Preferably, in this embodiment, the magnetic member 10 is disposed outside the bottom of the outer tub. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a washing machine is described, including a machine body 1 and a door body 2, a tub module is disposed in the machine body 1, the door body 2 is disposed at the top of the machine body 1, one end of the door body 2 is connected to the machine body 1 through a hinge, and the other end of the door body 2 is connected to the machine body 1 through a door lock 103.
The barrel module comprises an inner barrel 3 and an outer barrel 4, wherein the outer barrel 4 is fixedly arranged in the shell 101, the inner barrel 3 is a non-porous barrel, and the outer barrel 4 is detachably arranged. According to the invention, the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 are detachably connected, so that one washing machine can be provided with a plurality of inner barrels 3, and the inner barrels 3 can be conveniently replaced. In the use process of a user, one person can realize one barrel or one person can realize multiple barrels, the number of the inner barrels 3 can be configured according to the use requirement, classified washing is realized, the cross infection condition of different clothes can be prevented when different clothes are washed by the washing machine, meanwhile, a plurality of washing machines are not required to be configured, and the cost is saved.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 are connected by electromagnetic ferromagnetic attraction.
Specifically, the inside of the outer barrel bottom is provided with an electromagnet, the outside of the inner barrel bottom is provided with a magnet 6 or a magnetic piece 10, the magnet 6 or the magnetic piece 10 of the inner barrel bottom is mounted on the outside of the inner barrel bottom through the barrel bottom connecting piece 302 in the first embodiment, the electromagnet is arranged on the outer barrel bottom at a position corresponding to the magnet 6 or the magnetic piece 10 on the inner barrel bottom, and preferably, the electromagnet is involved on the outer barrel bottom, so that the end face of the inner side of the outer barrel bottom is kept flat.
In this embodiment, the washing machine controls the on/off of the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 4 by controlling the on/off of the electromagnet, and when the user needs to replace the inner tub 3, the electromagnet can be powered off, so that the inner tub 3 is separated from the outer tub 4, thereby ensuring that the replacement process of the inner tub 3 is more labor-saving. When the user installs the inner tub 3 that changes in place, namely, when inner tub end and outer tub end laminating, can control the electro-magnet circular telegram, make inner tub end and outer tub end actuation, guarantee the stability of installation of inner tub 3, the leakproofness between inner tub 3 and the outer tub 4, and the stability of washing machine work effect.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the electromagnet is connected to the door body 2 of the washing machine in a communication manner, and the washing machine controls the power on/off of the electromagnet according to the state of the door body 2. Through the arrangement, when the door body 2 is opened/closed, the inner barrel 3 can be synchronously unlocked/locked, so that the inner barrel 3 is more convenient to replace, the efficiency of replacing the inner barrel 3 by a user can be improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In this embodiment, a door body 2 position sensor for detecting the position of the door body 2 is disposed between the door body 2 and the machine body 1, and the door body 2 position sensor is in communication connection with a control unit of the washing machine.
As shown in fig. 16, in this embodiment, there is also provided a control method of a washing machine, specifically including the steps of:
S1: acquiring the position of a door body 2;
s2: when the door body 2 is detected to be at the closed position, the electromagnet is controlled to be electrified, and the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 are attracted;
s3: when the door body 2 is detected to be in the open position, the electromagnet is controlled to be powered off, and the inner barrel 3 is separated from the outer barrel 4.
In this embodiment, the door body 2 position sensor acquires the position of the door body 2 in real time, and transmits the detection result to the control unit of the washing machine in real time, the control unit controls the electromagnet to be electrified/de-electrified according to the position of the door body 2, when the door body 2 is opened by a user, the electromagnet is automatically de-electrified, the inner barrel 3 is automatically separated from the inner barrel 3, the inner barrel 3 is convenient for the user to replace, when the door body 2 is detected to be closed, the user is indicated to control the washing machine to run, the user is proved to replace the inner barrel 3, or the user considers that the inner barrel 3 is not required to be replaced, at this time, the control unit controls the electromagnet to be electrified, and the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 are attracted to ensure the installation stability of the inner barrel 3 and the tightness between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4.
The door body 2 position sensor may be an angle sensor for detecting a rotation angle of the door body 2, or may be a sensing device for detecting whether the door body 2 is in a closed position. In the present embodiment, the sensing device for detecting whether the door 2 is in the closed position is installed between the door 2 and the body 1, but this implementation is not limited to the type of the door 2 position sensor actually used in the present invention.
In this embodiment, the induction device includes a reed pipe and a permanent magnet block that are mutually matched, the reed pipe is disposed on one of the machine body 1 and the door body 2, the permanent magnet block is disposed on the other of the machine body 1 and the door body 2, and the mounting positions of the reed pipe and the permanent magnet block correspond to each other.
In this embodiment, the reed switch may be disposed on the machine body 1 and in communication with the control unit of the washing machine, the permanent magnet is disposed on the door body 2 and at a position corresponding to the reed switch, the reed switch may sense the position of the permanent magnet, and transmit the sensing result to the control unit of the washing machine in real time, the control unit determines whether the door body 2 is in a closed state according to the detection result, if the door body 2 is detected to be in a closed state, the permanent magnet 6 is controlled to be electrified, and if the door body 2 is detected to be in an open state, the permanent magnet 6 is controlled to be powered off.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the washing machine locks the door body 2 in a closed state by the door lock 103. Specifically, an elastic member for driving the door body 2 to open is arranged between the door body 2 and the machine body 1, and the elastic member can be a torsion spring which is arranged at the hinge and two ends of which are respectively in elastic abutment with the machine body 1 and the door body 2, and when the door body 2 is unlocked, the elasticity of the torsion spring is released to spring the door body 2 to a certain opening degree.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, in the present embodiment, the washing machine may control the on/off of the electromagnet according to the state of the door lock 103. Specifically, the control method of the washing machine comprises the following steps:
S4: acquiring the state of the door lock 103;
s4.1: when the door lock 103 is detected to be locked, the electromagnet is electrified;
S4.2: when the unlocking of the door lock 103 is detected, the electromagnet is de-energized.
Preferably, in this embodiment, when the door lock 103 is in an open state and the user manually closes the door body 2, the door lock 103 is automatically locked. The washing machine is provided with a door lock 103 switch, and a user can control the door lock 103 to unlock by pressing the door lock 103 switch.
In this embodiment, by setting the door lock 103 to open and close, the user can unlock the door body 2 and the inner tub 3 simultaneously through the door lock 103, so that the structure and the control system of the washing machine are simplified, and the intelligent degree of the washing machine is improved.
In some possible embodiments, the user may press the door lock 103 to open and close in different ways, selectively controlling the door lock 103 to unlock, or controlling the door lock 103 to unlock simultaneously with the electromagnet. Specifically, the control method further comprises the following steps:
s5: acquiring a mode of pressing a door lock 103 to open and close by a user;
s5.1: when the user presses the door lock 103 to open and close for a single time, the door lock 103 is unlocked, and the electromagnet is kept electrified;
s5.2: when the user presses the door lock 103 switch twice in succession, the door lock 103 is unlocked and the electromagnet is powered off.
