The density of the cigarettes measured after the reconstituted tobacco shreds are rolled into cigarettes is 0.58g/cm 3, the roundness and hardness of the cigarettes are good, but the cigarettes are not smooth in smoking, the smoking resistance is large, and the smoking effect is poor.

Claims (17)

1. A tobacco shred preparation device, which is characterized by comprising: a primary compression roller mechanism, a final compression roller mechanism, a stretching compression roller mechanism and a notch cutting mechanism which are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction,
The primary compression roller mechanism carries out rolling on tobacco materials to form a first tobacco sheet with uniform thickness;
The first tobacco sheet is rolled by the final-stage pressing roller mechanism to form a second tobacco sheet; the scoring mechanism is positioned between the final-stage compression roller mechanism and the stretching compression roller mechanism; the scoring mechanism scoring the second tobacco sheet to form a third tobacco sheet with meshes;
The movement speed of the stretching press roller mechanism is larger than that of the final press roller mechanism, and the stretching press roller mechanism is used for stretching the third tobacco sheet to form the net-shaped tobacco sheet.
2. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary press roller mechanism is provided with at least one pair.
3. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shredding mechanism includes a plurality of cutter heads and a driving device which drives the cutter heads to reciprocate in a vertical direction and toward the second tobacco sheet.
4. A tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of said cutter heads are arranged at intervals in the width direction of said second tobacco sheet.
5. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the distance between any two adjacent cutter heads in the width direction is 2mm to 3mm.
6. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of the cutter heads extends in the width direction, and each of the cutter heads extends in the width direction by a length of 5mm to 15mm.
7. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, further comprising an anvil roller disposed in the vertical direction toward the scoring mechanism, and wherein the cutter head reciprocates in the vertical direction toward the second tobacco sheet when the second tobacco sheet moves onto the anvil roller.
8. A cut tobacco preparation apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the second tobacco sheet is scored by the scoring mechanism at intervals of 1.5mm to 2.0mm in the horizontal direction.
9. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein a plurality of the cutter heads are arranged at intervals in the width direction in at least two rows, and the cutter heads in adjacent two rows are arranged in a staggered manner.
10. The tobacco shred preparation apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a shoveling device which shovels the mesh tobacco sheet away from the stretching press roller mechanism.
11. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a drying mechanism for drying the mesh tobacco sheets to a moisture content of 2% to 12% by weight.
12. The tobacco shred preparing apparatus as claimed in claim 11, further comprising a cutting device for cutting the mesh tobacco sheet dried by the drying mechanism in the width direction and the horizontal direction to form irregular tobacco shreds.
13. The preparation method of the cut tobacco is characterized by utilizing a preparation device of the cut tobacco to prepare the cut tobacco, wherein the preparation device comprises a primary compression roller mechanism, a final compression roller mechanism, a stretching compression roller mechanism and a cutting mechanism which are sequentially arranged in the horizontal direction, and the preparation method comprises the following steps of:
Primary rolling: the primary compression roller mechanism is used for rolling tobacco materials to form a first tobacco sheet with uniform thickness;
Final stage rolling: the final pressing roller mechanism is used for rolling the first tobacco sheet to form a second tobacco sheet;
scribing: the scoring mechanism scoring the second tobacco sheet to form a third tobacco sheet with meshes;
Stretching and rolling: the stretching press roller mechanism is used for stretching the third tobacco sheet to form a netlike tobacco sheet.
14. The method of producing cut tobacco according to claim 13, wherein in the stretching and rolling step, the third tobacco sheet is stretched to 2 to 5 times the original length to form the mesh-like tobacco sheet.
15. The method of making cut tobacco according to claim 13, wherein the stretching and rolling step is followed by a shoveling step of shoveling the reticulated tobacco sheet away from the stretching and pressing roller mechanism.
16. The method of producing cut tobacco according to claim 15, wherein the step of shoveling is followed by a step of drying which dries the mesh-like tobacco sheet to a moisture content of 2 to 12wt%.
17. The method of producing cut tobacco according to claim 16, wherein the step of drying is followed by a cutting step of cutting the mesh tobacco sheet dried by the step of drying in the width direction and the horizontal direction of the mesh tobacco sheet to form irregular cut tobacco.
