Abstract

头戴式耳机话筒组磁屏蔽动圈话筒。对动圈式话筒进行磁屏蔽处理,可有效地消除动圈式话筒和显示器之间的相互磁干扰,使话筒组和显示器之间出现的相互磁干扰现象减小到最低限度。本发明的头戴式耳机话筒组在距显示器5cm左右的距离工作时,基本上无磁干扰声,更不会出现彩色显示器色彩改变现象。

头戴式耳机话筒组磁屏蔽动圈话筒
本发明属于电化教学器材领域。
目前电化教学中的头戴式耳机话筒组之话筒,主要以动圈式话筒为主。从磁路结构上分,有内磁式和外磁式话筒;从方向性特性分,有指向性和非指向性话筒。但由于动圈式话筒的工作原理所致,在头戴式耳机话筒组使用时,特别是话筒与显示器靠得比较近(30cm左右)时,话筒组会出现“吱吱”的干扰声,彩电显示屏甚至会出现色彩的改变等干扰现象。
本发明的目的是对现有的头戴式耳机话筒组之话筒进行改进,以减少这种非正常的干扰现象。
头戴式耳机话筒组动圈式话筒在使用过程中的这种现象由来已久。这是电化教学器材组配生产厂家,特别是组配生产更为现代的显示屏与头戴式耳机话筒组一一相配(话筒与显示器靠得更近)的生产厂家遇到的一个难题。长期以来,头戴式耳机话筒组生产厂家,主要从提高耳机话筒组的电参数和磁参数、来解决这一问题,但效果不佳。研究表明,耳机话筒组电、磁参数的提高,对消这一现象虽有一定的作用,但是动圈式话筒的磁场(漏磁)对显示器的磁干扰和显示器的磁场(漏磁)对动圈式话筒的磁干扰,是造成这种现象的根本原因。
本发明的目的是通过给头戴式耳机话筒组的动圈式话筒加磁屏蔽来实现的。这样,既可使动圈式话筒对显示器的磁干扰大大的减小,又可使显示器磁场(包括外磁场)对动圈式话筒的磁干扰大大减弱,从而提高动圈式话筒与显示器的组配效果。
对动圈式话筒进行磁屏蔽,可以是在现有的动圈式话筒芯外罩上一个具有良好导磁性能的磁屏蔽外罩,也可以在现有的动圈式话筒的塑料外壳的内层喷涂上一层具有良好导磁性能的膜。
由于消除了动圈式话筒和显示器之向的相互磁干扰,本发明的实际使用效果是明显的。经磁屏蔽后的话筒,在距显示器5cm左右的距离工作时,基本上无磁干扰声,更不会出现彩色显示屏色彩的改变等磁干扰现象。
本发明可通过以下实施例进一步说明。
实施例1。ECD-3耳机话筒组的动圈式话筒(吉安地区乐声电子厂产品),话筒芯的外形尺寸为φ19.8×14。用铁镍合金做一个园弧面的杯形屏蔽前罩,园弧面设多个声学用小园孔,在两侧面与话筒芯两声学小孔的对应位置,设两个声学小方孔,屏蔽罩后盖板中央设一导线孔。整个屏蔽罩的尺寸为φ23×17。将动圈式话筒芯胶合在屏蔽罩的前罩内,将后盖板压合在前罩上,则制成了磁屏蔽动圈式话筒。
实施例2。同上例的ECD-3耳机话筒组。在塑料前后罩内层用真空金属镀膜法,喷涂上一层铜金属,将话筒芯胶合于塑料前后罩内,就制成了磁屏蔽动圈式话筒。

1、头戴式耳机话筒组动圈式话筒,其特征是对动圈式话筒进行磁屏蔽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的动圈式话筒,其特征是在动圈式话筒芯外罩上一磁屏蔽外罩。
3、根据权利要求1所述的动圈式话筒,其特征是在动圈式话筒的塑料外壳的内层喷涂一层导磁材料膜。
