Description

Power supply state identification device, identification method and power supply system
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of power equipment, in particular to a power supply state identification device, an identification method and a power supply system.
Background
In order to ensure the reliability of power supply of a power supply system for a station in a transformer substation, an important load usually adopts a double-power supply mode.
In the existing transformer substation alternating current power distribution cabinet, a single-phase live indicator lamp is additionally arranged on the three-phase alternating current air-break load side and used for displaying the live condition of a load, and for a three-phase power supply load, the function of the single-phase live indicator lamp is not affected by the phase of the single-phase live indicator lamp. However, when the load is a single-phase power supply load, the load is connected to the first phase of the first power supply system and the first phase of the second power supply system respectively, the second phase and the third phase of the power supply system are disconnected, if the live indicator lamp of the first power supply system is connected to the first phase and the live indicator lamp of the second power supply system is connected to the third phase, the problem that the phases are not corresponding exists, and when the alternating current of the first power supply system is turned on and off, the single-phase live indicator lamp is turned on no matter whether the alternating current is connected to the load or not on the load side of the alternating current. Therefore, the single-phase indicator lamp does not correspond to the single-phase load and does not affect the electrified indication function, so that a construction unit does not consider the problem that the single-phase electrified indicator lamp does not correspond to the single-phase load.
For the second set of power supply system, when the alternating current in the second set of power supply system is empty to open, because the live indicator lamp of the second set of power supply system is connected with the phase of the connection and does not correspond, the live indicator lamp is not on, but in fact, the load side of the first phase in the second set of power supply system can be electrified through the looped network, and because the live indicator lamp can not correctly indicate the electrification condition, the live indication fault occurs, and potential safety hazards exist.

It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a power supply system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, a power state identifying device 400 provided in this embodiment may be applied to a power supply system, where the power supply system includes a three-phase ac power supply, an air switch, and a load L sequentially connected in series; the power supply system can be a dual-power supply system and is provided with two sets of power supplies. For example, a first set of power supplies includes a first three-phase ac power supply 100 and a first air switch 200, and a second set of power supplies includes a second three-phase ac power supply 101 and a second air switch 201. Each set of power supply is connected with a power supply state identification device 400.
Optionally, the power supply system further comprises a first terminal strip 300 and a second terminal strip 301.
Wherein the first terminal block 300 and the second terminal block 301 are used for connecting the power supply system with the load L.
The power state recognition device 400 includes:
A load type selection module 1 for selecting a load type of the load L; wherein the load types include single-phase power supply loads and three-phase power supply loads; single-phase power load refers to a power supply mode using one phase line and neutral line of a three-phase ac power source to transmit electric power, such as a general socket, a lighting device, a home appliance, and the like. The three-phase power supply load refers to a power supply mode in which electric power is transmitted through phase lines and neutral lines, which are displaced 120 degrees from each other by three phase lines of a three-phase ac power supply, such as factories, shops, large-sized machine equipment, and the like. The actual application scenarios of the single-phase power supply load and the three-phase power supply load are not particularly limited here. The neutral line is a common intersection of three phases in a three-phase ac power supply, i.e., a line from which the neutral point is drawn.
The control module 2 is respectively connected with the load type selection module 1 and the three-phase alternating current power supply, and the control module 2 is used for detecting the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply in real time and determining whether the operation state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is abnormal or not according to the detected power supply state and the load type.
The state indicating module 3 is connected with the control module 2, and the state indicating module 3 is used for indicating the running state of the three-phase alternating current power supply.
The three-phase alternating current power supply is used for supplying power to the load L and the control module 2, the air switch is used for controlling the on-off of a connecting path between the three-phase alternating current power supply of the circuit and the load L, and the safety and the stability of the system can be ensured. In a dual-power supply system, only a single power supply is generally used for supplying power at the same time, and when one power supply fails, the power supply is quickly switched to the other power supply.
