Optionally, in the verification device for enterprise standard clauses provided in the embodiment of the present application, the search unit 31 includes: the identification module is used for identifying semantic information of the clause keywords through the second clause system to obtain target semantic information and transmitting the target semantic information to the first clause system; and the second extraction module is used for extracting the preset enterprise standard clauses from the M groups of enterprise standard clauses according to the target semantic information under the condition that the first clause system receives the target semantic information.
The verification device of the enterprise standard clause comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the receiving unit 30, the searching unit 31, the sending unit 32 and the like are all stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor includes a kernel, and the kernel fetches the corresponding program unit from the memory. Searching preset enterprise standard clauses associated with the clause keywords from a clause storage system, and comparing and checking the standard clauses to be detected according to the preset enterprise standard clauses to obtain a check report, wherein M groups of enterprise standard clauses are stored in the clause storage system, and the check report is a report representing whether the standard clauses to be detected are consistent with the preset enterprise standard clauses or not, and M is a positive integer;
and sending the verification report to the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to searching for the preset business criteria terms associated with the term keywords from a term storage system, the method further comprises:
Obtaining M initial enterprise standard clauses from N data systems, wherein N is a positive integer;
