Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a household appliance according to the present invention, including an electromagnetic latch. A washing machine is described as an example of a home appliance in this figure. In an alternative embodiment, the household appliance may also be a refrigerator or the like.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the household appliance 1, i.e. the washing machine, may comprise a door module 2 and a cabinet 4. The box 4 comprises a front plate 5, in which an opening is provided, to which the door module 2 is connected, as well as other side plates.
By means of the connection assembly, the door module 2 can be opened or closed with respect to the case 4. In this example, the connection assembly is in the form of an electromagnetic latch 6, which enables easy removal of the door module 2 when the power is removed and the triggering device 8 is operated. This is very advantageous when carrying the household appliance 1 through narrow passages, since the throughput of the household appliance 1 can be significantly improved after removal of the door module 2. In an alternative embodiment, the electromagnetic latch 6 may be added to a separate connecting assembly, whereby the door module 2 can be secured to the electromagnetic latch 6 and both opened and closed as a whole door body with respect to the case 4 by the separate connecting assembly.
The triggering device 8 may be provided on the cabinet 1 or on the door module 2. The triggering device 8 can serve as an emergency function, and the door module can be converted into a state capable of being quickly disassembled and assembled by utilizing the association mechanism only by touching the triggering device 8.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of an electromagnetic latch in the home appliance of fig. 1. Fig. 2 also shows schematically the connection 3 on the door module 2, the part of the front panel 5 on the housing 4, the electromagnetic catch 6 and the fastening means 7. The user can control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 through the triggering device 8 in fig. 1, so as to control the disassembly and assembly of the door module 2 and the connecting piece 3 contained in the door module. In a specific embodiment, the triggering device 8 may be a button or a pull rod.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the connection assembly consists of a connection piece 3 and an electromagnetic latch 6, the connection piece 3 being fixed to the door module 2, the electromagnetic latch 6 being on the front plate 5. The fixing means 7 on the front plate 5 are used for locking the closed electromagnetic lock 6. As previously mentioned, in alternative embodiments, the connection assembly may be independent of the connector 3 and the electromagnetic latch 6.
Also shown in this figure are opposed first 61 and second 62 fasteners of the electromagnetic latch 6. As shown in the figure, the outer ends of the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 are pivotally connected to the front plate 5, respectively, and the inner ends of the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 are capable of attracting each other to close when energized. The connector 3 is adapted to be held in a space surrounded by the front plate 5 when the first and second fastening members 61 and 62 are closed, so that the door module 2 is openably and closably mounted on the front plate 5 of the case 4.
The operation and structure of the electromagnetic lock catch in the household appliance 1 will be further described below.
In the illustrated example, the electromagnetic lock 6 may be an electromagnet. When the coil is energized, the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 are magnetized and magnetized simultaneously, and the two parts become two magnets with opposite polarities, and electromagnetic attraction force is generated between the two magnets. The first catch 61 and the second catch 62 of the electromagnetic catch 6 may be provided with a return spring, for example in the absence of electromagnetic forces, which may be returned by the return spring to a position in which the first catch 61 and the second catch 62 of the electromagnetic catch 6 are open. When the attractive force between the first catch 61 and the second catch 62 of the electromagnetic latch 6 is greater than their respective return spring reaction forces, the first catch 61 and the second catch 62 of the electromagnetic latch 6 are rotated toward each other until the snap fit is achieved. When the current in the coil is smaller than a certain value or the power supply is interrupted, the attractive force between the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 is smaller than the reaction force of the respective reset springs, and the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 return to the original open state under the reaction force of the reset springs.
The first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 can be kept more firmly on the connecting piece 3 by utilizing the electromagnetic principle, and the driving of the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 is quicker and more flexible. Therefore, the electromagnetic lock catch 6 realizes the quick assembly and disassembly of the door module 2 at the electromagnetic lock catch 6, and effectively prevents the door module 2 from being unable to be used continuously or from sagging and other pain points caused by long-time use due to different degrees of damage to the connecting components between the box body 4 and the door module 2.
