile, the damage to the skin is avoided.
The invention is still further provided that the inner knife and the transmission member are indirectly transmitted, wherein the swing amplitude of the reciprocating motion of the inner knife is larger than that of the reciprocating motion of the transmission member.
By adopting the further arrangement, the mesh of the razor net of the razor is fine, so that the hair can be effectively cut even if the swing is smaller. The nose hair trimmer has obvious difference in structure, the inner knife and the outer knife are cylindrical, and knife teeth are circumferentially distributed at the end, and as the knife teeth of the head of the nose hair trimmer are distributed more sparsely, the swing amplitude of the inner knife is larger than that of the transmission piece, so that the swing amplitude of the inner knife is improved, and the characteristic of more sparsely distributed knife teeth is adapted. The invention is further provided with a transmission swing arm between the transmission part and the inner cutter, wherein the transmission swing arm is pivotally connected to the shell seat, one end of the transmission swing arm is in transmission connection with an eccentric transmission part on the transmission part, the other end of the transmission swing arm is in transmission connection with a driving part deviating from the center of the inner cutter, the driving part rotates synchronously with the inner cutter, and the effective transmission arm length I output by the eccentric transmission part is larger than the effective transmission arm length II input by the transmission swing arm or the effective transmission arm length III output by the transmission swing arm is larger than the effective transmission arm length IV input by the driving part.
By adopting the further arrangement, the invention skillfully utilizes the difference between the lengths of the effective transmission arms to generate the effect of improving the swing amplitude of the inner cutter, so that the swing amplitude of the inner cutter is larger than that of the transmission piece, thereby further improving the effect of nose hair trimming.
The invention is further provided that the transmission mode of the transmission swing arm, the eccentric transmission part and the driving part adopts gear meshing transmission or the transmission shaft and the transmission groove are matched for transmission.
By adopting the further arrangement, the stable power transmission can be effectively ensured by the two transmission modes, the trimming efficiency and the trimming quality of the nose hair trimmer are further improved, and a user can feel smoother and more efficient experience when trimming nose hair.
The eccentric transmission part is provided with a transmission shaft A or a transmission groove A, the transmission swing arm is provided with a corresponding transmission groove A or a transmission shaft A deviating from the swing center of the eccentric transmission part, the transmission shaft A is inserted into the transmission groove A to realize transmission connection of a transmission piece and the transmission swing arm, the driving part is provided with a transmission shaft B or a transmission groove B, the transmission swing arm is provided with a corresponding transmission groove B or a transmission shaft B deviating from the swing center of the eccentric transmission part, and the transmission shaft B is inserted into the transmission groove B to realize transmission connection of the driving part and the transmission swing arm.
The eccentric transmission part is provided with a transmission shaft or a transmission groove deviating from the center of the transmission part, the transmission swing arm is provided with a corresponding transmission groove or a transmission shaft deviating from the swing center of the transmission part, when the transmission shaft is accurately inserted into the transmission groove, efficient eccentric transmission connection between the transmission part and the transmission swing arm is realized and is used for driving the transmission swing arm to reciprocate and rotate, and similarly, the driving part is also provided with a transmission shaft or a transmission groove deviating from the center of the inner cutter, and the transmission swing arm is provided with a corresponding transmission groove or a transmission shaft deviating from the swing center of the inner cutter.
The invention further provides that the inner knife is provided with the driving seat, the inner knife and the driving seat synchronously rotate, and the driving part is arranged on the driving seat.
By adopting the further arrangement, the inner knife and the driving seat are convenient to install, and accurate synchronous rotation can be realized on the same axis.
The invention further provides that the inner knife and the transmission piece are directly transmitted, and the inner knife and the transmission piece synchronously rotate.

The invention is still further provided that the central axis around which the inner knife reciprocates is the same axis as the central axis around which the transmission piece reciprocates.
With the adoption of the further arrangement, the whole nose hair trimmer cutter head moves more compactly and efficiently. The inner knife and the transmission piece reciprocate around the same central axis, so that the energy loss in the movement process is reduced, and the accuracy and stability of trimming are improved. In addition, the coaxial design also helps to reduce friction and wear between the parts, thereby extending the service life of the entire tool bit. When the user uses the pruning device, the user can feel smoother and stable pruning experience.
