Abstract

温室增温燃料,属于一种提高大棚内温度的燃料。温室增温燃料,由锯末等木质可燃物35%、石蜡40%混合、加温至30—80℃后,加入磺胺10%、甲醇15%,搅均并用模具成型后,用包装蜡封闭制成。用本燃料500g可提高100m3空间(温室内)4—6℃,且增温快、点燃方便、成本低、无毒、无味。

温室增温燃料
本发明涉及一种燃料,特别是涉及一种提高大棚内温度的燃料。
随着人民生活水平的迅速提高,人们要求四季都能吃到新鲜蔬菜,因此,政府狠抓菜蓝子工程。在我国北方大力发展塑料大棚等温室。使北方居民在冬季能吃到各种新鲜蔬菜。我国北方冬季寒冷,大棚内气温较低,当温度低于10℃时,作物便不能生长发育了,因此必须及时提高大棚内温度,以确保作物正常生长发育。北方的冬季,在白天或连续阴雨天也常常会使大棚内温度低于10℃,也必须及时增温,目前这种临时性增温,通常采用点燃木炭、电炉子、液化气等,来提高温室内温度,使之达到10℃以上,但增温慢,且成本高。
本发明的目的,是提供一种温室增温燃料,该燃料用于提高大棚内温度速度快,且成本低。
本发明的目的,是采用下述技术方案来实现的,即:
温室增温燃料,由木质可燃物30-55%、醇类15-30%、固化剂25-60%、消烟剂5-20%配制成。
木质可燃物,可选用秸杆、稻壳、锯末等。固化剂可选用石蜡、包装蜡。消烟剂可选磺胺、磺酸。醇类可选用甲醇、乙醇、杂醇油等。
温室增温燃料的制造方法是:
1、将木质可燃物(如稻壳)放在容器内,再按比例放入固化剂(如石蜡),加温30-80℃,搅拌均匀后,再按比例加入消烟剂(如磺胺)、醇类(如乙醇)后,将混合物放入模具内造形,制成50-200mm球状,或其它形状,如方形等。然后用包装蜡封闭,以免其中的挥发成份挥发掉。
采用本发明的温室增温燃料对塑料大棚等各种温室进行迅速加温,无毒、无味、对温室内作物没有伤害,特别是升温快,点燃方便(2根火柴即可点燃),成本低(比常规增温方法节约费用50%左右)。每500g该燃料,燃烧后可产生18430焦耳能量,相当于3600-3800大卡。每500g该燃料又可供100m3空间(温室内)增温4-6℃。
实施例一
温室增温燃料,由秸杆粉(干粉)40%、石蜡35%、甲醇15%、磺胺10%制成。
其制造方法是:
按上述配比取秸杆粉40%放入容器内,再按比例取石蜡35放入秸杆粉内,加温至80℃,使石蜡溶化,然后搅拌均匀,再放入磺胺10%和甲醇15%,搅匀后,倒入模具内制成Φ50mm的球形,最后用包装蜡封闭,即为成品。
实施例二
温室增温燃料,由锯末35%、石蜡40%、甲醇15%、磺胺10%制成。
实施例二的制造方法与实施例一相同。

Claims (3)

1、温室增温燃料,其特征是由木质可燃物30-55%和固化剂25-60%混合,加温至30-80℃后,加入消烟剂5-20%、醇类15-30%,搅均并用模具成型后,用包装蜡封闭制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的温室增温燃料,其特征在于所述的木质可燃物,为秸杆粉,也可为稻壳、锯末;所述的固化剂为石蜡,也可为包装蜡;所述的消烟剂为磺胺,也可为磺酸;所述的醇类为甲醇,也可为乙醇,杂醇油。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的温室增温燃料,其特征是所述的木质可燃物、固化物、消烟剂、醇类的最佳配比是木质可燃物为35%、固化剂为40%、消烟剂为10%、醇类为15%。
