Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to the field of elastic hole sealing putty special for spray polyurea, and more particularly relates to a bi-component solvent-free modified polyurethane elastic putty and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The spray-coated polyurea elastomer coating is a waterproof and anticorrosive material which is solvent-free, high-performance and fast-curing, and forms a continuous, compact and seamless coating after curing. In order to avoid the influence of defects such as holes and cracks on the surface of the concrete on the sprayed polyurea and prevent the polyurea coating from generating pinholes, bubbles and the like, the concrete base layer needs to be treated during construction. Aiming at the defects of holes, cracks and the like on the surface of the concrete, the surface of the base layer needs to be blocked by putty.
The common putty for polyurea in the market at present is water-based polymer mortar and epoxy putty. The aqueous polymer mortar putty is cement fine sand and aqueous emulsion, and the surface of the cement fine sand and aqueous emulsion has the characteristic of concrete after film formation, and can seal holes on the surface of the concrete, but the cement fine sand and aqueous emulsion have the characteristic of the surface of the concrete, so the cement fine sand putty is a porous material, is not compact, and is easy to cause pinhole bubbles when being sprayed with polyurea. The epoxy putty has good hole sealing and leveling effects on concrete, but because of the high brittleness, the epoxy putty is easy to crack along with the deformation of the concrete, so that the coating cracks and shells, and the solid content of the epoxy putty is generally 60-70%, so that the epoxy putty is not environment-friendly.

The properties of the two-component solvent-free modified polyurethane elastic putty obtained in the above examples were examined and compared with those of epoxy putty, as shown in the following table.
The hydroxyl-terminated isocyanate prepolymer plays a role in toughening in the formula system, and the high-activity polyether polyol has high functionality, so that the strength and the drying speed of the formula system are improved. When the curing agent of the component A is fixed and the isocyanate index is 1.1, the surface drying time and the real drying time are prolonged and the breaking elongation is increased along with the increase of the hydroxyl-terminated isocyanate prepolymer when the ratio of the high-activity polyether polyol to the isocyanate-terminated prepolymer is 4.8-1.32:1; the bond strength and peel strength increase and decrease. The reason for the decrease is that as the high activity polyether polyol decreases, the hydroxyl terminated prepolymer increases, the crosslinking density of the formulation system is low, the strength decreases, the water absorption increases, and the adhesive strength and the peel strength decrease. An appropriate value is reached when the ratio of the highly reactive polyether polyol to the hydroxyl-terminated isocyanate prepolymer is 1.9:1 (example 4).
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention and is not intended to limit the invention, but any modifications, equivalents, improvements or the like which fall within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
