And under the condition that the network search result does not exist in the target PLMN, indicating that the terminal needs to perform limited network search. Under the condition that the search priority of the target wireless access technology is the highest priority in the priority information of the terminal, the terminal is indicated to search the cell corresponding to the target wireless technology preferentially when searching the limited network, namely searching the cell corresponding to the wireless ending technology associated with the cell where the last limited residence is performed preferentially. Therefore, the terminal can wirelessly adjust the search priority of the target wireless access technology, and can perform limited network search according to the default priority information.
In some embodiments, the terminal is further capable of determining whether to adjust the search priority of the target radio access technology based on the mobile path of the terminal prior to conducting the restricted network search. Correspondingly, under the condition that the network search result does not have the target PLMN and the search priority of the target wireless access technology is not the highest priority, the terminal can determine the moving path of the terminal based on the position change information of the terminal, wherein the position change information is used for indicating the position change of the terminal after the terminal is limited to reside in the cell last time; then, in the case where the moving path of the terminal does not exceed the preset range, the terminal can adjust the search priority of the target radio access technology to the highest priority. After entering the limited resident state, the terminal can record the real-time position of the terminal. Therefore, the terminal can determine the position change of the terminal after the last limited residence in the cell according to the real-time position recorded after entering the limited residence state, and further determine the moving path of the terminal from the last limited residence to the current network searching period based on the position change. In the case that the moving path of the terminal does not exceed the preset range, it is indicated that the terminal does not move a large distance in the period of time. When the limited network search is carried out subsequently, the terminal can reside in any cell corresponding to the target wireless access technology in a limited way with a high probability, and the target wireless access technology is the wireless access technology associated with the cell in which the terminal resides in the limited way last time. Therefore, the terminal can adjust the search priority of the target radio access technology to the highest priority, so that the terminal can perform limited camping on the cell corresponding to the target radio access technology preferentially. By deciding whether to adjust the search priority of the target wireless access technology based on the position change of the terminal after entering the limited residence state, the success rate of the limited residence of the terminal on the cell can be improved, and the situation that the search priority of the wireless access technology is blindly adjusted, so that unnecessary network search is performed by the terminal is avoided, and the power consumption of the terminal is increased is avoided.
Alternatively, in the case where the movement path of the terminal exceeds the preset range, it is indicated that the terminal has moved a large distance after entering the restricted stay state. When the limited network search is performed subsequently, the terminal can not reside in the cell corresponding to the wireless access technology associated with the cell in which the terminal resides in the last time in a limited manner, so that the terminal does not need to adjust the priority of the target wireless access technology to the highest priority. At this time, the terminal can perform limited network search according to the default search priority of the radio access technology.
In some embodiments, the target radio access technology includes a plurality of frequency points, and after adjusting the priority of the target radio access technology to the highest priority, the terminal can further adjust the search priority of the frequency points included in the target radio access technology. Correspondingly, the terminal can determine a target frequency point from a plurality of frequency points based on the cell where the terminal is limited to reside last time, wherein the target frequency point is a frequency point associated with the cell; then, in the case where the search priority of the target frequency point is not the highest priority among the plurality of frequency points, the terminal can adjust the search priority of the target frequency point to the highest priority among the plurality of frequency points. After the priority of the target radio access technology is adjusted to the highest priority, the terminal scans cells corresponding to a plurality of frequency points included in the target radio access technology preferentially when searching for the limited network. The terminal can sequentially carry out limited residence on the cells corresponding to the frequency points according to the search priority of the frequency points. When the search priority of the plurality of frequency points is set, the terminal can determine the frequency point associated with the cell, namely the target frequency point, from the plurality of frequency points based on the cell in which the cell is restricted to reside last time. And then under the condition that the search priority of the target frequency point is not the highest priority in the plurality of frequency points, adjusting the search priority of the target frequency point to the highest priority so that the terminal can carry out limited residence on the cell corresponding to the target frequency point preferentially. The search priority of the frequency point corresponding to the cell where the terminal is limited to reside last time is adjusted to the highest priority of a plurality of frequency points, so that the speed of limited residence of the terminal can be further increased, and the power consumption of the terminal during limited network search is reduced to a greater extent.