Specifically, an air switch on one side is closed, and the three-phase alternating current power supply supplies power normally. Taking the case that the first air switch 200 is closed and the second air switch 201 is opened, selecting a load type matched with an actual load by the load type selecting module 1, inputting the load type to the control module 2, when the first three-phase alternating current power supply 100 works normally, detecting the power supply state of the first three-phase alternating current power supply 100 in real time by the control module 2, inputting the monitoring result to the control module 2, judging whether the current power supply state of the first three-phase alternating current power supply 100 is consistent with the load type by the control module 2 through comparing the pre-input load type and the real-time monitoring result, and further indicating the comparison result by the state indicating module 3. The power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply refers to the three-phase electrification condition of the power supply, and if the three-phase alternating current power supply is electrified in only one phase, the power supply state is single-phase power supply; if the three-phase alternating current power supply is electrified only by two phases, the power supply state is phase-failure power supply; if three phases of the three-phase alternating current power supply are electrified, the power supply state is full-phase power supply. Illustratively, when the load L is selected to be a single-phase power supply load by the load type selection module 1, if the control module 2 detects that the current power supply state of the three-phase ac power supply is single-phase power supply, the state indication module 3 is displayed as normal; if the control module 2 detects that the current three-phase alternating current power supply state is open-phase or full-phase power supply, the state indication module 3 displays abnormality. When the load L is selected as a three-phase power supply load by the load type selection module 1, if the control module 2 detects that the current power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is three-phase power supply, the state indication module 3 displays that the power supply is normal; if the control module 2 detects that the current power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is single-phase power supply or phase-failure power supply, the state indication module 3 displays abnormality.
It should be understood that in the dual-power supply system, when the first set of power supplies normally supply power to the load L, the second set of power supply load sides are charged as well due to the ring network, so that the power supply state of the power supply state identification device on the second set of power supply load sides is the same as the power supply state of the power supply state identification device on the first set of power supply load sides. Illustratively, when the first set of power supply is used for supplying power, the second set of power supply is disconnected, the three-phase power supply indicating module 5 connected with the first set of power supply indicates the current power supply state of the three-phase alternating-current power supply (i.e., the first three-phase alternating-current power supply 100), and because of the ring network, the indication state of the three-phase power supply indicating module 5 connected with the second set of power supply system is the same as the power supply state of the first set of power supply system, so that the electrification condition of the load L is further judged according to the indication result.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the power supply state identification devices 400 are respectively arranged on two sides of the two-way power supply system, the control module 2 in each side of the power supply state identification device 400 is respectively connected with the load type selection module 1 and the corresponding three-phase alternating current power supply, when the load L is connected into the power supply system, the load type of the load L is selected through the load type selection module 1 and is input into the control module 2, the control module 2 detects the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply in real time, and then compares the power supply state with the preselected load type to determine whether the running state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is abnormal or not, and the current running state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is displayed through the state indication module 3. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment is that the load type is selected in advance through the load type selection module 1, whether the running state of the power supply is abnormal or not is determined through the control module according to the detected power supply state and the load type of the three-phase alternating current power supply, the current running state of the power supply is indicated through the state indication module 3, the charged condition of the load side can be judged through the indication result of the state indication module 3, the condition that the charged condition cannot be correctly displayed due to the fact that the indicator lamp is not corresponding to the single-phase charged condition of the load L is not needed in the construction process, and the reliability and the safety of the system are improved. Meanwhile, hidden danger of the ring network can be detected, and running risk is reduced.
Optionally, the control module 2 may include a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU) to implement logic control functions, as well as other arithmetic processing functions.
The following embodiments will each be described by taking the power state recognition device 400 on the first three-phase ac power supply 100 side as an example.
Optionally, the operating state of the three-phase ac power source includes: normal operation state, single-phase operation state, open-phase operation state, and full-phase operation state.
When the load type selection module 1 is a single-phase power supply load or a three-phase power supply load, the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply detected by the control module 2 in real time is consistent with the pre-selected load type. Illustratively, when the load type module 1 selects the load L as the single-phase power supply load, if the power supply state of the three-phase ac power supply detected by the control module 2 is also single-phase power supply, the operation state of the three-phase ac power supply is determined to be a normal operation state, and the state indication module 3 displays as normal; when the load type module 1 selects the load L as the three-phase power supply load, if the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply detected by the control module 2 is full-phase power supply, the running state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is judged to be a normal running state, and the state indicating module 3 displays that the running state is normal.