In this embodiment, the user can selectively control the unlocking of the door lock 103 by controlling the way of pressing the door lock 103 to open or close, or control the door lock 103 and the inner barrel 3 to be synchronously unlocked.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, when the door body 2 is in the closed state, the door lock 103 is in the locked state, at this time, if the user presses the door lock 103 to open or close, only the door lock 103 is unlocked, the electromagnet still keeps the energized state, the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 4 keep engaged, and if the user continuously presses the door lock 103 to open or close twice, the door lock 103 is unlocked, and at the same time, the electromagnet is de-energized, and the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 4 are separated.
In this embodiment, when the door body 2 is in an open state and the inner barrel 3 is in a locked state, the user can still continuously press the door lock 103 to switch off the electromagnet by twice, so that the user can take out the inner barrel 3 from the outer barrel 4 at any time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the control method of the washing machine may further include the steps of:
s5.3: when the user presses the door lock 103 switch three times in succession, the door lock 103 remains locked and the electromagnet is de-energized.
Through the arrangement, when the washing machine is in a standby state, a user can power off the electromagnet by operating the door lock 103 switch, so that the energy saving performance of the washing machine is improved.
In other possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 18, the user may selectively control the unlocking of the door lock 103 by pressing the duration of the door lock 103 switch, or control the unlocking of the door lock 103 simultaneously with the electromagnet. Specifically, the control method may further include the following steps:
S6: acquiring the time length for a user to press the door lock 103 to open and close;
s6.1: when the time for which the user presses the door lock 103 to open and close is less than the first preset time, the door lock 103 is unlocked, and the electromagnet is kept electrified;
s6.2: when the time for which the user presses the door lock 103 to open or close is longer than or equal to the first preset time and shorter than the second preset time, the door lock 103 is unlocked, and the electromagnet is powered off.
Specifically, the preset duration may be set to 3 seconds. That is, when the door body 2 is in the closed state, the door lock 103 is in the locked state, the electromagnet is in the energized state, and the inner tub 3 is attracted to the outer tub 4. At this time, if the user presses the door lock 103 to open and close and keeps the pressing operation for less than 3 seconds, only the door lock 103 is unlocked, the electromagnet still keeps the electrified state, the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 4 keep the attraction, and if the user presses the door lock 103 to open and close and keeps the pressing operation for 3 seconds, the door lock 103 is unlocked, and meanwhile the electromagnet is powered off, and the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 4 are separated.
In this embodiment, when the door body 2 is in an open state and the inner barrel 3 is in a locked state, the user can still turn off the electromagnet by pressing the door lock 103 to open and close and keeping the pressing action for more than 3 seconds, so that the user can take out the inner barrel 3 from the outer barrel 4 at any time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the control method of the washing machine may further include the steps of:
s6.3: when the time for which the user presses the door lock 103 to open and close is longer than the second preset time, the door lock 103 is kept locked, and the electromagnet is powered off.
Through the arrangement, when the washing machine is in a standby state, a user can power off the electromagnet by operating the door lock 103 switch, so that the energy saving performance of the washing machine is improved.
Preferably, in this embodiment, when the door body 2 is opened and the electromagnet is powered on, the control unit starts timing, and if the time for keeping the door body 2 open and the electromagnet in the powered on state reaches the preset time, the control unit controls the electromagnet to be powered off, so that the energy saving effect of the washing machine can be improved.
That is, after the door lock 103 is unlocked and the electromagnet is kept energized by a single pressing of the door lock 103/a short pressing of the door lock 103, if the washing machine is not operated (including pressing of the door lock 103, opening and closing of the door body 2, and inputting of a control command), the electromagnet is automatically de-energized after a preset time, thereby making the washing machine more power-saving.
Preferably, in order to improve energy saving performance of the washing machine, in this embodiment, the control method of the washing machine further includes the following steps:
S7: when the washing machine is in a standby state, a mode that a user presses the door lock 103 to open and close is obtained, and/or a time length that the user presses the door lock 103 to open and close is obtained, and/or the control unit starts timing;
S7.1: if the user continuously presses the door lock 103 to open and close for two times/three times, and/or the time period of the user pressing the door lock 103 to open and close is longer than or equal to the first preset time period, and/or the time period of the washing machine entering the standby state reaches the preset time period, the electromagnet is powered off;
S8: when a user inputs a cleaning instruction to the washing machine, the position of the door body 2 and the electrifying condition of the electromagnet are obtained;
S8.1: if the door body 2 is opened, prompting a user to close the door body 2; if the door body 2 is closed and the electromagnet is powered off, the control unit directly controls the electromagnet to be powered on.
In this embodiment, the door lock 103 switch may be integrated on a control panel of the washing machine; or the door lock 103 is opened and closed by mechanical keys which are independently arranged and are embedded on the door body 2/the machine body 1.
Example III
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, an inner tub 3 of a washing machine is described, which includes an inner tub body 301, the inner tub body 301 includes an inner tub bottom and an inner tub wall that are integrally formed, an impeller 5 is disposed on the inner tub bottom of the inner tub 3, and a motor shaft 8 of the washing machine is in transmission connection with the impeller 5 to drive the impeller 5 to rotate for washing clothes in the inner tub 3.
In this embodiment, the pulsator 5 is mounted on the inner barrel bottom of the inner barrel body 301 through a fastening structure, and is in axial limit fit with the inner barrel bottom. The user can dismantle, change impeller 5 in the use to, can dispose the impeller 5 of multiple form for a washing machine, with the variety that satisfies the clothing that waits to wash, the user only needs to purchase a washing machine can wash all kinds clothing, has improved the utilization ratio of resource, has reduced user's washing cost.
As shown in fig. 11, the pulsator 5 includes a pulsator shaft 502 and water-repellent ribs 503 disposed on the pulsator shaft 502, the water-repellent ribs 503 are disposed protruding outwards from an outer wall of the pulsator shaft 502, a plurality of water-repellent ribs 503 are uniformly arranged along a circumferential direction of the pulsator shaft 502, and the fastening structure is disposed between a bottom of the pulsator shaft 502 and an inner tub bottom.
The fastening structure comprises a claw 504 and a fastening groove 3023 which are matched with each other, the claw 504 comprises a neck part extending downwards from the bottom of the impeller shaft 502 of the impeller 5, and a fastening protrusion extending outwards from the end of the neck part along the radial direction of the impeller shaft 502, namely from the end of the neck part far away from the impeller shaft 502; the clamping groove 3023 is arranged on the bottom of the inner barrel and comprises a groove bottom, a groove wall and a clamping part arranged at the notch of the clamping groove 3023, and the clamping claw 504 is clamped between the groove bottom and the clamping part through a clamping convex.
In this embodiment, the number of the claws 504 is at least two, at least two claws 504 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the impeller shaft 502, the neck portion of the claw 504 is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the clamping portion, and/or the clamping protrusion is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the clamping groove 3023.
Preferably, four claws 504 are provided, the four claws 504 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the pulsator shaft 502, and the four claws 504 are identical in size.