As shown in the drawing, the first catch 61 and the second catch 62 of the electromagnetic latch 6 may be mounted on the front plate 5 by a hinge, and the left and right latch structures of the electromagnetic latch 6 are symmetrical. In the embodiment of fig. 2, the electromagnetic latch 6 has a two-part thick semicircular ring structure. The inner side of the single lock catch is a hollow semi-cylinder, and the inner radius is larger than or equal to the radius of the cylindrical connecting piece of the connecting piece 3. Therefore, in the electrified state, the electromagnetic locks 6 on two sides are combined, so that the connecting rod of the connecting piece 3 can be well attached and buckled, and the stress can be more uniform.
According to the illustrated embodiment, the fixing means 7 are located on both sides of the electromagnetic lock 6. Two fixtures 7 on one side are shown. The fixing device 7 can extend out of the front plate 5 when being electrified, the electromagnetic lock catches 6 in a combined state are fastened, and the fixing device 7 can retract into the front plate 5 when being powered off, so that the electromagnetic lock catches 6 can be unfolded to two sides. The first catch 61 and the second catch 62 of the electromagnetic catch 6 are mounted in a hinged manner on the front plate 5, being rotatable about the hinge. The electromagnetic lock 6 is provided with a cylindrical clamping groove structure, and can be used for fixing the cylindrical rod of the connecting piece 3. In the energized state, the first fastening piece 61 and the second fastening piece 62 of the electromagnetic lock 6 are combined inwards to accommodate and fasten the connecting piece 3, and in the de-energized state, the electromagnetic lock 6 can be unfolded outwards to release the connecting piece 3.
In an alternative embodiment, the connector 3 and the door module 2 may be an integral device. The upper square fixed end and the lower square fixed end of the connecting piece 3 can be embedded with the upper end and the lower end of the front plate 5, the connecting rod of the connecting piece 3 can be embedded with the semicircular groove on the front plate 5, the connecting piece 3 can be uniquely and certainly embedded on the front plate 5, and the matching is firmer.
The electromagnetic lock catch 6 can be kept more firmly on the connecting piece 3 by additionally arranging the fixing device 7, and the driving of the fixing device 7 is simpler and more flexible by the electromagnetic principle.
The triggering device 8 can mechanically conductively cooperate with the fixing device 7 on the front plate 5, so that the fixing device 7 can be retracted into the front plate 5, thereby allowing the first and second fastening members 61, 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 to be released. At this time, the connecting piece 3 can be separated from the electromagnetic lock catch 6, the door module 2 and the connecting piece 3 are detached from the box body of the washing machine together at the electromagnetic lock catch 6, and the situation that the door module 2 cannot be detached normally due to the fact that the electromagnetic lock catch 6 is fastened caused by the failure of an electronic element is effectively prevented.
In addition, in this embodiment, most of the weight of the door module 2 is borne by the case 2, and the electromagnetic latch 6 bears only the pulling force in the horizontal direction. The connecting piece 3 and the electromagnetic lock catch 6 are mutually matched through a cylindrical rod and a cylindrical hollow lock catch. In alternative embodiments, the mating surface need not be cylindrical, but may be other shapes as appropriate.
