设计用于外部应用的涂料的耐积垢性(DPUR)可以通过添加光引发剂诸如二苯甲酮及其衍生物来改进。光引发剂通过形成UV引发的自由基引发受控交联,该自由基在膜表面处与聚合物膜反应。不幸的是,由于光引发剂添加剂的存在而产生的DPUR的改进随着时间推移被涂层的增加的粉化和褪色所抵消。因此,寻找一种改进DPUR而没有明显褪色或粉化的方法将是外用漆领域的一个进步。
发明内容

具体实施方式

胶乳粘结剂颗粒在室温下单独或在聚结剂的存在下是成膜的。胶乳粘结剂颗粒的示例包括例如基于丙烯酸、苯乙烯-丙烯酸、苯乙烯-丁二烯、聚氨酯、酯、烯烃、氯乙烯、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、环氧化物、和聚乙酸乙烯酯的胶乳粘结剂颗粒,其中丙烯酸和苯乙烯-丙烯酸胶乳粘结剂颗粒是优选的。胶乳粘结剂颗粒优选地具有如通过动态光散射测量的在80nm、或100nm至500nm、或至350nm范围内的z平均粒度。

基于组合物的重量,组合物中的光引发剂的浓度通常在0.05重量%或0.1重量%或0.2重量%至5重量%或至3重量%或至1重量%的范围内。如果光引发剂为用光引发剂基团官能化的胶乳粘结剂颗粒的形式,则浓度是指基于组合物的重量的光引发剂侧基的重量浓度。
基于遮光颜料的重量,优选TiO2的重量,碳酸铈在组合物中的浓度通常在0.2重量%或0.5重量%或1重量%至20重量%或至10重量%的范围内。碳酸铈(III)可以通过本领域已知的方法制备,例如US2020/0339435A1,从第[0100]段开始。
该组合物优选是适用于外部涂料应用的漆组合物。因此,组合物优选地还包含一种或多种选自由以下项组成的组的附加材料:表面活性剂、分散剂、聚结剂、消泡剂、杀生物剂、增量剂、着色剂和中和剂。尽管存在碳酸铈,但由本发明的组合物制备的涂料显示出非常好的DPUR,碳酸铈以前被认为可能降解DPUR。
实施例
中间体实施例1-碳酸铈糊剂的制备
在搅拌下将四水合硝酸铯(III)铵水溶液(200g的(NH4)2Ce(NO3)5·4H2O在2000g去离子水中)快速加入到碳酸铵水溶液((100g的(NH4)2CO3)在500g去离子水中)中。将反应混合物在室温下搅拌10分钟,然后通过过滤收集并用DI H2O洗涤三次,得到固体含量为18.7%的白色浆液。
