Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of petrochemical industry, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly neutral blocking remover, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The prolonged oil field belongs to a typical low-permeability ultra-low-permeability oil field, and the oil field is directly scrapped from an oil-water well and equipment which are seriously blocked and cannot normally work for prolonged oil fields because the stratum is seriously blocked due to the relatively backward exploitation technology in the middle and late development period. These problems greatly increase the oil extraction cost and seriously affect the normal production of oil gas. In order to better address the problem of scaling in oilfield formations and oil recovery pumps and equipment, it is desirable to use a plugging breaker product.
At present, the oilfield adopts acidification blocking removal, biological blocking removal and solvent blocking removal, and mainly adopts acidification blocking removal. The acidification blocking removal is a technological measure for improving the permeability of the stratum and realizing the increase of the yield of an oil well and the injection of a water injection well by means of chemical corrosion action of inorganic acid (hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, earth acid) or organic acid (formic acid, acetic acid and the like) on stratum rock and plugs and hydraulic action of acidification pressure. Hydrochloric acid and earth acid used for acidification are strong acids, the reaction of the hydrochloric acid and carbonate is too fast, the formation at the near well position is easy to be excessively acidified, and the far part cannot be acidified. Compared with a high-permeability oil reservoir, the low-permeability oil reservoir is more sensitive to plugs, the acid plugging removal agent has larger damage to the sandstone skeleton, so that the rock in a near-wellbore zone is easily broken, secondary particles are caused to migrate, acid-sensitive plugs are formed, and meanwhile, the acidizing fluid has extremely strong corrosiveness and oxidability and has extremely high destructiveness to ground equipment and pipe columns.
Chinese patent CN104194757a discloses a neutral descaling and blocking remover composition for oil field mechanical production well, the synthesized final product is solid powder, the ammonium persulfate therein is easy to fail when exposed to the outside for a long time, and the solid powder blocking remover needs to be prepared with liquid alone during site construction, which has complicated procedure and high cost.
Chinese patent CN104194759A discloses a neutral blocking remover composition for oil extraction stratum of oil field and a preparation method thereof, because the components of the composition contain acidic substances such as sodium amino acid, vanadium pentoxide, sodium p-hydroxysulfonate and the like, the composition has strong acid etching effect; in addition, the liquid is required to be prepared independently during site construction, the types of additives are multiple, the construction process is complex, and the synthesis cost is high.
With the continuous exploitation of crude oil in stratum, the pressure and temperature of stratum change, a sudden drop zone of pressure drop is formed in near well zone, so that the crystallization and precipitation of some inorganic salts and organic matters in stratum are aggravated, and the blockage of near well zone, well bore, well shaft and the like is formed. The scale-like components of different oil fields and oil wells are different. The blocking remover in the prior art has low blocking removing efficiency, can only remove inorganic scale in a reservoir, is ineffective to remove organic scale, and cannot achieve the purpose of blocking removal in a real sense. Solves the scaling problems, and simultaneously eliminates inorganic scale and organic scale, which has great significance for improving the oil and gas yield increasing efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the environment-friendly neutral plugging remover, the preparation method and the application thereof, and the plugging remover not only can remove inorganic plugs, but also can effectively remove organic scales of a stratum, and simultaneously can generate a large amount of gas in the plugging removing process, effectively dredge plugging removing cracks and accelerate the residual liquid flowback rate.
The environment-friendly neutral blocking remover consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the mass of the component A and the mass of the component B are respectively calculated according to 100 percent and are respectively composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
Component A: 20-30% of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 5-10% of diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, 2-5% of potassium hydroxide, 10-20% of ammonia water solution, 5-10% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 10-20% of nitrite and the balance of water;
Component B: 1-5% of ammonium chloride, 5-10% of sodium petroleum benzene sulfonate, 2-5% of solid acid wrapped by a capsule and the balance of water; wherein the capsule wraps the solid acid according to the mass of the solid acid.
Preferably, the volume ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1-1:2.
Preferably, the concentration of the aqueous ammonia solution is 25-28%.
Preferably, the nitrite is sodium nitrite or potassium nitrite.
Preferably, the capsule wraps the solid acid, wherein the solid acid is one of citric acid, oxalic acid and sulfamic acid, and the capsule is a normal-temperature water-soluble plasticizable polymer material.
Preferably, the capsule is one of polyvinyl alcohol with low polymerization degree and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose film; the solid acid is one or more of citric acid, sulfamic acid or hydroxylamine hydrochloride.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly neutral blocking remover comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing a component A: mixing ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, potassium hydroxide, ammonia water solution, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, nitrite and water under stirring, and stirring until the raw materials are dissolved to obtain a component A;
(2) Preparing a component B: mixing ammonium chloride, sodium petroleum benzene sulfonate, solid acid and water, and stirring for 35-45min to obtain component B.
The application of the environment-friendly neutral blocking remover in oilfield blocking removal: during construction, the component A and the component B of the environment-friendly neutral blocking remover are mixed and then injected into a target layer or a shaft, and the well is closed for reaction.
Preferably, the environment-friendly neutral blocking remover is added according to the weight accounting for 5-25% of the weight of the scale sample, and the well is shut in at 25-90 ℃ for 4-20 hours.
Preferably, the environment-friendly neutral blocking remover is added according to the weight accounting for 10-20% of the weight of the scale sample, and the well is shut in at 45-85 ℃ for 8-20h.
More preferably, the environment-friendly neutral blocking remover is added according to the weight accounting for 10 percent of the weight of the scale sample, and the well is shut in at 45 ℃ for 20 hours.
The solid acid disclosed by the invention is prepared by adopting the prior art.
In the invention, the component A is used as the main component of the blocking remover, and the component B is used as the initiator of the complex blocking remover; during construction, after the component A and the component B are mixed, nitrite reacts with ammonium chloride and capsule solid acid to generate a large amount of heat and nitrogen, and chelating agents of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid are subjected to complexation blocking removal with inorganic scale, so that the inorganic scale which is insoluble in water is changed into soluble inorganic salt, and the inorganic scale is removed; in the presence of a large amount of heat, the dissolution and removal of organic scales such as wax, colloid and asphaltene are achieved, and the removal of the organic scales is achieved.