In an alternative embodiment, a plurality of fixing devices 7 can be provided, so that the electromagnetic lock catch 6 can lock the connecting piece 3 more firmly. The length of the connecting piece 3 and the corresponding electromagnetic lock 6 can be shorter than the device shown in fig. 2, and a plurality of electromagnetic lock devices can be arranged on the same vertical line. The electromagnetic lock 6 and the connecting piece 3 can have round corner structures, so that fragments generated by opening and closing abrasion of the electromagnetic lock can be reduced, the abrasion to the connecting piece 3 is reduced, and the service life is prolonged. The rotation angle of the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 can be 45 degrees, so that the connection piece 3 can be conveniently embedded. A gap can be formed between the electromagnetic lock catch 6 and the fixing device 7, and the electromagnetic lock catch 6 can be unfolded and moved. In an alternative embodiment, the space between the round bar of the connector 3 and the door module 2 may accommodate the electromagnetic lock 6. In the state that the connecting piece 3 is locked with the electromagnetic lock catch 6, a gap can be reserved between the electromagnetic lock catch 6 and the door module 2, so that the electromagnetic lock catch can be smoothly opened. In this embodiment, the door module 2 comprises a connector 3; the front plate 5 comprises a fixing device 7, and the electromagnetic lock catch 6 is connected with the front plate 5 through a hinge.
Fig. 3 is a schematic top view of an electromagnetic latch in the household appliance of fig. 1.
In this embodiment, the electromagnetic latch 6 may include a curved first catch 61 and a curved second catch 62. The first end of the first fastener 61 and the first end of the second fastener 62 are pivotally connected to the front plate 5, respectively. The pivot at the first end of the first fastener 61 and the pivot at the first end of the second fastener 62 are shown. The second ends of the first and second fasteners 61, 62 are capable of attracting each other to close when energized, such that the connector 3 is adapted to be held in the space enclosed by the first and second fasteners 61, 62 when closed.
When it is desired to open the door module 2, the electromagnetic lock 6 together with the connecting piece 3 can in one embodiment be rotated with the door module 2 relative to the housing 4 of the household appliance 1. At this time, the connecting member 3 may be form-fitted in a space defined by the first fastening member 61 and the second fastening member 62 when they are closed, so that they are held tightly against relative rotation, providing stable and secure mounting of the door module 2. Such as the square fit illustrated. The electromagnetic lock 6 and the connecting piece 3 can have round corner structures, and the door module can be quickly detached by a certain force before the user is electrified for the first time, and the door module can be quickly installed by a certain force.
The electromagnetic latch 6 is hinged to the case 4 together with the door module 2, and the electromagnetic latch 6 rotates together with the door module 2 with respect to the case 4 when the door module 2 is opened and closed. Since the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 are attracted to each other and closed at this time, the door module 2 does not come off from the electromagnetic latch 6.
In other embodiments, the connecting member 3 may be pivotally connected to the first fastener 61 and the second fastener
And the member 62 is closed in the space enclosed. Thus, when the electromagnetic latch 6 as a whole cannot rotate with respect to the case 4, the door module 2 can be opened and closed by pivoting the link 3.
According to the example shown in fig. 3, it can be seen that, when the electromagnetic lock 6 is held in the fastened state, the two fixing means 7 respectively abut against the outer sides of the first and second fastening pieces 61, 62 of the electromagnetic lock 6 and restrict the pivoting of the first and second fastening pieces 61, 62 of the closed electromagnetic lock 6. The fixing device 7 is in fixed contact with the outer sides of the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62, so that the pivoting of the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62 of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 is more firmly limited.
It can also be seen from the figure that the first end of the first fastener 61 is pivotally connected to the front plate 5 and the free second end is remote from the front plate 5. Likewise, the first end of the second fastener 62 is pivotally connected to the front plate 5, and the free second end is remote from the front plate 5.
In this embodiment, the first end of the first fastener 61 is inclined at an obtuse angle to an intermediate section between the first end of the first fastener 61 and the second end of the first fastener 61, the second end of the first fastener 61 is perpendicular to an intermediate section between the first end of the first fastener 61 and the second end of the first fastener 61, and the first end of the second fastener 62 is inclined at an obtuse angle to an intermediate section between the first end of the second fastener 62 and the second end of the second fastener 62, and the second end of the second fastener 62 is perpendicular to an intermediate section between the first end of the second fastener 62 and the second end of the second fastener 62. The obtuse angle may be, for example, 135 °.
