As shown in fig. 2, the method for implementing on-line batch card opening of the embodiment includes operations S210 to S240.
In operation S210, in response to a request for handling entity cards in batches by the enterprise, an opening two-dimensional code corresponding to the opening batch is automatically generated.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, prior to generating the two-dimensional code of the opening card, approval or authorization of the target person is obtained. For example, before operation S210, a request to acquire identity information of a target person is issued to the target person. The operation S210 is performed in case that the target person agrees or authorizes that the identity information of the target person can be acquired.
In operation S220, based on the two-dimension code of opening card, the information of opening card of the target person is obtained.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a corresponding operation portal is provided for the target personnel to choose to agree or reject the automated decision result. That is, before acquiring the card opening information processing/decision of the target person based on the card opening two-dimensional code, the instruction of the target person to perform the processing/decision is obtained by agreeing or refusing to input through the corresponding operation entrance. If the user agrees to perform the processing/decision, based on the two-dimension code, the processing/decision of the opening information of the target person is obtained, that is, step S220 is performed. If the user refuses to make the process/decision, an expert decision flow is entered.
In operation S230, based on the card opening information, card making information of the entity card to be generated is determined in batches, and the card making information is submitted to the financial institution to which the entity card to be generated belongs.
In operation S240, in response to the financial institution completing the bulk transaction of the entity card to be generated, the entity card is fed back to the enterprise and activated.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a light-weight and edited online batch card opening implementation method for small and medium-sized enterprises, and firstly, a system automatically generates a card opening two-dimension code of a corresponding card opening batch exclusive to the enterprise according to the card opening requirement of the enterprise, and staff rapidly completes uploading and checking personal card opening information through code scanning. Then, the enterprise completes the collection and arrangement of the card opening information on line, submits the card opening application through the system, and meanwhile, the system can carry out automatic verification and auditing on the submitted information, so that the authenticity and integrity of the information are ensured. Once the verification is passed, the card making information of the entity card to be generated is determined in batches according to the card opening information, and the card making information is submitted to the financial institution to which the entity card to be generated belongs, namely, an enterprise administrator submits a batch newspaper file of the card opening, and the batch newspaper file enters a bank card opening approval and card making business process. After the financial institutions successfully transact entity cards in batches, the entity cards are fed back to the enterprises through safe and reliable channels, and the enterprises can selectively entrust the financial institutions with activating services.
By adopting advanced system technology and intelligent flow design, the functions of automatically generating the exclusive two-dimension code of the card for the enterprise, rapidly scanning the code by staff to upload information, submitting the application by the enterprise on line, and efficiently examining and approving the information are realized, the whole card-opening flow realizes automation and on-line realization, the card-opening period is greatly shortened, the working efficiency of the enterprise and staff is improved, the use and manual operation cost of paper materials is reduced, and the operation cost of the enterprise is reduced. Meanwhile, by automatically checking and auditing the information through the system, human errors are reduced, and the accuracy and reliability of the information are improved.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the method further comprises: responding to the target personnel to acquire the entity card and complete activation, and sending binding notification to the target personnel in batches; and based on the binding notification, binding the payroll account with the entity card by the target person.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates an overall business flow diagram for implementing on-line batch card opening in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the overall flow of implementing on-line batch card opening is divided into creating and managing card opening batches by the enterprise end, filling personal card opening information by the employee end, inquiring card making state, activating cards and binding payroll accounts.
Specifically, regarding the physical card activation flow after successful card opening, the system adopts a highly automated processing mode. Once the card is successfully opened, the system can immediately send entity card activation notifications to target personnel in batches, wherein the notifications not only contain detailed information required for activating the card, but also provide an explicit operation method. After receiving the activation notification, the target personnel can complete the activation of the card only by operating according to the prompt information. Meanwhile, the system can also count the read data of the activation notification, the activated entity card data, the list of people to be activated and the like in real time, and provide comprehensive card opening progress and activation conditions for enterprise administrators. For employees who do not activate the card, the enterprise administrator may manually send a notification to activate the card, again reminding the employee to complete activation as soon as possible. In addition, for the staff who has activated the entity card, the system can send the notice of binding the payroll account according to batches, and guide the user to conveniently complete the binding operation of the payroll account and the newly opened bank card. Similarly, the system also counts the read data of the binding notices, the bound payroll account data, the list of people to be activated and the like, so that an enterprise manager can master the binding condition of the payroll account at any time. It should be noted that for employees who have payroll cards in the personnel roster but not the target bank, the employees may select the entity card of the newly opened target bank and submit an application to update the payroll account. The enterprise administrator will approve the applications to ensure that employee payouts can be accurately issued to newly opened bank cards.
By automatically sending the binding notification to the target personnel, the step that the enterprise notifies the staff is reduced, the staff can know the necessity of the binding operation without actively contacting the enterprise, and the convenience of the whole process is improved. Meanwhile, payroll issuing is completed through the convenient and fast associated employee payroll account, and actual activation and use of new payroll cards are achieved, so that time and labor cost of manual operation are greatly reduced, overall working efficiency is improved, a large amount of employee information can be rapidly processed through batch sending binding notification and automatic binding operation, tedious processes of operation one by one are avoided, and processing efficiency is improved.