Further preferably, the neck portion of the claw 504 is configured as an arc shape adapted to the shape of the inner wall of the clamping portion, and the clamping protrusion is configured as an arc shape adapted to the inner wall of the clamping groove 3023.
Specifically, the inner bottom is provided with a bottom connecting member 302, where the bottom connecting member 302 may be the bottom connecting member 302 in the first embodiment, and the bottom connecting member includes a first connecting member 3021 and a second connecting member 3022 disposed on the inner side and the outer side of the inner bottom, and at least a portion of the inner bottom is sandwiched between the first connecting member 3021 and the second connecting member 3022, and the clamping groove 3023 is coaxially disposed on the bottom connecting member 302 of the inner bottom.
The first connecting piece 3021 and the second connecting piece 3022 are respectively attached to the inner side and the outer side of the inner barrel bottom, the middle part of the inner barrel bottom and the middle part of the first connecting piece 3021 are provided with notches coaxial with the inner barrel bottom, the top of the notches, namely the inner walls of the notches on the first connecting piece 3021 extend upwards, the middle part of the second connecting piece 3022 and the parts corresponding to the notches form the bottom of the clamping groove 3023, and the notches on the inner barrel bottom and the inner walls of the notches on the first connecting piece 3021 form the groove walls of the clamping groove 3023.
The clamping part is arranged at the top of the notch and extends from the top of the notch of the clamping groove 3023 to the inside of the notch along the radial direction, the middle part of the clamping part is provided with a clamping port coaxial with the bottom of the inner barrel, and the clamping claw 504 is clamped in the clamping groove 3023 through the clamping port.
In this embodiment, during the installation of the pulsator 5, the claw 504 on the pulsator 5 is abutted to the clamping interface and pressed downward, so that the claw 504 generates elastic deformation inclined to the axial direction of the pulsator shaft 502, and thus the clamping protrusion is clamped into the clamping groove 3023, and after the clamping protrusion enters the clamping groove 3023, the claw 504 rebounds, so that the clamping protrusion is clamped between the clamping part and the bottom of the clamping groove 3023.
Preferably, the thickness of the clamping protrusion is adapted to the distance between the clamping portion and the bottom of the clamping groove 3023. When the convex clamping part is clamped between the clamping part and the groove bottom, the top surface of the convex clamping part is in sliding fit with the bottom surface of the clamping part, and the bottom surface of the convex clamping part is in sliding fit with the top surface of the second connecting piece 3022.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the diameters of the circumferences of the sides of the necks of the four claws 504 away from the axle center of the impeller shaft 502 are adapted to the diameters of the clamping interfaces, and the diameters of the circumferences of the sides of the four claws 504 away from the axle center of the impeller shaft 502 are adapted to the inner diameters of the clamping grooves 3023. Therefore, after the pulsator 5 is mounted, the neck portion of the claw 504 is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the clamping portion, and meanwhile, the clamping protrusion is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the clamping groove 3023, so as to guide the rotation of the pulsator 5, and improve the working stability of the pulsator 5.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the bottom of the latch is provided with a slope inclined from top to bottom towards the direction close to the axis of the pulsator shaft 502, and the distance between the bottom of the slope and the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 is smaller than the distance between the inner wall of the clamping part and the axis of the clamping part, that is, the diameter of the circumference of the bottom of the latch and the side away from the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the diameter of the circumference of the bottom of the latch and the side away from the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 is smaller than the inner diameter of the clip interface, so that during the installation of the pulsator 5, at least part of the latch extends into the clip interface, and when the pulsator 5 is continuously pressed downwards, the claw 504 is deformed near the side of the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 under the contact of the slope, thereby improving the positioning effect and the guiding performance of the pulsator 5 during the installation process, facilitating the installation of the pulsator 5, and improving the use experience of the user.
Preferably, the distance between the top end of the inclined surface of the bottom of the clamping protrusion and the second connecting piece 3022 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the inner barrel bottom, that is, the axial distance between the upper end and the lower end of the inclined surface is greater than or equal to the thickness of the inner barrel bottom, so that one side of the clamping protrusion far away from the axis of the impeller shaft 502 is only in sliding fit with the inner wall of the notch on the first connecting piece 3021, but not in contact with the inner wall of the notch on the inner barrel bottom, on one hand, the abrasion of the impeller 5 to the inner barrel 3 can be reduced, on the other hand, the friction between the inner barrel 3 and the impeller 5 can be reduced, and the rotation of the impeller 5 is smoother.
In this embodiment, a second sealing protrusion is disposed on a side of the inner tub bottom near the second connector 3022, where the second sealing protrusion is disposed around the notch, and the second sealing protrusion may be disposed in multiple circles. The second sealing protrusion may be provided to be made of a soft material, and/or the inner tub bottom is made of a soft material, and/or the inner tub body 301 is made of a soft material.
In the process of installing the barrel bottom connecting piece 302, the inner barrel bottom is elastically abutted with the second connecting piece 3022 through the second sealing protruding part, so that the sealing effect between the inner barrel bottom and the second connecting piece 3022 can be improved, and washing water is prevented from leaking out of the inner barrel 3 from the clamping groove 3023.
In this embodiment, there is also provided a washing machine including a housing 101 and a tub module installed in the housing 101, the tub module including an inner tub 3 and an outer tub 4, the inner tub 3 being detachably installed in the outer tub 4 through a magnetic structure, and a pulsator 5 being detachably installed in the inner tub 3 through a snap structure.
The inner barrel 3 is arranged in the outer barrel 4, and a motor shaft 8 of the driving motor penetrates through the bottom of the outer barrel and at least partially extends into the outer barrel 4. In the installation process of the inner barrel 3, the bottom of the inner barrel is attached to the bottom of the outer barrel, and the motor shaft 8 is at least partially inserted into the inner barrel 3 and is in transmission connection with the pulsator 5 in the inner barrel 3.
Specifically, the bottom of the washing machine is provided with a driving motor for driving the pulsator 5 to rotate, a motor shaft 8 of the driving motor penetrates through the outer barrel bottom and extends into the outer barrel 4, and a bearing for supporting the motor shaft 8 and an oil seal for sealing a shaft hole on the outer barrel bottom are arranged between the motor shaft 8 and the outer barrel bottom. The bottom of the inner barrel is provided with a shaft hole through which a motor shaft 8 passes, the motor shaft 8 passes through the shaft hole to be in transmission connection with a pulsator shaft 502 of the pulsator 5, and the motor shaft 8 rotates to drive the pulsator 5 to rotate, so that water and clothes in the inner barrel 3 are stirred, and the aim of washing is fulfilled.
In this embodiment, the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 4 are magnetically connected, the tub bottom connector 302 on the inner tub bottom is embedded with the magnet 6/magnetic member 10 described in the first and second embodiments, and the magnet 6/magnetic member 10 is disposed in the second groove on the side of the second connector 3022 away from the inner tub bottom.
