发明此项“隔热保温夹层塑料,是通过理化知识的学习和多年来观察塑料温室保温的不足,及查阅了大量的有关资料,为进一步提高塑料温室效益,发明了此项技术。
为了提高塑料温室的保温隔热。
此项技术是运用物理学、空气不导热和防止热辐射的原理。采取了聚乙烯薄膜、铝箔为原料。首先把聚乙烯薄膜压制或吹制成厚度为1厘米气泡状圆柱体,再在气泡状圆柱体的上下两面,附聚乙烯长寿无滴薄膜,就制成了塑料温室的“透光保温塑料”。在此基础上附贴铝箔后,加贴无滴、长寿膜,可使保温性能更进一步达到了保温隔热,防止热辐射的作用。便制成了“隔热保温夹层塑料”。宽度可根据生产需要来决定,在使用中如需要连接,可利用尼龙搭扣。
隔热保温夹层塑料、与现有的塑料膜和保温被相比,具有隔热、保温、防止热辐射,使用寿命长,重量轻及使用面广,可有效的节省和替代棉花等优点,如保温被野外帐棚,活动房间夹层等。
附图中图1是用于温室“透光保温塑料”的剖视图。小1表示表层聚乙烯长寿无滴膜,小2表示中层聚乙烯膜压制成充以空气的圆柱体。
图2和图3是更完善隔热保温夹层塑料剖视图和立体剖视图,小1表示表层聚乙烯长寿无滴膜,小2表示夹在小1聚乙烯长寿无滴膜中间的铝箔层,小3表示中层聚乙烯膜压制成充以空气的圆柱体。

Claims (1)

  1. 此项发明“隔热保温夹层塑料”在用于覆盖温室时,在两层塑料膜之间充有空气,在阳光照射下,透光性很好,光线穿过这层薄膜,可增加室温,并能满足作物光合作用所需的光照,夜间,由于空气不导热,起到隔热保温作用。如在双层薄膜上加贴铝箔,可使保温隔热性能更近一步,且防止了热辐射,热量损失减少百分之八十左右。隔热保温的夹层塑料,还可以用来制造野外帐篷或各种保温被。