Further, the automatically generating the two-dimension code of the corresponding card opening batch in response to the request of the enterprise for handling the entity card in batches comprises: responding to the request of the enterprise for handling the entity cards in batches, and creating at least one card opening batch; adding the target personnel in the card opening batch, and verifying whether the identity information of the target personnel accords with preset conditions, wherein the preset conditions comprise that the target personnel is personnel not transacting the financial institution entity card; and automatically generating the two-dimension codes of the card opening based on the identity information of the target person after verification, wherein each two-dimension code of the card opening corresponds to specific card opening information.
Specifically, after logging in the system, the enterprise administrator or personnel role responsible for the card opening service can edit detailed card opening information on the newly added batch detail page by using the "newly added batch" function, including the batch name, the card opening number, the expected completion time, and the like, so as to create a card opening batch, and optionally, the enterprise can create and manage multiple card opening batches simultaneously.
According to the management rules of the bank type cards, each employee can only hold one effective payroll card, so when target personnel are added, the system can strictly screen the employees, only the employees with effective identity card information in the personnel roster and the employees without the target bank cards can be brought into the target personnel list of the card opening batch, and when screening the target personnel, if the system detects that some employees already hold effective payroll cards, prompt information can be given to remind the administrator to pay attention and perform corresponding processing. In addition, the system also provides a flexible target personnel adding mode, and an administrator or personnel role can manually input staff information according to actual conditions or rapidly add a large number of staff through a batch import mode. At the same time, the system also supports grouping management of target personnel so as to better organize and arrange card opening work.
By creating the card opening batch, the system can process card handling requests of a plurality of target persons at one time, and batch processing is realized. This significantly improves the processing efficiency and reduces the cumbersome steps of processing one by one. Meanwhile, when the target personnel are added, the system verifies whether the identity information accords with the preset condition, if so, the system is a person who does not transact the entity card of the financial institution, and the verification mechanism ensures the accuracy of data and prevents the person who does not accord with the condition from being contained in the card opening batch by mistake.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the method further comprises: setting screening conditions of the target personnel, selecting the target personnel in batches according to the screening conditions, and sending the two-dimension code of the opening card to the target personnel meeting the screening conditions by one key.
When the card transacting invitation is sent to the target person, the system provides an efficient and convenient one-key batch invitation function. The enterprise administrator only needs to select corresponding screening conditions in the system, such as organizations, departments, employee names and the like, and the system can select target employees in batches according to the conditions and automatically send the two-dimension codes to the mobile devices of the employees. Meanwhile, aiming at staff who have participated in batch card opening and successfully opened cards, marks are carried out in the system so as to be identified and processed in the subsequent batch card opening process.
Through setting up the screening condition, the enterprise can be accurately positioned to the target personnel who accords with specific condition, helps the enterprise to provide individualized service and solution for different crowds to the enterprise can set up the screening condition in a flexible way according to self demand, in order to adapt to different business scenes and change, thereby provide bigger flexibility and adaptability for the enterprise. And the target personnel are selected in batches and the two-dimension codes of the card are sent by one key, so that the processing efficiency is greatly improved, the two-dimension codes are not required to be sent one by one or the distribution process is not required to be managed manually, and the operation cost and the time cost are reduced.
Further, the obtaining the card opening information of the target person based on the card opening two-dimensional code includes: associating the identity information of the target person with the card opening information to automatically generate the card opening information according to at least part of the identity information; and enabling the target personnel to scan the two-dimension code of the card opening and fill in the card opening information which is not automatically generated.
As shown in FIG. 3, after receiving the card transacting invitation notice to be transacted, the enterprise staff can use their own personal account number and password to log in the corresponding applet of the enterprise, so as to easily review and process related card transacting matters. In the "open card information filling" process, the employee will first enter the upload id card information page. On this page, the employee may choose to take a photograph to upload or use the photos in the album to submit a picture of the front and back of the identification card. The system adopts an advanced image recognition technology, can automatically verify the effective information on the identity card, and ensures the accuracy and the safety of the information. Because the identity information of the staff is closely related to the card opening information, after the identity card information is uploaded, part of the card opening information can be automatically generated, and the staff can complete the filling process of the whole card opening information only by completing the entry of the rest personal information, such as contact information, addresses and the like, on the card opening information entry page.
In the process of filling in the card opening information, the system can verify key contents such as protocol data, card opening information data, card opening person information and the like, so that information submitted by staff is ensured to accord with relevant regulations and requirements, and the accuracy and success rate of card opening are further improved. Once the employee's information passes verification, the system automatically enters it into the card-open batch and marks the employee's status as "information submitted".
Because the system can automatically associate the identity information of the target personnel with the card handling information and automatically generate part of the card handling information based on the identity information, the workload of manual input and check is greatly reduced, the automation degree and efficiency of the whole flow are improved, and the possibility of human errors is reduced. Although part of card handling information is automatically generated, the system still allows a target person to scan the two-dimension code of the card and fill in the part which is not automatically generated, the design fully considers the convenience of automation, reserves the possibility of personalized customization and provides more flexible and personalized experience for the target person. Meanwhile, by associating the identity information with the card handling information, the system can realize the integration and consistency management of data, and is beneficial to enterprises to obtain more accurate and comprehensive information support in the follow-up data analysis and business decision.
