Abstract
本发明公开的农作物多效拌种剂是在现有小麦拌种剂中的微肥、生长调节剂外,新加进杀菌剂、杀虫剂和生产工艺中增加螯合工序,主要增加的化学药剂有粉锈宁、呋喃丹、矮壮素、多效唑、氨基酸、硫酸镁和硼砂。它具有杀灭地下害虫、保苗壮苗、防治主要病虫害的效果,且有耐盐碱优势。应用本品可平均亩增产20~25kg,每亩节约用工2个。大面积推广应用将产生巨大的社会经济效益。
Description
本发明属于杀生物制剂,特别是作为灭菌杀虫剂和植物生长调节剂,是一种农作物多效拌种剂。
当今世界人口、土地、粮食矛盾日益突出,世界性粮食危机的严竣形势威胁着人类生存和社会进步,干方百计提高粮食单产已成为各国农业的主攻方向,近年来已研究、生产出多种衣作物的生长助剂和高效肥料,大面积推广高产良种,从而使我国农业在极其有限的耕地上连年夺得高产丰收,但广大农民反映,危及粮食作物丰产的的主要矛盾,当前是病虫害和苗期地下害虫,农民因嫌麻烦疏于及时治理,造成减产,迫切希望有防病、治虫、施微肥兼而有之的新产品问世。
本发明的目的是研制一种兼有防病、治虫、施微肥功效、对作物全程生长发育起良好作用、杆硬抗倒、粒多饱满、增产明显、施用简便、减少用工、节约投资的新产品。
本发明的目的通过下述农作物多效拌种剂来实现,它是将多种化学药剂、助剂按一定比例混合,经特定的工艺生产出来的,它在现有小麦拌种剂中的微肥、生长调节剂外,新加进杀菌剂、杀虫剂、螯合剂和包衣剂,主要包括粉锈宁:杀灭生物病菌,防止小麦锈病、白粉病、斑枯病、纹枯病、根腐病、全蚀病、玉米黑稔病。
呋喃丹:广谱性内吸杀虫剂,防止小麦、玉米苗期地下害虫、驱鼠保苗。
矮壮素:为内源赤霉素的桔抗剂,能控制植株徒长,抗倒状,叶缘素增多,提高产量,有抗旱、抗寒、抗盐碱及某些病虫害能力。
多效唑:内源赤霉素合成的抑制剂,能减弱稻麦苗顶端生长优势,促分蘖,根系发达,防倒状,增稔增产。
氨基酸:对种子供应苗期营养生长、提高作物产量和品质起作用。
硫酸镁:能促进磷酸酶和葡萄糖转化酶的活化,在碳水化合物代谢过程中起很重要作用。
硼砂:利于作物对钙的吸收利用,对花粉合力、花和果实的形成及产量都很重要。
此外,根据不同类型土壤、作物品种,按地区适量增减其它微肥。
螯合剂:提高微肥肥效,减少被土壤固定造成的损失,作种子包衣使用。
包衣剂:作种子包衣使用,充分利用产品各种成份,便于经营者使用。
其中杀菌剂、杀虫剂、微肥、生长调节剂和助剂按下述范围配比:
粉锈宁:0.02~0.026 呋喃丹:0.15~0.25
矮壮素:0.05~0.1 多效唑:0.01~0.09
氨基酸:0.01~0.04 硫酸锰:0.24~0.32
硫酸亚铁:0.1~0.23 硫酸锌:0.2~0.33
硫酸镁:0.08~0.2 硼砂:0.01~0.04
本产品的生产工艺流程的特点是增加了螯合工序。

作为最佳实施例,各成份配比为粉锈宁0.02、呋喃丹0.2、矮壮素0.05、多效唑0.01、氨基酸0.01、硫酸锰0.24、硫酸亚铁0.10、硫酸锌0.2、硫酸镁0.08、硼砂0.01,附表列出了各成份含量表。
生产时,包衣剂可与种子加工包农同时使用。
使用时以每包净重50~100g加水1~2kg,克分搅拌溶化后,拌小麦种15~25kg,玉米加水200~250g,拌玉米种4~5kg,当日拌种当日播入土中。
本发明用作麦稻、玉米拌种,具有杀灭地下害虫,保苗壮苗,防治主要病虫害效果,时作物全程生长发育起良好作用,使苗期根系发达,苗矮健壮,分蘖增加,杆硬抗倒,稔大粒多,籽粒饱满,一般能增产10%左右,且在盐碱地中还有耐盐碱优势,应用本品可平均亩产20~25kg,每亩节约用工2个,大面积推广应用,将产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

1.一种农作物多效拌种剂,用杀菌剂、杀虫剂和多种微肥,生长调节剂、助剂按一定比例混合生产出来,其特征在于主要成份为粉锈宁、呋喃丹、矮壮素、多效唑、氨基酸、硫酸镁和硼砂。
2.如权利要求1所述农作物多效拌种剂,其特征在于杀菌剂、杀虫剂、微肥、生长调节剂、助剂按下述范围配比:
粉锈宁:0.02~0.026 呋喃丹:0.15~0.25
矮壮素:0.05~0.1 多效唑:0.01~0.09
氨基酸:0.01~0.04 硫酸锰:0.24~0.32
硫酸亚铁:0.1~0.23 硫酸锌:0.2~0.33