The single-phase operation state, the open-phase operation state and the full-phase operation state refer to operation states under the condition that the load type of the load L selected by the load type selecting module 1 is inconsistent with the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply detected by the control module 2 in real time. For example, when the load type of the load L is a three-phase power supply load, the load L is selected as the three-phase power supply load by the load type module selection 1, and if the control module 2 detects that the power supply state of the three-phase ac power supply is single-phase power supply, it is determined that the operation state of the three-phase ac power supply is single-phase operation state, and the indication result of the state indication module 3 is single-phase. If the control module 2 detects that the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is the phase-missing power supply, the operation state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is judged to be the phase-missing operation state, and the indication result of the state indication module 3 is the phase-missing.
When the load type of the load L is single-phase power supply load, the load L is selected as the single-phase power supply load through the load type module 1, and if the control module 2 detects that the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is a phase-failure running state, the indication result of the state indication module 3 is a phase failure. If the control module 2 detects that the power supply state of the three-phase alternating current power supply is a full-phase operation state, the indication result of the state indication module 3 is full-phase.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another power status recognition device according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, optionally, the status indication module 3 includes a first status indicator lamp 31, a second status indicator lamp 32, a third status indicator lamp 33 and a fourth status indicator lamp 34, where each status indicator lamp is connected to the control module 2, and one status indicator lamp corresponds to one running status.
Specifically, the normal operation state, the single-phase operation state, the open-phase operation state, and the full-phase operation state may correspond to the first status indicator lamp 31, the second status indicator lamp 32, the third status indicator lamp 33, and the fourth status indicator lamp 34, respectively. Illustratively, when the first three-phase ac power source 100 is in a normal operating state, the first status indicator lamp 31 is on; when the operation state of the first three-phase ac power supply 100 is single-phase, the second status indicator lamp 32 is turned on; when the operation state of the first three-phase ac power supply 100 is a phase loss, the third status indicator lamp 33 is turned on; when the first three-phase ac power supply 100 is in full phase in operation, the fourth status indicator lamp 34 is turned on. The present embodiment provides only one of the correspondence relationships, and is not specifically limited herein.
Alternatively, the light emitting colors of the first status indicator lamp 31, the second status indicator lamp 32, the third status indicator lamp 33, and the fourth status indicator lamp 34 may be different to intuitively display the current operation status of the three-phase ac power supply.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, different running states of the three-phase alternating current power supply are further represented by the state indicator lamp, so that abnormal conditions in the power supply system can be found and identified in time, and the reliability and safety of the power supply system are improved. And the power state recognition device can lighten the corresponding state indicator lamp according to the running states of different three-phase alternating current power supplies, so that a user can intuitively know the current power supply state of the power supply system, and fault diagnosis and elimination are convenient. Meanwhile, the operation convenience and the working efficiency of a user are improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of another power status recognition device according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the power status recognition device 400 further includes a power selection module 4, where the power selection module 4 is connected between a three-phase ac power source and the control module 2, and the power selection module 4 is configured to select one phase of the three-phase ac power source to supply power to the control module 2 according to a load type.
Optionally, the power supply selection module 4 includes a single pole three throw switch 41 and a first dial switch 42; three input ends of the single-pole three-throw switch 41 are respectively connected with a first phase A, a second phase B and a third phase C of a three-phase alternating current power supply, and an output end of the single-pole three-throw switch 41 is connected with the control module 2; the first dial switch 42 is connected to the control terminal of the single pole, triple throw switch 41.
The single pole three throw switch 41 can be used to switch the phase of the three-phase ac power source connected to the control module 2, so as to implement that one phase of the three-phase ac power source is used as the power supply of the control module 2. The first dial switch 42 is used for setting the working state of the single pole three throw switch 41 to change the gating path of the single pole three throw switch 41.
Specifically, the load type is selected by the load type selecting module 1, and the input end of the single-pole three-throw switch 41 is connected with one of the first three-phase ac power supplies 100 through the first dial switch 42 according to the load type, so that the first three-phase ac power supply 100 supplies power to the control module 2 normally. Illustratively, when the type of the load L is selected as a single-phase power supply load by the load type selection module 1, a one-phase power supply that supplies power to the load L may be selected as the power supply source of the control module 2; when the load type selection module 1 selects the type of load L to be a three-phase power supply load, any one of the phases of the first three-phase ac power supply 100 may be selected to supply power to the control module 2.
