Description

Urinary system calculus discharge promoting device and calculus extractor
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a urinary system calculus discharge promoting device and a calculus extractor.
Background
Urinary system stones are common diseases of the urinary system, and can be found in any part of the kidney, bladder, ureter and urethra, and the stones of the kidney and the ureter are the most common, which account for about 80% of the stones of the urinary system. The operation means for removing the calculus comprise percutaneous nephroscope and laparoscopic incision calculus removing operation means and ureteroscope laser lithotripsy calculus removing operation means. The laser lithotripsy and lithotomy operation under the ureteroscope is performed through a natural cavity of a human body, is a minimally invasive urinary system calculus treatment method, and is a common and efficient calculus treatment scheme under the condition that calculus generation positions and the like meet operation conditions.
Taking ureteral calculus as an example, in order to enable a lens on a ureteroscope body to clearly acquire an image, a flushing hole on the ureteroscope body is generally required to be used for injecting flushing fluid into a ureter, for example, in the process of laser lithotripsy, the thinned calculus can be caused to move further to the upper section of the ureter along the ureter, even move into a renal pelvis or renal calyx under impact, so that the treatment effect is affected and the treatment cost is increased. To solve this problem, there are basket for placement behind the stones, which can exert functions including stone blocking and stone extracting, and a balloon for blocking the upper section of the ureter to protect the kidneys.
Currently, there are many studies on medical instruments for treating urinary system stones and the prior art, including the following patent application numbers (publication numbers): in the technical solutions disclosed in patent application documents of US4748971A, CN201410334432.6, CN201510809012.3, CN202310869331.8, CN202211425796.6, etc., urinary system stones are the most common disease species in the urinary system, and in order to promote the discharge of stones, further research on related medical instruments is necessary.

The invention provides a urinary system calculus promoting and discharging device and a calculus extractor, aiming at the problems of further researching the related urinary tract promoting and discharging medical appliance. The utility model has the advantages of not only effectively intercepting cracked stones, avoiding the upward movement of the stones to the ureter, but also having the characteristic of high interception reliability.
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the urinary system calculus promoting and discharging device and the calculus extractor, which solve the problems through the following technical points: the urinary calculus promoting and discharging device comprises a guide wire, wherein an air bag and a basket wire are arranged at the front end of the guide wire, and the air bag is positioned in front of the basket wire in the length direction of the guide wire;
The guide wire is provided with an air guide hole, the air guide hole is provided with an air inlet hole positioned at the rear end of the guide wire, and the air guide hole is provided with an air outlet hole communicated with the inner side of the air bag;
The basket wires are a plurality of, and the arrangement relation among the basket wires is as follows: the wire winding guide is circumferentially arranged at intervals, the front ends of the basket wires are fixed on the fixing rings, the rear ends of the basket wires are fixed on the sliding rings, the fixing rings are fixed on the wire guide, and the sliding rings are sleeved on the wire guide and can slide along the length direction of the wire guide.
In the prior art, in the operation of promoting discharge of urinary system stones based on ureteroscope, the adopted method comprises the steps of manually taking out stones with larger particle size through a basket or other tools after stone breaking is carried out on the stones by laser under the image acquired by a lens at the front end of a ureteroscope body, and discharging the stones with smaller particle size in a way of naturally falling and flushing a urinary tract. Taking the treatment of promoting the discharge of stones in the ureter in the urinary system as an example, in order to avoid the stones from further moving to the upper section system of the ureter in the treatment process, a stone blocking device is arranged at the upper end of the stones in the existing treatment process, the common stone blocking device is a basket and an air bag, the basket generally comprises a plurality of basket wires, holes are formed between the basket wires, the stones with smaller particle sizes, which are formed by crushing, still move to the upper section of the ureter through the holes when the fluid introduced into the ureter is flushed down, the introduced fluid also increases the pressure in the kidney to a certain extent, meanwhile, the prior art discloses a scheme that a blocking film is arranged on the basket, the basket wires are used as a skeleton of the blocking film, the blocking film is opened along with the opening of the basket wires, but the opening size of the basket wires determines that the edge of the blocking film still can not be well attached to the inner wall of the ureter, the stones move to the upper section of the ureter and the problem that the stones move to the upper section of the ureter and the pressure in the kidney is increased, and a certain risk is brought to patients. The airbag is used as: after inserting the rear to the calculus, through aerifing in the gasbag, the upper segment of gasbag inflation shutoff ureter compares in the basket, and the gasbag can be better cuts the ureter, avoid calculus further to the upper segment motion of ureter and avoid introducing outside fluid to lead to the increase of intrarenal pressure, but compare in the basket, in order to ensure the trafficability characteristic of gasbag in calculus position, the gasbag should not set up thicker and harder, the calculus has the risk of lacerating the gasbag and damaging ureteral mucosa under the fluid washout, simultaneously, if through pulling the gasbag, make the calculus move down in the ureter through the thrust of gasbag to the calculus, bigger calculus is direct to contact with the gasbag also probably lead to the gasbag to be impaired, simultaneously, compare the basket, because the gasbag can not retrain the position of calculus, so this kind of method also can increase the risk that ureteral mucosa is impaired.
Aiming at the characteristics of the tool adopted for achieving the purpose of promoting the discharge of the urinary system stones in the prior art, the scheme provides a urinary system stone discharge promoting device, taking the discharge promoting treatment of the stones in the ureter as an example, the specific using method is as follows:
Firstly, a ureteroscope body tube is inserted into a ureter, and the ureteroscope body tube is provided with a conduit hole;