The shaft hole is coaxially formed in the second connecting piece 3022, a fourth through hole corresponding to the shaft hole is formed in the middle of the magnet 6/magnetic piece 10, the caliber of the fourth through hole is larger than that of the shaft hole, a third extension portion protruding and extending towards a direction away from the inner barrel 3 is arranged on the second connecting piece 3022 around the shaft hole, and the peripheral wall of the third extension portion is attached to the inner wall of the fourth through hole.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the third extension portion elastically abuts against the oil seal between the outer barrel bottom and the motor shaft 8 under the suction action between the inner barrel bottom and the outer barrel bottom, so as to ensure the tightness of the shaft hole.
That is, the end of the third extension part protrudes at least partially from the end surface of the magnet 6 away from the bottom side of the inner barrel, the outer diameter of the third extension part is matched with the inner diameter of the shaft hole on the bottom of the outer barrel, and the end of the third extension part extends at least partially into the shaft hole on the bottom of the outer barrel and is abutted against the oil seal between the bottom of the outer barrel and the motor shaft 8.
Through above-mentioned setting, on the one hand, can improve the accuracy of interior bucket 3 mounted position, improve interior bucket 3's location effect, on the other hand, can improve the sealed effect to the shaft hole in interior bucket bottom, prevent that the washing water in interior bucket 3 from leaking to the condition emergence between outer bucket 4 and the interior bucket 3.
In this embodiment, the motor shaft 8 is connected to the pulsator shaft 502 by a key. Specifically, a first spline is disposed on the motor shaft 8, a second spline corresponding to the first spline is disposed on the pulsator shaft 502, and when the inner tub 3 is installed in the outer tub 4, teeth of the first spline and teeth of the second spline are meshed with each other, so that the pulsator shaft 502 can rotate synchronously with the motor shaft 8, and the driving motor drives the pulsator 5 to rotate to wash clothes in the inner tub 3.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the second spline is embedded in the impeller shaft 502, the tooth portion of the second spline faces downward, the first spline is sleeved on the motor shaft 8, the tooth portion of the first spline faces upward, and the diameter of the end portion of the motor shaft 8 is adapted to the inner diameter of the second spline. When the inner barrel 3 is installed, the end part of the motor shaft 8 is inserted into the second spline, and the tooth part of the first spline sleeved on the periphery of the motor shaft 8 is meshed with the tooth part of the second spline embedded in the impeller shaft 502.
In this embodiment, the outer peripheral wall of the first spline is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the pulsator shaft 502, and the outer peripheral wall of the end of the motor shaft 8 is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the second spline.
In this embodiment, the washing machine may be configured with a plurality of inner barrels 3, or may be configured with a plurality of pulsators 5 with different structures for each inner barrel 3, and when different kinds of clothes need to be washed, the pulsators 5 on the inner barrels 3 may be manually detached, and then the pulsators 5 corresponding to the clothes to be washed may be mounted on the inner barrels 3.
Preferably, in this embodiment, each user may configure a plurality of inner drums 3 for washing different laundry, and one or more pulsators 5 may be configured for each inner drum 3. For example, two inner tub 3 may be provided for each user, one inner tub 3 for washing small laundry such as underwear and the other inner tub 3 for washing other laundry. Meanwhile, the inner barrel 3 for washing small clothes is provided with one pulsator 5 capable of realizing small clothes washing, and a plurality of pulsators 5 are arranged for washing other clothes, so that the inner barrel 3 can realize various functions of washing the outer clothes, washing shoes and the like, and a user can replace the pulsators 5 with different structures according to the types, the quantity and the materials of the clothes to be washed.
Preferably, in this embodiment, when the user changes the pulsator 5 on the inner tub 3, the inner tub 3 may be removed or may be directly changed.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the inner barrel 3 may be made of soft material, so that the user can replace the pulsator 5 conveniently, the replacement efficiency of the user to the pulsator 5 is further improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, a washing machine is described, including a casing 101, a laundry inlet 102 is provided at the top of the casing 101, an inner tub 3 is installed inside the casing 101, the inner tub 3 is a non-porous tub, and the inner tub 3 is detachably installed inside the casing 101.
The invention can be detachably arranged in the shell 101 by arranging the inner barrels 3, so that one washing machine can be provided with a plurality of inner barrels 3, and the inner barrels 3 can be conveniently replaced. In the use process of a user, one person can realize one barrel or one person can realize multiple barrels, the number of the inner barrels 3 can be configured according to the use requirement, classified washing is realized, the cross infection condition of different clothes can be prevented when different clothes are washed by the washing machine, meanwhile, a plurality of washing machines are not required to be configured, and the cost is saved.
In this embodiment, the inner tub 3 is detachably mounted in the casing 101 of the washing machine, and a positioning structure is disposed between the inner tub 3 and the casing 101.

The bung hole locator 303 is annular, the periphery of the bung hole locator 303 at least partially protrudes from the periphery of the inner barrel wall, and a plane portion 3031 is arranged on at least one side of the periphery wall of the bung hole locator 303. The middle part of the clothes putting port 102 is provided with a positioning port 112, and the barrel port positioning piece 303 is embedded in the positioning port 112, so that the inner barrel 3 can be accurately installed in the shell 101 at a preset installation angle.
In this embodiment, the outer tub 4 may be disposed in the inner space of the housing 101, or the outer tub 4 may not be disposed. Preferably, in this embodiment, the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 may be connected by a magnetic attraction structure in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, or may be connected by any detachable mounting manner such as a bolt, a buckle, or the like.
In this embodiment, the bung hole positioning member 303 may be integrally formed with the inner barrel body 301, or may be provided as a separate component, and be separately mounted on the inner barrel body 301.
As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, the bung hole positioning member 303 includes a first positioning member 3034 and a second positioning member 3035 that are fastened to each other, and an inner bung wall at the inner bung hole is at least partially sandwiched between the first positioning member 3034 and the second positioning member 3035.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the bottom shape of the door body 2 is adapted to the shape of the laundry inlet 102, and when the door body 2 is closed, the bottom of the door body 2 is attached to the inner wall of the laundry inlet 102, so as to compress the tub opening positioning member 303 in the positioning opening 112.

Specifically, the pulsator body 501 includes a pulsator shaft 502, and a water-repellent rib 503 disposed on a peripheral wall of the pulsator shaft 502, the water-repellent rib 503 protrudes from an outer wall of the pulsator shaft 502, and the water-repellent rib 503 extends along an axial direction of the pulsator shaft 502. The pulsator shaft 502 rotates to drive the water-drawing rib 503 thereon to rotate so as to agitate the water and clothes in the inner tub 3.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the water-repellent ribs 503 are arranged in a plurality of uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the pulsator shaft 502.
The axial length of the water-drawing rib 503 is the same as that of the impeller shaft 502, and in this embodiment, the extending path of the water-drawing rib 503 may be a straight line extending vertically or may be a curve. Preferably, the extending path of the water-drawing rib 503 is a wavy line, that is, the extending path of the water-drawing rib 503 on the expanding surface of the outer peripheral wall of the pulsator shaft 502 is a wavy line, so that the stirring effect of the pulsator 5 on water and clothes can be improved.
