The user terminal 200 displays advertisement information received from the server 100 (S110).
When the distribution of the advertisement information is completed, the advertisement distribution operator requests the advertisement distribution cost.
Specifically, the fee request information is transmitted to the advertiser terminal 300.
The advertiser terminal 300, upon receiving the fee request information, performs a payment process (S112).
Fig. 11 is a2 nd timing chart showing the processing sequence (steps) in the program and information distribution method of the present invention.
As can be seen from a comparison of fig. 10 and 11, S201 to S205 in the 2 nd timing are common to S101 to S105 in the 1 st timing.
However, in the 2 nd timing, in S206, the user terminal 200 directly transmits the determination information to the server 100, which is different from the 1 st timing in which the user terminal 200 transmits the determination information to the server 100 via the wireless device 550.
Therefore, in the 2 nd timing, in the short-range wireless communication between the wireless device 550 and the user terminal 200, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) which is the position information of the server 100 is transmitted from the wireless device 550 to the user terminal 200.
As a result, the user terminal 200 can directly access the server 100 based on the location information, and can transfer the identification information to the server 100.
For example, the user terminal 200 may execute a push notification when detecting a beacon wave, and the push notification may include the URI of the server 100, or may directly transmit the identification information to the server 100 according to a push operation.
S207 to S211 in the 2 nd sequence are shared with S108 to S112 in the 1 st sequence. The common portions will not be described.
In this way, in the program of the present invention, the computer is caused to execute the steps of: a step of storing advertisement information (given information); a step (S103-S104, S203-S204) of transmitting a predetermined radio wave while a wireless device 550 mounted on a vehicle 500 (mobile unit) moves together with the movement of the vehicle 500; a step (S108, S207) of determining the user terminal 200 that detected the radio wave; and a step (S109, S208) of distributing the advertisement information (given information) to the determined user terminal 200.
Further, in the information distribution method of the present invention, the information distribution method of distributing information to a given user terminal 200 includes the steps of: a step of storing advertisement information (given information); a step (S103-S104, S203-S204) of transmitting a predetermined radio wave while a wireless device 550 mounted on a vehicle 500 (mobile unit) moves together with the movement of the vehicle 500; a step (S108, S207) of determining a user terminal that detected the radio wave; and a step (S109, S208) of distributing the advertisement information (given information) to the determined user terminal 200.
(Advertisement information in case of crossing multiple regions)
In the information distribution system 1, the vehicle 500 may be moved across a plurality of areas, and in this case, the advertisement information unique to the 1 st area may be distributed during the 1 st area movement, and in the case where the movement area is changed from the 1 st area to the 2 nd area, the distributed advertisement information may be changed to the advertisement information unique to the 2 nd area.

The transmitting unit of the wireless device 550 transmits the beacon wave to the region a (the 1 st specific region) while moving along with the movement of the vehicle 500, and transmits the beacon wave to the region B (the 2 nd specific region) while moving along with the movement of the vehicle 500 while moving along with the region B (the 1 st specific region).

