Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the digital intelligent moxibustion fumigation external traditional Chinese medicine treatment device, a main body structure comprises a display control cabin 2, a radio frequency induction cabin 1 and a skin protection and support mechanism 4 which are integrated. One end of the radio frequency induction bin 1 is used as a heat transfer end (namely a treatment end or a near skin end) to be connected with the skin protection and support mechanism 4, the other end of the radio frequency induction bin 1 is connected with the display control bin 2, and the display control bin bottom plate 2-6 of the display control bin 2 seals the other end.
A temperature-resistant protective cover 8 with an opening facing the heat transfer end is arranged in the radio frequency induction bin 1, and a heater 9 is arranged in the temperature-resistant protective cover 8. The outside of the bottom plate 1-1 of the radio frequency induction bin, which is positioned at the heat transfer end and provided with the heat transfer through holes 1-3, is provided with a chip medicine cake box 7. Under the radiation heat flow guide of the temperature-resistant protection cover 8, the heat flow provided by the heater 9 heats the chip medicine cake box 7, and the therapeutic components in the biological materials in the chip medicine cake box 7 are fused into the heat flow and then reach the acupoints of the human body through the internal space of the skin protection and support mechanism 4.
The chip medicine cake box 7 is internally provided with a storage chip 12 and an induction coil 13. The radio frequency induction bin 1 is internally provided with a radio frequency induction chip 5 and a radio frequency induction coil 6. The display control bin 2 is internally provided with a control circuit board and a battery. The radio frequency induction chip 5 and the heater 9 are respectively connected with the control circuit board through wires. The bin cover 3 is arranged at one end of the display control bin 2 opposite to the display control bin bottom plate 2-6, and the bin cover 3 is provided with a plurality of groups of display lamps connected with the control circuit board and used for forming a dot matrix digital information screen.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lower end of the rf induction chamber 1 (i.e., the treatment end) has an rf induction chamber bottom plate 1-1, and a protruding plate 1-2 that is U-shaped and perpendicular to the rf induction chamber bottom plate 1-1 is disposed inside the rf induction chamber bottom plate 1-1. The bottom plate 1-1 of the radio frequency induction bin is uniformly provided with a plurality of heat transfer through holes 1-3 positioned in the area of the protruding plate 1-2. The side wall of the radio frequency induction bin 1 is provided with induction bin side wall heat dissipation holes 1-4.
A radio frequency induction chip 5 and a radio frequency induction coil 6 connected with the radio frequency induction chip 5 are arranged between the protruding plate 1-2 and the bin wall of the radio frequency induction bin 1. The radio frequency induction chip 5 is connected with a control circuit board in the display control bin 2 through a wire. The radio frequency induction chip 5 and the radio frequency induction coil 6 have the functions of: and reading information data of the chips stored in the chip medicine cake box 7, and sending the data to the control circuit board, wherein the control circuit board controls the working time, the working temperature, the working mode, the working wavelength and the like of the heater 9 according to the acquired data.
The temperature-resistant protective cover 8 shown in fig. 4 is arranged in the radio frequency induction bin 1. The temperature-resistant protective cover 8 comprises an outer compartment 8-1 which is arranged on the inner side of the protruding plate 1-2 in a clamping manner, and a metal heat-insulating reflective liner 8-2 is clamped on the inner wall of the outer compartment 8-1. The heater 9 is installed in the metal heat-insulating reflective liner 8-2. The outer compartment 8-1 is connected with a terminal box 8-3, and the terminal box 8-3 is arranged between the U-shaped opening end corresponding to the protruding plate 1-2 and the wall of the radio frequency induction bin 1. A connecting terminal 10 is arranged in the terminal box 8-3, one side of the connecting terminal 10 is connected with the heater 9 through a wire passing through a notch on the side wall of the metal heat-insulating reflective liner 8-2, and the other side is connected with a control circuit board arranged in the display control cabin 2 through a wire.
The inner side of the bottom plate 1-1 of the radio frequency induction bin is fixedly provided with a temperature-resistant protective cover fixing column 1-6 positioned on the outer side of the protruding plate 1-2, and correspondingly, the outer compartment 8-1 or the terminal box 8-3 is provided with a fixing hole 8-4 matched with the temperature-resistant protective cover fixing column 1-6. The fixing hole 8-4 in this embodiment is provided on the lug plate outside the terminal box 8-3 as shown in fig. 4. The temperature-resistant protective cover fixing columns 1-6 are inserted into the fixing holes 8-4, and the temperature-resistant protective cover 8 can be connected and fixed in the radio frequency induction bin 1 through screws.
The metal heat-insulating reflective liner 8-2 also has the following functions: further increases the isolation of the heat radiation above and beside the heater 9, so as to minimize the energy consumption of the battery, reduce the waste of the radiant heat, maximize the heat radiation of the skin or the medicine and non-medicine materials of the body surface acupoints in the shortest time, and improve the thermosensitive feedback of the skin or the percutaneous absorption effect of the medicine and non-medicine materials.
Further, a U-shaped Wen Tongkong-resistant plate 11 positioned in the inner side area of the protruding plate 1-2 is detachably arranged between the radio frequency induction bin bottom plate 1-1 and the heater 9. As shown in fig. 5, the U-shaped heat-resistant through hole plate 11 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation through holes 11-2, and at least two limit protrusions 11-1 are disposed on the U-shaped heat-resistant Wen Tongkong plate 11. The outer side edge of the temperature-resistant protective cover 8 is limited by the limiting protrusion 11-1 at a position which keeps a certain distance with the inner side edge of the protruding plate 1-2.