In some possible embodiments, the radial distance between the end portion and the root portion of the water-repellent rib 503, that is, the distance that the end portion of the water-repellent rib 503 extends outward is a structure with a small distance between two ends and a large distance between the middle portion, that is, the water-repellent rib 503 extends outward from the outer wall of the pulsator shaft 502, and the extending length of the water-repellent rib is in a form of gradually increasing from top to bottom and then gradually decreasing from top to bottom, so that the whole pulsator body 501 is spherical.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the thickness of the water-drawing ribs 503 is gradually reduced from the root to the end, so that not only can the contact area between each water-drawing rib 503 and water and clothes be increased, the stirring effect of the pulsator 5 be improved, but also the strength of the water-drawing ribs 503 can be ensured, and the service life of the pulsator 5 can be prolonged.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the top surface of the pulsator shaft 502 is a spherical surface with a middle portion protruding outwards along the axial direction, the curvature of the top surface of the pulsator shaft 502 is the same as the curvature of the end portion of the water-drawing rib 503, and the top edge of the pulsator shaft 502 is in smooth transitional connection with the top end of the water-drawing rib 503, so that the outer peripheral surface of the pulsator 5 forms a sphere, and the occurrence of the condition of scratching clothes in the rotation process of the pulsator 5 can be prevented.
The embodiment discloses an inner tub 3, the inner tub 3 includes an inner tub main body 301, the inner tub main body 301 includes an inner tub bottom and an inner tub wall that are integrally formed, the inner tub bottom of the inner tub 3 is provided with the pulsator 5 in the first embodiment, and a motor shaft 8 of the washing machine is in transmission connection with the pulsator 5 to drive the pulsator 5 to rotate for washing clothes in the inner tub 3.
As shown in fig. 12, in some possible embodiments, the pulsator 5 is mounted on the inner tub bottom by a bearing structure. Specifically, the middle part of the inner barrel bottom is embedded with a bearing seat, a bearing is installed in the bearing seat, the outer ring of the bearing is connected with the bearing seat, and the inner ring of the bearing is connected with the impeller shaft 502 of the impeller 5, so that the impeller shaft 502 is arranged on the inner barrel bottom in a limiting way, and the relative rotation between the impeller 5 and the inner barrel 3 is realized through the bearing.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the bearing inner ring is lengthened and made into a spline form, the contact surface of the bearing inner ring and the pulsator 5 is tightly matched with the pulsator 5, so that the pulsator 5 is blocked with the bearing, and the contact surface of the bearing inner ring and the pulsator shaft 502 is through a spline structure, so that the pulsator shaft 502 can drive the pulsator 5 to rotate and the bearing can be removed axially.
Preferably, in this embodiment, a sealing ring is further disposed between the bottom of the inner barrel and the bottom of the pulsator 5. The sealing ring is sleeved on the impeller shaft 502, and the upper end and the lower end of the sealing ring are respectively attached to the bearing inner ring and the impeller main body 501.
As shown in fig. 9, in some possible embodiments, the pulsator 5 is mounted on the inner tub bottom of the inner tub body 301 through a snap structure, and is in axial limit fit with the inner tub bottom. Preferably, four claws 504 are provided, the four claws 504 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the pulsator shaft 502, and the four claws 504 are identical in size.
Further preferably, the neck portion of the claw 504 is configured as an arc shape adapted to the shape of the inner wall of the clamping portion, and the clamping protrusion is configured as an arc shape adapted to the inner wall of the clamping groove 3023.
Specifically, the inner barrel bottom is provided with a barrel bottom connecting piece 302, the barrel bottom connecting piece 302 includes a first connecting piece 3021 and a second connecting piece 3022 disposed at the inner side and the outer side of the inner barrel bottom, at least a portion of the inner barrel bottom is clamped between the first connecting piece 3021 and the second connecting piece 3022, and the clamping groove 3023 is coaxially disposed on the barrel bottom connecting piece 302 of the inner barrel bottom.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the diameters of the circumferences of the sides of the necks of the four claws 504 away from the axle center of the impeller shaft 502 are adapted to the diameters of the clamping interfaces, and the diameters of the circumferences of the sides of the four claws 504 away from the axle center of the impeller shaft 502 are adapted to the inner diameters of the clamping grooves 3023. Therefore, after the pulsator 5 is mounted, the neck portion of the claw 504 is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the clamping portion, and meanwhile, the clamping protrusion is slidably engaged with the inner wall of the clamping groove 3023, so as to guide the rotation of the pulsator 5, and improve the working stability of the pulsator 5.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the bottom of the latch is provided with a slope inclined from top to bottom towards the direction close to the axis of the pulsator shaft 502, and the distance between the bottom of the slope and the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 is smaller than the distance between the inner wall of the clamping part and the axis of the clamping part, that is, the diameter of the circumference of the bottom of the latch and the side away from the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the diameter of the circumference of the bottom of the latch and the side away from the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 is smaller than the inner diameter of the clip interface, so that during the installation of the pulsator 5, at least part of the latch extends into the clip interface, and when the pulsator 5 is continuously pressed downwards, the claw 504 is deformed near the side of the axis of the pulsator shaft 502 under the contact of the slope, thereby improving the positioning effect and the guiding performance of the pulsator 5 during the installation process, facilitating the installation of the pulsator 5, and improving the use experience of the user.
Preferably, the distance between the top end of the inclined surface of the bottom of the clamping protrusion and the second connecting piece 3022 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the inner barrel bottom, that is, the axial distance between the upper end and the lower end of the inclined surface is greater than or equal to the thickness of the inner barrel bottom, so that one side of the clamping protrusion far away from the axis of the impeller shaft 502 is only in sliding fit with the inner wall of the notch on the first connecting piece 3021, but not in contact with the inner wall of the notch on the inner barrel bottom, on one hand, the abrasion of the impeller 5 to the inner barrel 3 can be reduced, on the other hand, the friction between the inner barrel 3 and the impeller 5 can be reduced, and the rotation of the impeller 5 is smoother.
In this embodiment, a second sealing protrusion is disposed on a side of the inner tub bottom near the second connector 3022, where the second sealing protrusion is disposed around the notch, and the second sealing protrusion may be disposed in multiple circles. The second sealing protrusion may be provided to be made of a soft material, and/or the inner tub bottom is made of a soft material, and/or the inner tub body 301 is made of a soft material.
In the process of installing the barrel bottom connecting piece 302, the inner barrel bottom is elastically abutted with the second connecting piece 3022 through the second sealing protruding part, so that the sealing effect between the inner barrel bottom and the second connecting piece 3022 can be improved, and washing water is prevented from leaking out of the inner barrel 3 from the clamping groove 3023.
The embodiment discloses a washing machine, which comprises a shell 101, wherein a barrel module is arranged in the shell 101, the washing machine comprises an outer barrel 4 and an inner barrel 3 arranged in the outer barrel 4, and the inner barrel 3 is the inner barrel 3 in the second embodiment.
