Further, when the controller detects that the body 400 to be detected is in a lying state, the controller starts to control the bed body 100 to ascend and descend, so that interference caused by the unstable lying motion of the body 400 to be detected due to the unstable bed body 100 in the ascending and descending process of the bed body 100 can be avoided, and the experience of a patient is influenced.

In S330, when the controller determines that the body to be detected 400 has the third trend according to the image information of the body to be detected 400 transmitted by the image detector 300, before the controller controls the bed 100 to lift, the controller controls the prompter to send a start prompt, so as to facilitate warning of the body to be detected 400, avoid the bed 100 lying down during the lifting process, and improve safety. The starting prompt can be an audio prompt or a projection prompt.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a control reminder performs a prompt for the position of the bed 100.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: s340 judges whether the bed 100 is lifted to the target position, if the bed 100 is lifted to the target position, the control prompter prompts in place. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a medical bed according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bed body 100, a lifting assembly 200, an image detector 300, and a controller; the bed 100 is used for supporting a body 400 to be detected; the lifting assembly 200 is connected to the bed 100 and is used for driving the bed 100 to lift; the image detector 300 is used for acquiring image information of the object 400 to be detected; a controller is connected to the elevation assembly 200 and the image detector 300, and the controller is used to perform the control method of the medical bed as described above.
In the application, the image information of the body to be detected 400 is acquired through the image detector 300, the image detector 300 transmits the image information of the body to be detected 400 to the controller, the controller judges the action trend of the body to be detected 400 according to the image information of the body to be detected 400, thereby judging the intention of the body to be detected 400, and then the controller controls the lifting assembly 200 to drive the bed body 100 of the medical bed to lift according to the intention of the body to be detected 400 so as to enable the body to be detected 400 to get on or get off the bed, thereby realizing the direct and automatic interaction between the medical bed and a patient, simplifying the flow, improving the efficiency, saving the human resources, and improving the experience of the patient, thereby improving the adaptability and the reliability of the medical bed. Specifically, the arrangement of the image detector 300 above the bed panel 110 in the vertical direction can ensure that the bed panel 110 does not obstruct the view of the image detector 300. When the bed 100 moves to the third preset height, the body 400 to be detected is already laid down for preparation for detection or treatment, and the moving assembly drives the bed panel 110 to move towards the medical instrument, so that the body 400 to be detected can be detected or treated conveniently. In the process of moving the bed panel 110 by the moving assembly, the fixing plate 120 does not move, so that damage to the image detector 300 caused by the scanner and other components can be avoided. In other embodiments, the fixing plate 120 may be separate from the bed panel, the fixing plate 120 may be mounted on a wall or a floor, and the lifting assembly 200 is connected to the bed panel 110 and used to drive the bed panel 110 to lift.
Further, the number of the image detectors 300 is two, and the image detectors are respectively located at two sides of the fixing plate 120 along the width direction of the bed panel 110, so that the fields of view at two sides of the bed body 100 along the width direction can be considered, and the accuracy of the image detectors 300 in acquiring the image information of the body 400 to be detected can be improved.
In other embodiments, the image detector 300 may be disposed on other components, such as a wall, a ceiling, etc., as long as the irradiation range of the image detector 300 can cover the entire movement range of the patient bed, so that it can accurately acquire the image information of the object 400 near the bed 100 and the image information of the object 400 on the bed panel 110.
Further, the moving assembly is connected to the controller, and when the controller controls the lifting assembly 200 to drive the bed 100 to move to the third preset height, the controller controls the moving assembly to drive the bed panel 110 to move towards the medical apparatus, thereby simplifying the process and improving the efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a medical apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a scanner having a scan chamber and a medical bed as described above, the medical bed being configured to enter or exit the scan chamber.