The invention is still further provided with an oscillating bridge mounted on the motor output shaft, the oscillating bridge having two output members positioned at the same distance from the center of the motor output shaft, wherein the transmission member in the nose hair trimmer cutter head has a pair of power transmission parts, the pair of power transmission parts has driving grooves cooperatively interposed with the output members, and the housing has a through opening below the pair of driving grooves.
By adopting the further arrangement, a pair of power transmission parts of the transmission part and a pair of output parts of the power system can be in accurate transmission fit. The design ensures the balance and stability of the transmission piece in reciprocating motion, reduces vibration and noise, and improves the use experience of users. Meanwhile, the through hole arranged below the pair of power transmission parts provides a space for connecting the pair of power transmission parts with the pair of output pieces of the power system.
The nose hair trimmer is characterized in that the cutter head shell of the nose hair trimmer cutter head can be adapted to the body of the reciprocating shaver, the cutter head shell is provided with a cover part and a bulge part, the cover part is used for being arranged at the upper end of the body of the reciprocating shaver in a covering mode, the cover part also covers the shell seat and the transmission part, the bulge part is internally provided with a channel which is adapted to the outer cutter and is used for the inner cutter and the outer cutter to extend out, the outer cutter is connected and positioned with the bulge part, and the peripheral surface of the bulge part is of a conical structure.
By adopting the further arrangement, the cover part not only can cover the shell seat and the transmission part and play a role in protection, but also can enhance the integrity and the aesthetic degree of the nose hair trimmer cutter head and the reciprocating shaver body. The bulge is used for protecting the columnar inner knife and the columnar outer knife, the channels on the bulge provide protruding spaces for the inner knife and the outer knife, so that the cutter head can smoothly perform trimming work, and the outer peripheral surface of the bulge is designed as a bulge with a conical structure, so that in actual use, a user can conveniently and easily remove attached hair and scraps during cleaning.

As shown in fig. 1-17, the reciprocating hair trimmer comprises a reciprocating shaver body A and a shaver head B or a nose hair trimmer head B ' which can be adapted to the body, wherein the reciprocating shaver body A is provided with a power system for driving at least one output piece A1 to rotate, the output piece A1 is arranged in a manner of deviating from the center of a motor output shaft A2 in the power system, the shaver head B comprises a cutter net B1, a movable cutter B2 and a cutter head shell B3, the movable cutter B2 is in transmission connection with the output piece A1, the movable cutter B2 is driven by the output piece A1 to reciprocate linearly relative to the cutter net B1, the nose hair trimmer head B ' comprises a cutter head assembly B1', a transmission piece B2', a cutter head shell B3' and a shell seat B4', the cutter head assembly B1 comprises an inner cutter B11' and an outer cutter B12', the inner cutter 11 and the outer cutter 12 are generally cylindrical and distributed on the periphery of the end, the distribution of the cutter teeth is generally sparse, the inner cutter B11' and the transmission piece B2 are in transmission connection with the transmission piece A2 ' and the transmission piece B2' are driven by the transmission piece A2 to reciprocate relative to the cutter head shell B4', and the transmission piece B2 is driven by the transmission piece B2' to rotate, and the transmission piece B is driven by the transmission piece B2' to rotate relative to the transmission piece B2' and the transmission piece B4' is driven by the transmission piece B4' to rotate relative to the transmission piece B2. When the nose hair trimmer is used, the nose hair trimmer cutter head of the nose hair trimmer is assembled on the machine body of the reciprocating shaver, when the power system of the reciprocating shaver is started, the output piece starts to rotate, the output piece is in transmission fit with the power transmission part on the transmission piece, so that the transmission piece is driven to rotate and reciprocate around the center of the output piece, and then the inner cutter is connected with the eccentric transmission part and the driving part through the transmission swing arm, so that the inner cutter is driven to rotate and reciprocate, and the inner cutter performs shearing action relative to the static or relatively static outer cutter in the reciprocating swinging process, so that nose hair is effectively trimmed.
The design of the trimmer gives attention to the functions of shaving and nose hair trimming, and can realize the function conversion by changing different cutter heads, thereby being convenient and practical and meeting the diversified demands of users.