In this embodiment, the inner barrel 3 is magnetically connected with the outer barrel 4, and the inner barrel 3 is detachably installed in the outer barrel 4. Therefore, the washing machine can be provided with a plurality of inner barrels 3, and can be provided with a plurality of impellers 5 with different structures for each inner barrel 3, when different types of clothes need to be washed, the impellers 5 on the inner barrels 3 can be manually detached, and then the impellers 5 corresponding to the clothes to be washed can be arranged on the inner barrels 3.
Preferably, in this embodiment, each user may configure a plurality of inner drums 3 for washing different laundry, and one or more pulsators 5 may be configured for each inner drum 3. For example, two inner tub 3 may be provided for each user, one inner tub 3 for washing small laundry such as underwear and the other inner tub 3 for washing other laundry. Meanwhile, the inner barrel 3 for washing small clothes is provided with one pulsator 5 capable of realizing small clothes washing, and a plurality of pulsators 5 are arranged for washing other clothes, so that the inner barrel 3 can realize various functions of washing the outer clothes, washing shoes and the like, and a user can replace the pulsators 5 with different structures according to the types, the quantity and the materials of the clothes to be washed.
Preferably, in this embodiment, when the user changes the pulsator 5 on the inner tub 3, the inner tub 3 may be removed or may be directly changed.
Example six
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, a washing machine is described, which includes a machine body 1 and a door body 2, the door body 2 being rotatably mounted on the machine body 1 by a hinge, the door body 2 having an open position for opening a laundry putting-in opening 102 on the machine body 1, and a closed position for closing the laundry putting-in opening 102.
The machine body 1 comprises a shell 101 and an inner barrel 3 arranged in the shell 101, wherein the inner barrel 3 comprises an inner barrel bottom and an inner barrel wall, and preferably, the inner barrel wall and the inner barrel bottom are integrally formed.
As shown in fig. 13, in this embodiment, a negative pressure assembly 7 is further disposed in the machine body 1 of the washing machine, and the negative pressure assembly is communicated with the inner tub 3 and is used for extracting water and air in the inner tub 3. The inner barrel 3 is a hole-free barrel with a hole-free inner barrel wall, the inner barrel 3 is made of soft materials such as rubber, and when the negative pressure component 7 works, water and air in the inner barrel 3 can be pumped out, so that the inner wall of the inner barrel 3 can extrude washings in the inner barrel 3, the water in the washings is separated, and the washings are pumped out by the negative pressure component 7, so that extrusion dehydration of the washings is realized, vibration and noise generated during dehydration of the washing machine can be reduced, abrasion of the washings during dehydration of the washing machine can be reduced, and use experience of users is improved.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the inner tub wall is provided with a fold portion 309 for shrinking the inner tub 3, and the fold portion 309 can provide a margin for shrinking the inner tub 3, so that the inner tub 3 can be fully shrunk under the condition of ensuring that the inner tub opening and the inner tub bottom are not moved, and the extrusion effect of the inner wall of the inner tub 3 on the washings in the inner tub 3 is ensured.
In some possible embodiments, an outer tub 4 for accommodating an inner tub 3 is provided in the housing 101, and the inner tub bottom is magnetically connected to the outer tub bottom. The inner barrel opening is provided with a barrel opening positioning piece 303, the through opening positioning piece is embedded in the positioning opening 112 in the middle of the clothes putting opening 102, and when the door body 2 is in a closed position, the barrel opening positioning piece 303 is tightly pressed in the positioning opening 112, so that the stability of the relative position between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 is ensured.
Of course, any other assembly method may be adopted between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4, and only the relative position between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 is required to be unchanged. The above arrangement is only a preferred one, which has the advantage of being used for replacing the inner tub 3, avoiding cross-infection.
In addition, in some possible embodiments, the washing machine may not be provided with the outer tub 4, only the inner tub 3 may be provided, and only the stability of the relative position between the inner tub 3 and the casing 101 may be ensured.
The present embodiment is described taking an example in which the inner tub 3 is mounted in the outer tub 4.
As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the fold 309 extends along the circumference of the inner tub wall, is recessed toward the inside of the inner tub 3, and the outer circumference of the fold 309 and the outer Zhou Gongmian of the inner tub wall. In this embodiment, the periphery of fold 309 is flush with the periphery of the inner tub wall, so that the whole periphery of the outer tub wall is on the same cylindrical surface, so that the periphery of the inner tub wall is attached to the inner wall of the outer tub wall, so as to improve the stability of the assembly effect of the inner tub 3, and meanwhile, in the working process of the inner tub 3, the inner space of the outer tub 4 is always limited, and other components of the washing machine can be installed between the inner wall of the casing 101 and the outer tub 4, so that the contraction and extension of the inner tub 3 can be prevented from affecting the normal operation of the other components in the casing 101. In addition, the arrangement of the outer tub 4 can improve the water resistance of the washing machine and prevent the water flow from wetting other components in the casing 101 during the replacement of the inner tub 3.
In some possible embodiments, the extending path of the pleat 309 on the inner tub wall deployment surface is a straight line, i.e. the pleat 309 is arranged in a regular circle, and the pleat 309 comprises at least two axially arranged pleats, each pleat being parallel to each other.
In some possible embodiments, the path of extension of the pleat 309 on the inner tub wall development is a curve curving upwards and/or downwards.
In this embodiment, the fold 309 has an upwardly and/or downwardly curved circular arc fold while extending circumferentially around the inner tub wall.
Preferably, the fold 309 may extend in a horizontal direction, and have a plurality of upwardly convex and/or downwardly concave arc-shaped folds along a horizontally extending path, or the fold 309 may extend along a uniform and continuous circumferential convex or downwardly concave fold, or the fold 309 may extend along a circumferential uniform and continuous wavy line.
In this embodiment, the pleat 309 includes at least two pleats aligned in the axial direction, and each pleat is parallel to each other.
By the above arrangement, the shape of the fold 309 can be more suitable for the deformation of the inner tub 3 when it is contracted, and the squeezing effect of the inner wall of the inner tub 3 on the laundry can be improved.
In some possible embodiments, the pleat 309 comprises at least one pleat having a straight path of extension on the inner tub wall expansion and at least one pleat having a curved path of extension on the inner tub wall expansion. Accordingly, the fold 309 can be adapted to the shrinkage of the inner tub 3 in different forms, and the squeezing effect of the inner wall of the inner tub 3 on the laundry can be further improved.
In this embodiment, the fold portion 309 is disposed at the top of the inner tub wall and near the inner tub opening, in general, the laundry is placed in the inner tub 3 below the fold portion 309, that is, after the washing water in the washing machine is drained, the laundry falls into the inner tub 3 below the fold portion 309, when negative pressure dehydration is performed, the fold portion 309 extends downward, the inner tub wall below the fold portion 309 extrudes the laundry with the inner tub bottom, so that the water adhered in the laundry can be directly drained from the inner tub drain outlet 305 on the inner tub bottom after being extruded, and the dehydration effect is improved.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the standard water level of the washing machine is disposed below the fold 309.