The U-shaped Wen Tongkong-resistant plate 11 has the functions of: the U-shaped Wen Tongkong-resistant plate 11 (including the limit bump 11-1) is made of high-temperature resistant material. Considering the implementation cost of the device, the bottom plate 1-1 and the protruding plate 1-2 of the radio frequency induction bin are made of common temperature resistant materials, and when the radiation heat energy output by the heater 9 is high, the U-shaped Wen Tongkong resistant plate 11 can play a role in insulating and protecting the bottom plate 1-1 and the protruding plate 1-2 of the radio frequency induction bin and prevent the bottom plate 1-1 and the protruding plate 1-2 of the radio frequency induction bin from overheating or deforming due to high temperature.
Further, the rf induction bin bottom plate 1-1 is provided with a charging and software program installation and maintenance terminal, and the charging terminal is used for connecting an external power supply to charge the lithium battery and install and maintain the software program.
The radio frequency induction bin 1 and the display control bin 2 can be detachably connected, or can be integrally or fixedly connected. The display control bin 2 can be internally provided with a micro loudspeaker for voice description or prompt of working modes, working states or working time.
As shown in fig. 6, four protruding strips 2-1 are disposed on the upper side of the display control cabin bottom plate 2-6 of the display control cabin 2, and ventilation gaps are formed between the protruding strips 2-1, which has the functions of: when the lithium battery is arranged in the display control bin 2, the plane of the lithium battery and the plane of the bin bottom are helped to form a space which is beneficial to air flow, and the influence of heat conducted by the heating bin on the display control bin 2 is reduced to the greatest extent. The bottom of the display control bin 2 is provided with a wiring through hole 2-4 for wiring so as to realize wire connection between the display control bin 2 and the radio frequency induction bin 1.
Two groups of four positioning columns 2-5 are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the bin wall of the display control bin 2. The two groups of two positioning columns 2-5 are clamped and fixed on the batteries from two opposite side surfaces, and the contact surface between the positioning columns and the batteries is a plane. The upper end face of the positioning column 2-5 is provided with a connecting hole for connecting the bin cover 3, the bin cover 3 is fixedly provided with a connecting column, and the connecting column penetrates through a through hole on the control circuit board and then is inserted into the connecting hole of the upper end face of the positioning column 2-5. The upper end face of the positioning column 2-5 is lower than the upper end face of the display control cabin 2, and a space generated by the height difference is used for accommodating the control circuit board, the light shielding plate and part of the cabin cover. Through the height difference design, the purpose of fully utilizing the installation space is achieved, and the miniaturization of the device is realized to the greatest extent.
The two sides of the bin wall of the display control bin 2 are respectively provided with a display control bin side wall heat dissipation hole 2-3.
Still referring to fig. 2 and 3, an induction bin connection column 1-5 with a connection through hole is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the radio frequency induction bin bottom plate 1-1 and positioned on the outer side of the protruding plate 1-2. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 6, the outer bottom of the control cabin 2 is provided with two hollow cylinders 2-2 extending downwards. The hollow cylinder 2-2 is matched with the induction bin connecting column 1-5, and the connection locking between the display control bin 2 and the radio frequency induction bin 1 is realized in a screw fixing mode.
In order to further improve the safety performance of the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment device for moxibustion fumigation, a temperature sensor is arranged in the radio frequency induction bin 1 and is in communication connection with a control circuit board in the display control bin 2. When the temperature in the radio frequency induction bin 1 is too high due to improper operation, the control circuit board controls the heater 9 to stop working.
The chip medicine cake box 7 comprises an upper box body 7-1 and a lower box body 7-2 which are matched with each other. As shown in fig. 8, the upper case 7-1 includes an upper case bottom 7-1-5 provided with an upper through hole 7-1-1, an outer edge of the upper case bottom 7-1-5 has an upper case flange 7-1-6 folded inwards (i.e., downwards), and the upper case flange 7-1-6 is used as an outer contour sidewall plate of the upper case 7-1. The trend of the upper box body flanging 7-1-6 is vertical to the upper box body bottom plate 7-1-5. The upper box body bottom plate 7-1-5 is also provided with a cylindrical upper isolation plate 7-1-2 which is integrated with the upper box body bottom plate 7-1-5 and is vertical to the upper box body bottom plate 7-1-5, the cylindrical upper isolation plate 7-1-2 is positioned outside the upper through hole 7-1, and an annular upper pressing plate 7-1-7 integrated with the upper box body bottom plate 7-1-5 is arranged between the cylindrical upper isolation plate 7-1-2 and the outer edge of the upper through hole 7-1-1.
As shown in fig. 9, the lower case 7-2 includes a lower case bottom plate 7-2-5 provided with a lower through hole 7-2-1, and the outer edge of the lower case bottom plate 7-2-5 has a lower case flange 7-2-6 folded inwards (i.e., upwards), and the lower case flange 7-2-6 is used as an outer contour sidewall plate of the lower case 7-2. The trend of the lower box body flanging 7-2-6 is vertical to the lower box body bottom plate 7-2-5.