The determination unit 113 of the server 100 determines that the user terminal 200 that detected the beacon wave transmitted from the wireless device 550 moving in the region a (determination region 1) is the user terminal 200 existing in the region a (determination region 1), and determines that the user terminal 200 that detected the beacon wave transmitted from the wireless device 550 moving in the region B (determination region 2) is the user terminal 200 existing in the region B (determination region 2).
In other words, the server 100 determines that the user terminal 200 specified based on the specifying information exists in the region a when the vehicle 500 receives the specifying information during the movement of the region a, and determines that the user terminal 200 specified based on the specifying information exists in the region B when the vehicle 500 receives the specifying information during the movement of the region B.
The distribution unit 114 of the server 100 distributes the advertisement a (information 1) to the user terminal 200 existing in the region a (region 1) determined by the determination unit 113, and distributes the advertisement B (information 2) to the user terminal 200 existing in the region B (region 2) determined by the determination unit 113.
For example, fig. 9 shows an example of advertisement information distributed to the user terminal 200 existing in the region a, and fig. 14 shows an example of advertisement information distributed to the user terminal 200 existing in the region B.
In other words, the advertisement information shown in fig. 9 is distributed while the vehicle 500 is moving in the region a, but when the moving region changes from the region a to the region B, the advertisement information shown in fig. 14 is changed.
In this case, advertisement a is preferably information related to region a, and advertisement B is preferably information related to region B.
This enables the user to know information unique to the region where the user exists, and can improve the advertising effect.
As described above, in the present invention, by mounting the beacon device on the mobile body, the receiving circle of the beacon wave moves, and the user existing in the vicinity is captured, thereby distributing information.
Thus, conventionally, the movement of the user is required for fixedly installing the beacon device, but the predetermined information can be distributed even if the user does not move.
In addition, in the present invention, basically, one beacon device is sufficient, and therefore, it is not necessary to provide a plurality of beacon devices as in the prior art, and trouble and cost can be suppressed.
In addition, in the present invention, advertisements can be widely and reliably distributed via popular smartphones, and users can easily view advertisements.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications and implementations are possible within the scope of the present invention.
For example, the configuration of the information distribution system 1 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and other devices may have a part or all of the configuration of one device.
The processing order in the information processing method and the program is not limited to the above-described order, and a part of the order may be changed.
In the above-described embodiment, the server 100 distributes advertisement information to the user terminal 200 based on the reception of the determination information transmitted from the user terminal 200, but there is a problem in that there is a case where the user does not wish advertisement distribution, and in that personal information is included in the determination information.
For example, in response to such a problem, the user terminal 200 may transmit the identification information or distribute the advertisement information only when a setting (for example, "on" of "notification" in the smartphone) for allowing the advertisement distribution and the use of the personal information is performed in advance.
For example, information distribution may be performed when setting "accept push notification" is performed or when directly accessing location information (URI) of the server 100 included in push notification.
The advertisement request information and the movement information can include advertisement periods and the number of users to be distributed according to the wishes of the advertiser.

When the number of distribution users is included in the mobile information, the vehicle 500 and the wireless device 550 may be driven until the number of execution times of the short-range wireless communication reaches the number of distribution users, and the server 100 may distribute the advertisement information until the number of reception times of the information and the number of distribution times of the advertisement information reach the number of distribution users.
In this case, the advertiser may pay (measure) the advertisement distribution fee corresponding to the number of users to be distributed during the advertisement period to the operator.

For example, bluetooth5.1 has a function of providing an array antenna having a plurality of antennas on one of both sides performing short-range wireless communication and determining an arrival direction of a radio wave based on phase information of the radio wave.
With the above-described functions, for example, the antenna of the wireless device 550 is an array antenna, and each phase information is measured, so that the arrival direction of the radio wave can be determined based on the phase information.
Thus, for example, when the route at the boundary between the region a and the region B moves, it is possible to determine whether to perform the short-range wireless communication with the user terminal 200 located in the region a or the short-range wireless communication with the user terminal 200 located in the region B, and it is possible to reliably distribute the advertisement information unique to the region.
In this case, the wireless device 550 may transmit the phase information in addition to the identification information to the server 100.
In addition, if the reception intensity of the radio wave in the user terminal 200 is transmitted to the server 100 in addition to the identification information and the phase information, the distance between the wireless device 550 and the user terminal 200 can be derived based on the reception intensity, and the user terminal 200 can more accurately determine which region exists.
In the information distribution system 1 of the present embodiment, the wireless device 550 makes a round in a specific area and distributes advertisements to the user terminal 200 that detected the beacon radio wave, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the distribution can be prevented from being omitted by making a round a plurality of times.
But the advertising effect of distributing a plurality of identical advertisements to the user terminal 200 that distributed one advertisement is weak.
Therefore, when the same specification information is received again, desired settings such as not distributing advertisements, distributing different advertisements, and retransmitting the same advertisements can be made.
The present invention can be constructed without the advertiser terminal 300.
For example, in the case where an operator who runs any operation performs advertisement distribution for its own operation, the advertiser terminal 300 is not required.
The distribution of the advertisement information may be performed only when the processing (hereinafter, referred to as pairing) of associating and storing the identification information with each other is performed in the wireless device 550 and the user terminal 200.

When the user terminal 200 enters the reception loop of the beacon wave again (after the second time), the wireless device 550 and the user terminal 200 can confirm that the pairing information (both pieces of identification information) is stored, and therefore in this case, the wireless device 550 transmits the identification information to the server 100 without the selection operation, and the server 100 distributes the advertisement information to the user terminal 200 based on the reception of the identification information.