304. The terminal orders the plurality of radio access technologies supported by the terminal from high to low based on the priority information.
In the embodiment of the application, the priority information is used for indicating the search priority of a plurality of wireless access technologies supported by the terminal. In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can determine the sorting result of the searching priority of a plurality of wireless access technologies based on the sorting result. Therefore, the terminal can perform limited network searching according to the search priority ordering of the multiple wireless access technologies until the terminal successfully resides in the cell in a limited manner.

And under the condition that the network search result comprises the target PLMN, the terminal acquires default priority information of the terminal, wherein the default priority information is used for indicating default search priorities of a plurality of wireless access technologies supported by the terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the network search result comprises the target PLMN, the terminal is shown to search for the PLMN belonging to the same network operator as the HPLMN, namely, the terminal can acquire the normal network service provided by the core network of the network operator. Since the target PLMN supports a plurality of radio access modes, the search priority of each radio access mode is different. Thus, the terminal can acquire default priority information indicating default search priorities of the plurality of radio access technologies supported by the terminal before the target PLMN performs cell search.
307. And the terminal performs cell search under the target PLMN according to the default priority information, wherein the cell search is used for enabling the terminal to reside in a cell under the target PLMN so as to acquire normal network service.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can determine the default search priority of a plurality of wireless access modes based on the default priority information, and then the terminal can search the cells corresponding to the plurality of wireless access modes from high to low under the target PLMN according to the determined default search priority of the plurality of wireless access modes until the terminal successfully resides in the cell under the target PLMN. After residing in the cell under the target PLMN, the terminal can acquire the normal network service provided by the cell, namely, the terminal can normally access the network.
In order to further understand the network searching method provided by the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application also provides a schematic diagram of a network searching flow. As shown in fig. 5, in case that a UE (user equipment, i.e., terminal) is in a restricted camping state, the UE can start a timer and perform a network search in case that the timer expires. In the network searching process, the bottom layer of the UE may search for PLMNs first, and search whether there is a PLMN belonging to the same network operator as the HPLMN corresponding to the SIM card, that is, EHPLMNs and EPLMNs available to the UE. If so, the bottom layer indicates a PLMN list including EHPLMN and EPLMN to a NAS (Non-Access Stratum) layer of the UE, and after receiving the PLMN list, the NAS layer can instruct an RRC (Radio Resource Control Release ) layer of the UE to perform automatic network searching according to a search priority order of NR > LTE > WCDMA > GSM. The network search is intended to obtain normal services provided by the core network of the network operator. If not, the bottom layer indicates to the NAS layer that the searched PLMN list does not include an available EHPLMN and EPLMN. After the NAS layer receives the indication, the search priority of the RAT (Radio Access Technology ) associated with the cell in which the UE was restricted last time can be adjusted to the highest priority among multiple RATs, and the search priorities of the other RATs remain unchanged. And then the NAS layer instructs the RRC layer to perform limited network searching according to the adjusted searching priority of the plurality of RATs, wherein the network searching is aimed at obtaining limited services.
The embodiment of the application provides a network searching method, in the process of searching a network because a terminal is in a limited resident state, if the HPLMN of a SIM card of the terminal is not searched and belongs to the PLMN of the same network operator, before the limited network searching, the terminal can adjust the searching priority of a wireless access technology associated with a cell in which the terminal is limited last time to be the highest priority, so that the searching priority of the wireless access technology in the priority information of the terminal is higher than the searching priority of other wireless access technologies. According to the scheme, the priority of the wireless access technology associated with the cell subjected to the last limited residence is adjusted to the highest priority, so that the terminal can carry out limited residence on the cell under the wireless access technology subjected to the last limited residence success preferentially, the terminal is prevented from sequentially carrying out limited network searching according to the default searching priority, unnecessary network searching behaviors are reduced, the terminal power consumption under a limited residence scene is reduced, and the limited residence speed of the terminal is accelerated.