In this embodiment, if the inner tub 3 is to squeeze the laundry to be dehydrated, the air tightness of the inner tub 3 needs to be ensured, for this purpose, a plugging portion 203 protruding downward is provided at the bottom of the door body 2, and the shape of the outer periphery of the plugging portion 203 is adapted to the shape of the inner tub mouth. When the door body 2 is closed, the blocking part 203 is inserted into the inner barrel opening, and the door body 2 at the periphery of the blocking part 203 is abutted against the top surface of the inner barrel opening, so that the inner barrel opening is closed, and the air tightness of the inner barrel 3 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the inflow water of the washing machine flows into the inner tub 3 from the door body 2. Specifically, the plugging portion 203 of the door body 2 is provided with a water inlet 204, and the water inlet pipe 104 of the washing machine extends to the inside of the door body 2 through the hinge and is connected with the water inlet 204 so as to supply water to the inner tub 3.
In this embodiment, one end of the water inlet pipe 104 is connected to a water source in the user's home, and the other end extends into the door 2 through the hinge, and is connected to the water inlet 204 on the plugging portion 203 from the inside of the door 2.
The water inlet pipe 104 of the washing machine is provided with a water inlet valve 1041 and a flowmeter, and the flowmeter is communicated with the water inlet valve 1041 and is used for detecting the water quantity introduced into the inner barrel 3 and controlling the opening and closing of the water inlet valve 1041. Specifically, the flow meter and the water inlet valve 1041 may be respectively connected to a control unit of the washing machine in a communication manner, when the water inlet valve 1041 is opened, the control unit controls the flow meter to work to obtain the amount of the water inlet, the flow meter transmits the detection result to the control unit in real time, and when the water inlet amount is detected to reach a preset value, the control unit controls the water inlet valve 1041 to be closed.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the water inlet pipe 104 is further provided with an instant heating module 105, and the instant heating module 105 is disposed between the water inlet valve 1041 and the inner tub 3 and is in communication connection with the control unit of the washing machine. When the laundry is required to be boiled and washed at high temperature, namely, the heating module 105 is operated, and when the inflow water flows through the instant heating module 105, the instant heating module 105 heats the inflow water to a preset temperature, and the water inlet pipeline 104 conveys the inflow water into the inner barrel 3 to wash the laundry, so that the washing effect is improved.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the inlet valve 1041 is a flow-adjustable inlet valve 1041, and the inlet valve 1041 controls the flow of the inlet water flow according to the temperature rising range of the inlet water flow.
Specifically, in some possible embodiments, a temperature sensor for detecting the initial temperature of the incoming water flow is provided upstream of the instant heating module 105, said temperature sensor being in communication with the control unit of the washing machine. When a high temperature boil-and-wash is required, i.e. the heating module 105 is operated, then the inlet valve 1041 is opened and the temperature sensor acquires the initial temperature of the inlet water flow and transmits to the control unit. The control unit judges the flow rate of the inflow water flow according to the difference between the preset temperature and the initial temperature of the inflow water flow, and adjusts the opening of the inflow valve 1041 accordingly.
The difference between the preset temperature and the initial temperature of the water inflow is the heating amplitude of the water inflow, and the flow of the water inflow is inversely proportional to the heating amplitude of the water inflow, that is, the opening of the water inlet valve 1041 is inversely proportional to the heating amplitude of the water inflow.
In some possible embodiments, the water inlet pipe 104 does not need to be provided with a temperature sensor, the water inlet valve 1041 is provided with two gears, including a first gear with smaller flow rate and a second gear with larger flow rate, when the washing machine operates the normal washing program, the water inlet valve 1041 is opened to the second gear to supply water to the washing machine at a faster speed, when the washing machine operates the high-temperature boiling and washing program, i.e. the heating module 105 operates first, then the water inlet valve 1041 is opened to the first gear to supply water to the washing machine at a slower speed, so that the inflow water is sufficiently heated at the instant heating module 105. Therefore, the washing effect of the washing machine on the washed objects during high-temperature boiling and washing can be guaranteed, the control program of the washing machine can be simplified, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In the embodiment, when the washing machine is in a dehydration stage, the air pressure in the inner barrel 3 is smaller than the air pressure outside, and the inner wall of the inner barrel 3 extrudes washings to complete dehydration; when the washing machine is in the water inlet stage, the water discharge stage and the washing stage, the inside of the inner tub 3 is balanced with the outside air pressure.
In order to balance the internal air pressure and the external air pressure of the inner barrel 3, an air vent 205 communicated with the inner barrel 3 is formed at the bottom of the door body 2, and the air vent 205 is formed at the bottom of the blocking part 203. The body 1 is provided with a vent valve 1071 communicating with the outside atmosphere, and the vent valve 1071 communicates with the vent 205 through the air pipe 107.
Specifically, one end of the air pipe 107 is connected to the air vent valve 1071, and the other end of the air pipe 107 extends into the door 2 through the hinge, and is connected to the air vent 205 from the inside of the door 2. The vent valve 1071 is driven by a stepper motor, which is electrically connected to a control unit of the washing machine. When the washing machine enters a dewatering stage, the step motor-driven vent valve 1071 is closed to form a closed space inside the inner tub 3, and when the washing machine enters a water inlet stage, a water discharge stage and a washing stage, the step motor-driven vent valve 1071 is opened to balance the internal air pressure and the external air pressure of the inner tub 3, so that water flow can normally flow into or out of the inner tub 3.
In this embodiment, the negative pressure assembly 7 communicates with the inner tub 3 from the bottom of the inner tub 3. Specifically, the negative pressure assembly 7 includes a temporary storage cavity 701 and an air pump 702, the temporary storage cavity 701 is connected with an inner barrel water outlet 305 on the bottom of the inner barrel, an input end of the air pump 702 is connected with the temporary storage cavity 701 from the top of the temporary storage cavity 701, an output end of the air pump 702 is communicated with the external atmosphere, a water discharge pipeline 110 of the washing machine is connected with the temporary storage cavity 701 from the bottom of the temporary storage cavity 701, and a one-way valve is arranged on the water discharge pipeline 110 of the washing machine.
Thus, when the air pump 702 is operated, the air in the temporary storage chamber 701 can be drawn out, so that a negative pressure is formed in the temporary storage chamber 701, thereby drawing out the water and the air in the inner tub 3. After the water and air in the inner barrel 3 enter the temporary storage cavity 701, the water and the air are separated, the water is temporarily stored at the bottom of the temporary storage cavity 701, the air rises to the top of the temporary storage cavity 701, and the air is pumped out by the air pump 702. When the air pump 702 stops operating, the water in the temporary storage chamber 701 is discharged from the drain line 110.
Preferably, in this embodiment, a drain valve 111 is further disposed between the temporary storage chamber 701 and the inner tub drain 305, and the drain valve 111 is opened during draining and dewatering, and the drain valve 111 is closed during washing and water intake. By providing the drain valve 111, the washing machine can prevent water in the inner tub 3 from entering the temporary storage cavity 701 during water inlet and washing processes, so that the washing machine can normally operate.
In this embodiment, when the washing machine is in the water inlet stage and the washing stage, the ventilation valve 1071 is opened and the drain valve 111 is closed; when the washing machine enters a water draining stage, the ventilation valve 1071 is opened, and the drain valve 111 is opened; when the washing machine enters the dehydration stage, the vent valve 1071 is closed, the drain valve 111 is opened, and the air pump 702 is operated.
