judging whether the order creation time is within the activity validity period;
If the sales promotion program is in the activity validity period, matching corresponding target monitoring rules according to the sales promotion program level, the commodity identification information and the order source store;
judging whether the price information is abnormal or not based on the target monitoring rule;
and if the price information is judged to be abnormal, marking the commodity order data as an abnormal order.
