Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a facial cleanser added with coconut shell activated carbon powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The primary function of the cleanser is to clean the skin and remove dirt, grease, perspiration and cosmetic residues from the surface. This is accomplished by specific chemical ingredients, including surfactants, which reduce the surface tension of water and help separate and remove dirt from the skin, and conventional cleansing products may only stay clean on the surface and not effectively remove deep dirt and grease, and as people continue to pay more attention to skin health, there is an increasing demand for cleansing products, which are not limited to cleansing functions, but also incorporate various skin care ingredients, such as moisturizers, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory ingredients. These ingredients can provide additional care and nourishment to the skin while cleaning; and in recent years, more and more consumers have tended to select personal care products containing natural ingredients that are used to gently cleanse the skin, achieve gentle cleansing and moisturizing, whitening effects; however, the present functional facial cleanser may contain a irritating or powerful cleansing ingredient, which is prone to excessively cleansing the skin, resulting in skin tightness, dryness and discomfort. Excessive cleansing can also disrupt the natural barrier of the skin, making the skin vulnerable to the external environment, and may contain irritating or allergic components such as fragrances, alcohols, pigments, and the like. These ingredients may cause discomfort or allergic reactions to sensitive skin or specific skin conditions, leading to redness, itching, stinging and other symptoms of the skin; the pH value of the facial cleanser also has a certain influence on the health of the skin. If the pH of the cleanser is too high or too low, the pH balance of the skin may be disrupted, resulting in skin problems.
Activated carbon is known for its strong adsorption capacity and is capable of effectively adsorbing and removing harmful substances in the environment. Along with the continuous development of science and technology, the preparation and application technology of activated carbon are also advancing continuously. The coconut shell activated carbon powder is taken as a high-quality activated carbon product, the preparation technology is quite mature, and a powerful technical support is provided for the application of the coconut shell activated carbon powder in the face cleaning milk, but the existing coconut shell activated carbon face cleaning milk is insufficient in addition amount or overlarge in particles, so that the cleaning effect is not satisfactory, the cleaning effect is too important, and the importance of moisture preservation is ignored. This can lead to dry and tight skin feel after cleansing, and in addition to the coconut activated carbon powder, the cleanser may contain other ingredients that are not compatible with activated carbon or may cause adverse reactions that affect the overall effectiveness of the cleanser.

1. Cleaning efficiency
Selecting 80 volunteers, wherein 48 women aged 20-30 years old are oily skin, 32 women are dry skin, randomly dividing into 8 groups, 10 people in each group, cleaning by using the facial cleanser and the commercial facial cleanser of the invention examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 after makeup, using the forehead and the nose wings of each subject as test areas, using once in the morning and evening, using for 20 days continuously, using an SM815 skin grease measuring instrument and a skin dirt measuring instrument to measure the skin grease content and the skin dirt content, and calculating the cleaning efficiency;
grease clearance = (skin grease content before cleaning-skin grease content after cleaning)/skin grease content before cleaning x 100%;
dirt removal rate = (skin dirt content before cleaning-skin dirt content after cleaning)/skin dirt content before cleaning x 100%;
the skin moisturizing effect and the skin whitening effect are measured while cleaning,
Measuring the water content of the skin before and after using by adopting a skin moisture content tester, and calculating the increase and decrease rate of the skin moisture content;
Testing the melanin content of the facial skin of a subject by adopting a MEXAMETER MX skin pigment analyzer;
melanin inhibition = (melanin content 1 day before use-melanin content 30 days after use)/melanin content 1 day before use x 100%;
the measurement results were as follows:
From the table results, the facial cleanser has better skin grease clearance rate and dirt clearance rate, the grease clearance rate reaches 96.3-98.8%, the dirt clearance rate reaches 97.5-99.5%, the moisture content increase rate is 4.2-5.1%, and the melanin inhibition rate is 70.6-72.3%; from the group of examples compared with comparative example 1, the addition of coconut shell activated carbon powder, the adsorption can remove the superfluous grease and keep the skin fresh.