Any combination of the above optional solutions may be adopted to form an optional embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein.
The following are examples of the apparatus of the present application that may be used to perform the method embodiments of the present application. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present application, please refer to the embodiments of the method of the present application.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a network searching device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
The first search module 601 is configured to perform a network search through a SIM card in the terminal in a limited residence state, to obtain a network search result, where the limited residence state is used to indicate that the terminal cannot obtain a normal network service, and the network search result is used to indicate whether a target PLMN exists, and the target PLMN and an HPLMN of the SIM card belong to the same network operator;
a first adjustment module 602, configured to adjust, when the network search result does not include the target PLMN and the search priority of the target radio access technology in the priority information of the terminal is not the highest priority, the search priority of the target radio access technology to be the highest priority, where the target radio access technology is a radio access technology associated with a cell in which the terminal has been restricted to reside last time;
A second search module 603, configured to perform a restricted network search according to the priority information, where the restricted network search is used to make the terminal reside in the cell in a restricted manner.
In some embodiments, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another network searching apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The first search module 601 includes:

In some embodiments, the second search module 603 is further configured to perform the restricted network search according to default priority information of the terminal, where the network search result does not have the target PLMN and the search priority of the target radio access technology is the highest priority, and the default priority information is used to indicate default search priorities of multiple radio access technologies supported by the terminal.
In some embodiments, the target radio access technology comprises a plurality of frequency points, with continued reference to fig. 7, the apparatus further comprises:

In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 7, the apparatus further comprises:
An obtaining module 607, configured to obtain, when the network search result includes the target PLMN, default priority information of the terminal, where the default priority information is used to indicate a default search priority of multiple radio access technologies supported by the terminal;
and a third searching module 608, configured to perform a cell search under the target PLMN according to the default priority information, where the cell search is used to make the terminal reside in a cell under the target PLMN to obtain a normal network service.
The embodiment of the application provides a network searching device, in the process of searching a network because a terminal is in a limited resident state, if the HPLMN of a SIM card of the terminal is not searched and belongs to the PLMN of the same network operator, before searching the limited network, the terminal can adjust the searching priority of a wireless access technology associated with a cell in which the terminal is limited last time to be the highest priority, so that the searching priority of the wireless access technology in the priority information of the terminal is higher than the searching priority of other wireless access technologies. According to the scheme, the priority of the wireless access technology associated with the cell subjected to the last limited residence is adjusted to the highest priority, so that the terminal can carry out limited residence on the cell under the wireless access technology subjected to the last limited residence success preferentially, the terminal is prevented from sequentially carrying out limited network searching according to the default searching priority, unnecessary network searching behaviors are reduced, the terminal power consumption under a limited residence scene is reduced, and the limited residence speed of the terminal is accelerated.
It should be noted that, in implementing the functions of the network searching device provided in the foregoing embodiment, only the division of the foregoing functional modules is used as an example, and in practical application, the foregoing functional allocation may be implemented by different functional modules, that is, the internal structure of the server is divided into different functional modules, so as to implement all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the network searching device and the network searching method provided in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes of the network searching device and the network searching method are detailed in the method embodiments and are not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal, which comprises a processor, a memory and a transceiver; the memory stores at least one program code for execution by the processor to implement the network searching method provided by the various method embodiments described above.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a structure of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, the terminal 800 is a smart phone, tablet computer, wireless communication enabled computer or wearable device, or the like. The terminal 800 of the present application includes at least one or more of the following: a processor 810, a memory 820, and a transceiver 830.
