Abstract

本发明公开了属于烧结技术的一种制造整体式电触头的方法,即用摩擦焊的工艺,将构成电触头的两种金属焊接在一起,然后经适当的热处理,消除焊接内应力,及整体加工,可获得比其它方法在结合面的抗拉强度和硬度都更优良的整体式触头。同液相烧结比,成品率高5%,生产率提高7.3倍,节约铜材36%以上,而且节省固液处理工序。有显著的经济效益,无环境污染。

一种制造整体式电触头的方法
技术领域
本发明属于焊接技术范围,特别涉及广泛应用于各种中、高压断路器的一种制造整体式电触头的方法。
背景技术
整体式电触头广泛应用于各种中高压断路器中,是各种电力开关的核心部件,目前,一般采用整体液相烧结工艺制造整体式电触头。整体式触头是由两种不同材质组成的一种特殊零件,它的头部是铜钨合金,用于灭弧,尾部一般是型号为QCr0.5的铜合金,它的主要作用是具备一定弹性和良好的导电性能,就整体式电触头而言,两种材质结合面的结合强度、电导率是影响整体式电触头综合性能的最关键的因素。常用的银合金或铜合金钎焊的方法,其界面电导率和结合强度均小于母材,焊后铜尾端退火软化,界面性能成为电触头的薄弱环节,在使用中易发热,开焊脱落;另一种方法为经液相烧结的电触头,其界面强度可接近母材强度(铜尾),电性能达到铜钨合金水平,但是加工周期长,费料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造整体式电触头的方法,其特征在于:本发明是采用摩擦焊接的方式将两种异种金属平面紧密接触,在一定的压力和转速下靠金属间原子扩散而连接起来,其工艺过程为:
1).铜钨合金烧结:是将预先压制好的合金坯,在温度1360℃和氢气保护下,烧制1.5小时,自然降温即成;
2).焊前准备:接头设计成大平面接触,焊件外圆为圆柱形,其平面度、垂直度不大于0.2mm,焊前接头表面用锉刀或砂纸打磨,去除氧化物,表面经酒精或乙醚清洗,以防掺入其它离子或杂质;
3).摩擦焊:将触头和焊尾夹在欲使用的机器上,对准夹紧、调整转速、摩擦压力、摩擦时间、摩擦变形量、停车时间、和顶锻变形量等焊接参数;摩擦焊接规范为:取接头直径为12~45mm;调整转速为1500~2700rpm;摩擦压力为80~120兆N/m2,摩擦时间为3~7S,摩擦进给速度为1.2mm/s,顶锻压力为150~200兆N/m2,顶锻变形量3mm;
4).去除焊瘤:焊后飞边用车、铣机械方法去除;
5).焊缝质量检测:采用超声波或X射线探伤,对焊接结合面纵深处检测有无焊接裂纹、未焊透的缺陷;
6).时效处理:480℃,保温4小时,然后随炉冷却至常温;
7).机械加工:按设计要求加工成为产品待用。
本发明的有益效果①摩擦焊比较适合于异种金属焊接,其焊缝为锻造组织,故结合强度达到或超过母材。②由于摩擦焊接的过程是金属间原子扩散的过程,焊后界面晶粒细化,电性能达到或高于母材。用摩擦焊的方法制造整体式电触头是可行的。③摩擦焊成品率在99%以上,相对于液相烧结提高5%,生产效率提高7.3倍。④在工艺上节省了固溶处理工序,焊接周期短,单件产品节约铜材36.7%,具有显著的经济效益。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的是提供一种制造整体式电触头的方法,其特征在于:本发明是采用摩擦焊接的方式将两种异性金属平面紧密接触,在一定的压力和转速下靠金属间原子扩散而连接起来。其工艺过程为:
1).铜钨合金烧结:是将预先压制好的合金坯,在温度1360℃和氢气保护下,烧制1.5小时,自然降温即成。

取接头直径为12~45mm;调速转速1500~2700rpm;摩擦压力80~120兆N/m2,摩擦时间3~7S,摩擦进给速度1.2mm/s,顶锻压力150~200兆N/m2,约为摩擦压力的2倍,顶锻变形量3mm。
4).去除焊瘤:焊后飞边用车、铣等机械方法去除。
5).焊缝质量检测:采用超声波或X射线探伤,对焊接结合面纵深处检测焊接裂纹、未焊透等缺陷;
6).时效处理:480℃,保温4小时,然后随炉冷却至常温;
7).机械加工:按设计要求加工成为产品待用。
对比摩擦焊和液相烧结两种方法,本发明在工序上节省了固溶处理工序,缩短了加工时间,经测试可得其主要参数电阻率相同,在硬度和结合面的抗拉强度方面都优于液相烧结的显著效果。

1、一种制造整体式电触头的方法,其特征在于:本发明是采用摩擦焊接的方式将两种异种金属平面紧密接触,在一定的压力和转速下靠金属间原子扩散而连接起来,其工艺过程为:
1).铜钨合金烧结:是将预先压制好的合金坯,在温度1360℃和氢气保护下,烧制1.5小时,自然降温即成;