The first end of the first catch 61 and the first end of the second catch 62 thus arranged provide a pivot space at the front plate 5 facilitating their flexible pivoting relative to the front plate 5. In addition, their second ends can be butted together when mated with each other, making the engagement more force and more secure.
In the illustrated example, the fixing means 7 may be provided on the front plate 5, and when the electromagnetic latch 6 is held in the fastened state, the two fixing means 7 abut against the intermediate section of the first fastener 61 and the intermediate section of the second fastener 62, respectively. The fixing device 7 is directly perpendicular to the middle section of the first fastening piece 61 and the second fastening piece 62, so that the efficiency is highest. The electromagnetic latch 6 may be integrally hinged to the case 4, and the electromagnetic latch 6 may be rotatable with respect to the case 4 as the door module 2 is opened and closed. Such articulation may be achieved by additional connection components. The electromagnetic lock 6 can then be regarded as a door body which forms the household appliance 1 together with the door module 2. The electromagnetic lock catch 6 can also be connected to the power supply of the household appliance 1, and the electromagnetic lock catch 6 is in an electrified state during the starting process of the household appliance 1.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method of disassembling a door module of the home appliance of fig. 1.
In step a, operating in case the household appliance 1 is powered off, the electromagnetic lock 6 is also powered off. The electromagnetic lock 6 uses the principle of electromagnetic generation, when current passes through the electromagnetic coil, the electromagnetic lock can generate huge attractive force to attract the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62, and the connecting piece 3 is kept in the space enclosed by the first fastener 61 and the second fastener 62, so that the effect of installing the door module 2 is achieved. When the system controlling the electromagnetic lock 6 is de-energized, the electromagnetic lock 6 will lose its attractive force allowing the lock to be opened.
In step B, the triggering device 8 is operated, the triggering device 8 being provided on the front plate 5 of the household appliance 1. The triggering device 8 may mechanically drive the fixing device 7 or the fixing device 7 may be driven by a motor. The securing means 7 are released in an interlocking manner after the actuation of the triggering means 8. This operation does not require the use of additional tools.
In step C, the electromagnetic lock 6 may release the connector 3 after activating the triggering device 8. The connector 3 is held in a space surrounded by the first fastening piece 61 and the second fastening piece 62 of the electromagnetic latch 6 when they are closed. The space enclosed by the first fastening member 61 and the second fastening member 62 of the electromagnetic latch 6 may be shaped to match the connector 3. After the electromagnetic lock 6 releases the connector 3, the connector 3 can be removed from the electromagnetic lock 6.
In step D, the connector 3 is removed from the electromagnetic lock 6. The connector 3 is used for connecting the door module 2 with the housing 4 of the household appliance 1. The door module 2 is mounted on the front plate 5 through the connection member 3, and the door module 2 can be immediately detached without operating the connection assembly after the connection member 3 is taken out.
To sum up, when needed, the staff only needs to realize the quick assembly and disassembly of the door module 2 at the electromagnetic lock catch 6 through the door module 2 assembly and disassembly button or the emergency triggering device 8, which is short in time consumption, so that the installation of the door module 2 of the household appliance is more convenient and quick compared with the traditional mode of disassembling at the connecting component. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic lock catch designed by the electromagnetic principle ensures that the disassembly and assembly times of the door module 2 cannot greatly influence the service lives of the electromagnetic lock catch 6 and the connecting piece 3.
In the household appliance with the door module, the door module can be quickly disassembled and assembled by the first power-on period from factory to user by utilizing an electromagnetic technology, the door module can be easily pulled out integrally by providing a certain force, and the door module can be easily embedded by a certain force; when a user is electrified for the first time, an electromagnetic technology is started, the connection part of the door module is restrained, and the door module has reliability by utilizing the structure; if the door module is required to be disassembled again, the plug is only required to be pulled out to be in an electroless state, and the touch device (such as an emergency pull rod) is operated to recover the door module to be disassembled rapidly.