In some embodiments, processor 810 includes one or more processing cores. The processor 810 connects various parts within the overall terminal 800 using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the terminal 800 and processes data by executing or executing program code stored in the memory 820, and invoking data stored in the memory 820. In some embodiments, the processor 810 is implemented in hardware in at least one of digital signal Processing (DIGITAL SIGNAL Processing, DSP), field-Programmable gate array (Field-Programmable GATE ARRAY, FPGA), programmable logic array (Programmable Logic Array, PLA). In some embodiments, the processor 810 is a processor integrated with a wireless fidelity (WIRELESS FIDELITY, wi-Fi) chip. The Wi-Fi chip is a chip with double Wi-Fi processing capability. For example, the Wi-Fi chip is a dual-frequency dual-transmit (Dual Band Dual Concurrent, DBDC) chip, or a dual-frequency synchronous (Dual Band Simultaneous, DBS) chip, or the like.
In some embodiments, memory 820 includes random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), and in some embodiments, memory 820 includes Read-Only Memory (ROM). In some embodiments, the memory 820 includes a non-transitory computer readable medium (non-transitory computer-readable storage medium). Memory 820 may be used to store program codes. The memory 820 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the various method embodiments described below, etc.; the storage data area may store data (e.g., audio data, phonebook) created according to the use of the terminal 800, etc.
In some embodiments, transceiver 830 is a fiber optic transceiver. The optical fiber transceiver is an ethernet transmission medium converting unit that exchanges twisted pair electrical signals at a short distance with optical signals at a long distance. The transceiver 830 is configured to convert an electrical signal of the terminal 800 into an optical signal and transmit the optical signal, and also convert a received optical signal into an electrical signal and input the electrical signal to the terminal 800.
In some embodiments, a display screen is also included in terminal 800. The display screen is a display component for displaying a user interface. In some embodiments, the display screen is a display screen with a touch function by which a user can perform a touch operation on the display screen using any suitable object such as a finger, a stylus, or the like. In some embodiments, the display screen is typically disposed on the front panel of the terminal 800. In some embodiments, the display screen is designed as a full screen, a curved screen, a contoured screen, a double-sided screen, or a folded screen. In some embodiments, the display screen is further designed to be a combination of a full screen and a curved screen, a combination of a special-shaped screen and a curved screen, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the terminal 800 illustrated in the above-described figures does not constitute a limitation of the terminal 800, and the terminal 800 includes more or less components than illustrated, or certain components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, the terminal 800 further includes a microphone, a speaker, an input unit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a module, a power supply, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described herein.

Adjusting the search priority of a target wireless access technology to be the highest priority under the condition that the network search result does not exist the target PLMN and the search priority of the target wireless access technology in the priority information of the terminal is not the highest priority, wherein the target wireless access technology is the wireless access technology associated with the cell where the terminal is limited to reside last time;
And carrying out limited network searching according to the priority information, wherein the limited network searching is used for enabling the terminal to reside on a cell in a limited mode.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the performing network search by the SIM card in the terminal in the case that the terminal is in the restricted resident state comprises:
starting a timer under the condition that the terminal is in a limited resident state;
And under the condition that the timer is finished, searching the network through the SIM card.

Determining a moving path of the terminal based on position change information of the terminal, wherein the position change information is used for indicating position change of the terminal after last limited residence in a cell under the condition that the network search result does not exist the target PLMN and the search priority of the target wireless access technology is not the highest priority;
and under the condition that the moving path of the terminal does not exceed the preset range, adjusting the searching priority of the target wireless access technology to be the highest priority.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the network search result does not exist the target PLMN and the search priority of the target wireless access technology is the highest priority, performing limited network search according to the default priority information of the terminal, wherein the default priority information is used for indicating the default search priorities of a plurality of wireless access technologies supported by the terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the target radio access technology comprises a plurality of frequency points, the method further comprising:
Determining a target frequency point from the plurality of frequency points based on the cell in which the terminal is limited to reside last time, wherein the target frequency point is a frequency point associated with the cell;
and when the search priority of the target frequency point is not the highest priority of the plurality of frequency points, adjusting the search priority of the target frequency point to be the highest priority of the plurality of frequency points.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein said performing a restricted network search in accordance with said priority information comprises:
Based on the priority information, ordering a plurality of wireless access technologies supported by the terminal from high to low;
And based on the sequencing result, performing restricted network searching until the terminal successfully and restricted resides in the cell corresponding to any wireless access technology.