Preferably, in this embodiment, when the washing machine enters the draining stage, in order to improve the draining efficiency of the washing machine, the air pump 702 may be turned on at the same time to accelerate the water flow in the inner tub 3 to be drained.
Preferably, in this embodiment, when the water flow in the inner tub 3 is completely discharged, or after the laundry is dehydrated, or when the water level in the temporary storage chamber 701 reaches a preset value, the drain valve 111 is controlled to be closed, and the air pump 702 is controlled to operate to charge air into the temporary storage chamber 701, so that the water flow in the temporary storage chamber 701 can be accelerated to be discharged.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent water in the temporary storage chamber 701 from entering the air pump 702 and damaging the air pump 702, a water level sensor for detecting the water level in the temporary storage chamber 701 is disposed in the temporary storage chamber 701, and the water level sensor is in communication connection with a control unit of the washing machine. When the washing machine performs dehydration and drainage, the water level sensor detects the water level in the temporary storage cavity 701 in real time, and when the water level in the temporary storage cavity 701 reaches a preset value, the drain valve 111 is controlled to be closed, the air pump 702 is closed or runs reversely, so that the water in the temporary storage cavity 701 is drained from the drainage pipeline 110. When the water in the temporary storage chamber 701 is exhausted or the water in the temporary storage chamber 701 is exhausted for a preset time, the drain valve 111 is opened again, and the air pump 702 is operated in the forward direction to continue sucking the water and air in the inner tub 3.
In this embodiment, the communication position of the air pump 702 is higher than the preset water level in the temporary storage cavity 701, so as to ensure that the water in the temporary storage cavity 701 is not pumped out by the air pump 702.
Preferably, in order to further reduce noise, in this embodiment, a muffler 9 is disposed at the output end of the air pump 702.
In this embodiment, the temporary storage chamber 701 may be installed between the inner wall of the housing 101 and the outer tub 4. Preferably, the shape of the temporary storage cavity 701 may be set such that one side is matched with the shape of the inner wall of the casing 101, and the other side of the temporary storage cavity 701 is matched with the shape of the outer tub 4, that is, the temporary storage cavity 701 can fully utilize the space between the inner wall of the casing 101 and the outer tub 4, thereby reducing the size of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, the pulsator 5 is disposed at the bottom of the inner tub, and the motor shaft 8 of the washing machine drives the pulsator 5 to rotate to agitate water and clothes in the inner tub 3, thereby achieving the purpose of washing.
The bottom of the inner barrel is also provided with a magnet 6/magnetic part 10, the bottom of the outer barrel is provided with a magnetic part 10/magnet 6 corresponding to the magnet, and the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 4 are connected through magnetic attraction, so that the inner barrel 3 is replaceable, and cross infection is fundamentally avoided.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the pulsator 5 and the magnet 6/magnetic member 10 are respectively mounted on both inner and outer sides of the inner tub bottom, and are mounted on the inner tub bottom through the tub bottom connecting member 302.
In this embodiment, the barrel bottom connector 302 includes a first connector 3021 and a second connector 3022, where the first connector 3021 and the second connector 3022 are respectively disposed on the inner and outer sides of the inner barrel bottom.
To ensure the stability of the installation of the pulsator 5 and the magnet 6/magnetic member 10, the tub bottom connecting member 302 is made of a hard material, and specifically, the tub bottom connecting member 302 may be a metal member or a hard plastic member.
Preferably, in order to improve the extrusion effect of the inner barrel 3 on the washings when shrinking, the diameter of the barrel bottom connecting piece 302 is smaller than the diameter of the inner barrel bottom, so that the installation stability of the pulsator 5 and the magnet 6/magnetic piece 10 can be ensured, the blockage of the hard barrel bottom connecting piece 302 to the shrinkage of the inner barrel 3 can be reduced, the inner barrel bottom outside the coverage area of the barrel bottom connecting piece 302 can be shrunk together with the inner barrel wall, the extrusion effect of the inner barrel 3 on the washings is improved, even if the washings in the inner barrel 3 are less, the washings can be fully extruded, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Example seven
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, in this embodiment, the washing machine is further provided with an overflow structure, which is used for detecting whether the water level in the inner tub 3 exceeds the water level requirement, so that additional water inlet caused by failure of the flowmeter can be ensured, and overflow and drainage can be realized.
In this embodiment, the washing machine has a standard water level and a highest water level.
As shown in fig. 14, in some possible embodiments, the overflow structure includes a probe 106, and the probe 106 is communicatively connected to a water inlet valve 1041 and/or a water outlet valve 111 of the washing machine, for detecting whether the water level in the inner tub 3 reaches a maximum water level.
In this embodiment, the probe 106 is connected to a control unit of the washing machine in communication, and when the probe 106 detects that the water level in the inner tub 3 rises to the highest level, the control unit controls the water inlet valve 1041 to be closed and/or controls the water outlet valve 111 to be opened.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the standard water level and the maximum water level of the washing machine may be set to the same height, so that when the water level in the inner tub 3 reaches the maximum water level, the water inlet valve 1041 is controlled to be closed, and the washing machine may be washed at the standard water level.
It is also possible to set the highest water level to be greater than the preset water level. Thus, when the water level in the inner tub 3 reaches the maximum water level, the water inlet valve 1041 may be controlled to be closed, and the washing machine may be operated at the maximum water level to wash laundry.
Of course, when the water level reaches the maximum water level, the water inlet valve 1041 may be controlled to be closed, and the water outlet valve 111 may be controlled to be opened to discharge a part of water in the inner tub 3, thereby allowing the washing machine to wash at any water level below the maximum water level. Preferably, the falling height of the water level in the inner tub 3 may be controlled by controlling the opening time period of the drain valve 111.
Preferably, another probe 106 may be provided at the standard water level outlet of the washing machine for controlling the drain valve 111 to be closed when the water level in the inner tub 3 drops to the standard water level.
In other possible embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, an overflow port is formed in the inner tub wall, and the overflow port is in communication with an overflow structure. Preferably, in this embodiment, the overflow port is offset from the fold 309 on the inner tub 3.
The relief structure includes a relief valve 1081, where the relief valve 1081 may be a relief check valve or a relief solenoid valve.
In some possible embodiments, the relief valve 1081 is a relief check valve. In this embodiment, the overflow port is opened at a position corresponding to the highest water level, the input end of the overflow check valve is communicated with the overflow port on the inner tub 3 through the overflow pipe 108, and the output end of the overflow check valve is communicated with the drainage pipeline 110 of the washing machine. The overflow check valve is always kept open, and in the water inlet stage, the overflow check valve can balance the air pressure in the inner barrel 3, so that water inlet smoothness is ensured, and when the water level in the inner barrel 3 rises to the highest water level, if water is continuously supplied to the inner barrel 3, redundant water flow is discharged from the overflow port.
In this embodiment, the vent 205 and the vent valve 1071 are additionally provided for balancing the air pressure in the inner tub 3 during the draining stage.
