Starting a gear motor on the left/right chain stretching bench, rotating the gear motor to drive the rubber synchronous belt and the synchronous belt pulley to rotate, further transmitting torque to the transmission shaft to drive the chain wheel to rotate, enabling the chain to be meshed with the chain wheel to realize stretching of the ribbed cylindrical part, enabling the stretching process to be slow as much as possible, adjusting the rotating speed to be less than or equal to 5 revolutions per minute, and after the stretching process is repeated for multiple times, stretching the ribbed cylindrical part until the stretched cylindrical part is stretched to the position after the stretched cylindrical part is removed to rebound, and enabling the distance between the cutting positions of the ribbed cylindrical part to be larger than the radius of the ribbed cylindrical part.
And 4, clamping the ribbed cylindrical piece subjected to preliminary expansion at the cutting position of the ribbed cylindrical piece through a second expansion clamp. The second stretching clamp comprises an upper stretching clamp, a lower stretching clamp and a stretching bolt set, wherein 6 countersunk holes with the diameter of 6mm are drilled in the upper stretching clamp and the lower stretching clamp respectively, and the stretching bolt set penetrates through the countersunk holes of the upper stretching clamp, the stretching holes of the cut edges of the ribbed cylindrical piece and the countersunk holes of the lower stretching clamp and then is screwed up, so that the second stretching clamp clamps the cut edges of the ribbed cylindrical piece.
One chain connecting hole of the chain stretching and expanding table and one chain connecting hole of the second stretching and expanding clamp are connected with the clamping ring through a grooved pin, and the other chain connecting hole of the chain stretching and expanding table and the other chain connecting hole of the second stretching and expanding clamp are connected through the grooved pin and the clamping ring.
In step 5, in order to draw the circular arc section of cutting open and expand into comparatively straight state, the slip lift brace table of both sides need be along the left and right sides horizontal migration of first guide rail in the drawing and expanding the in-process, opens servo motor synchronization and makes the both sides chain draw and expand the platform and carry out the slow motion along the second guide rail along the both ends about the steelframe respectively, opens the gear motor on the chain draw and expand the bench of both sides, gear motor rotates and realizes that the chain draws and expands the secondary of platform to taking the muscle cylindric piece.

At the moment, a handle is needed to be cranked simultaneously, the lifting height of the screw rod of the first screw rod lifter is adjusted, the chain is in a proper stretching angle, the chain is stretched for many times, the moving distance of the chain stretching platform, the supporting point height of the sliding supporting round rod of the sliding lifting supporting platform and the lifting height of the fixed lifting platform of the cylindrical part are adjusted for many times, and the cylindrical part with the rib is stretched to a bending state.
Finally, the chain stretching table is slowly moved, the lifting height of the fixed lifting table of the cylindrical part is reduced, the stretching chain is in a non-tightening state, the stretching chain is unloaded, the cylindrical part with ribs is rebounded, and the expanded wall plate with ribs is formed when the requirement is met.
