The hydraulic cylinder 132 is arranged on the mounting seat 131, and the mounting seat 131 is combined on the frame 180; the base 110 is combined on the frame 180, the base 110 is provided with a bidirectional parallel slideway, the moving rod 134 slides in the bidirectional parallel slideway formed by the guide seat 133 in the base 110, one end of the supporting frame 160 is clamped on the moving rod 134, the other end of the supporting frame 160 is propped against the lower part of the fixed plate 135, the supporting frame 160 plays a role of bidirectional support, and the support 121 can stably drive the side sealing plate 124 and the back plate 123 to move; the side sealing plate 124 and the back plate 123 are installed together through an opposite buckle structure, and are used for the side sealing plate 124 of the twin-roll thin strip continuous casting. The side sealing plate 124 is integrally assembled with the back plate 123 and then is combined with the bracket 121 through three bolts; the side sealing plate 124, the back plate 123 and the support 121 are integrated into a whole, the structure and the support 121 are connected together through the rotating shaft 122 and the adjusting component 140, and the balance component 190 is connected together to form a spring-like structure, so that the ductile molten steel in the molten pool is sealed, the design can meet the requirement that the output force of the side sealing structure meets the non-steel leakage, and the problem that the side sealing plate 124 is seriously worn due to large output force is avoided.
The adjusting component 140 comprises an adjusting nut 142, an adjusting screw 141 and an indicating disk 143, wherein an earring on one side of the adjusting component 140 is connected with the bracket 121, and an earring on the other side of the adjusting component is connected with the fixing plate 135; the balance assembly 190 is composed of a fixed seat 191, a push rod 192 and a return spring 193, and two sets of balance assemblies 190 traverse the bracket 121 and the bracket 121. The top thread 150 is held at one end against the fixing plate 135 and at the other end against the bracket 121. The adjusting assembly 140, the two sets of balance assemblies 190 and the jackscrews 150 form a four-point connecting structure, so that the side sealing plate assembly 120 can be better guaranteed to stably advance and retreat, proper output force can be given when the side sealing plate assembly runs to a working position, the side sealing plate 124 can be guaranteed to seal molten steel in a molten pool in a working state, abrasion of the side sealing plate 124 can be reduced, and the service life of the side sealing plate 124 is prolonged.
The side sealing plate 124, the back plate 123 integrating mechanism and the support 121 are isolated by the isolating sleeve 170, a certain space is reserved, which is called an air spacing layer, and the heat conducted to the side sealing plate 124 by molten steel can be effectively reduced through the space.
Because the temperature in the whole machine is higher in the whole continuous casting process of the thin strip, the moving rod 134, the fixed plate 135 and the seat body 110 on the bracket 121 are communicated with cooling water, so that the mechanism deformation caused by heat radiation generated in the molten steel casting process is avoided.
