Abstract

One embodiment of the invention provides a storage and transportation box lift truck compatible with various geometric-form aircrafts, which mainly comprises a support frame assembly, a longitudinal beam and a castor assembly, wherein the support frame assembly and the castor assembly are fixedly connected with the longitudinal beam respectively as shown in figure 1. The support frame subassembly contains four support frames, is located the longeron top, and the truckle subassembly contains four truckles, is located the longeron below. Wherein, each support frame contains the removable reducing bracket, realizes the loading of different geometry appearance aircrafts through the removable reducing bracket.
In one embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal beam is connected with the support frame and the caster wheel assembly in a welding mode. In other embodiments of the present invention, the stringers may be fixedly coupled to the support frame and caster assemblies in other manners.
In one embodiment of the invention, the structure of the supporting frame of the lifting vehicle is shown in fig. 2, and the supporting frame consists of a steel bracket, a belting, pins, a hasp, a detachable reducing bracket, a fixing bolt and a rubber pad. The steel brackets have grooves, for example circular arc grooves, for a close fit with the exterior surface of the aircraft. Correspondingly, the detachable reducing bracket is also provided with a circular arc-shaped groove for being tightly attached to the outer surface of the aircraft. The detachable reducing bracket can be arranged on the arc-shaped groove of the steel bracket, so that the reducing bracket is realized, and the detachable reducing bracket is suitable for aircrafts with different sizes. As shown in fig. 2, two straps are provided, one ends of the two straps are respectively connected with the rigid bracket, in this embodiment, the two straps are connected with the rigid bracket through pins, and buckles are arranged at the other ends of the two straps, so that the two straps can be opened or locked. In this embodiment, the structure of the buckle is: the end part of one bag belt is provided with a hook-shaped structure, the end part of the other bag belt is provided with a ring-shaped structure, the ring-shaped structure is sleeved on the hook-shaped structure to realize locking of the hasp, and the hasp can be loosened when the ring-shaped structure is separated from the hook-shaped structure. In this embodiment, the rubber pad is disposed on the strap, the steel bracket, and the detachable reducing bracket. In this embodiment, the fixing bolts are used to fasten the detachable reducing bracket to the steel bracket.
The aircraft storage and transportation box lifting vehicle can select the detachable reducing bracket according to the outline dimension of the aircraft. Wherein, the belting, the hasp and the hard bracket form a ring shape, and can be used for loading aircrafts with a certain diameter; after the detachable reducing bracket is arranged on the rigid bracket, aircrafts with other diameters can be loaded. The number of the detachable reducing brackets can be one or more, namely, the detachable reducing brackets suitable for aircrafts with different sizes can be designed, so that aircrafts with different sizes can be loaded, and the universality and the utilization rate of the storage and transportation box of the aircrafts can be improved. When the detachable reducing bracket is not used, the detachable reducing bracket can be fastened on the steel bracket through the fixing bolt. When the lifting vehicle is used for loading the aircraft, the supporting frame is tightly attached to the outer surface of the aircraft.
As shown in fig. 3, the lift truck can be loaded with an aircraft with a diameter x in an initial state, and the aircraft with a diameter y can be loaded by installing a detachable reducing bracket and a reducing rubber pad.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the difference from the above-described embodiments is that: the supporting frame only comprises a hard bracket (a steel bracket) and a detachable reducing bracket, and does not comprise a strap, a pin and a hasp, so that the loading of aircrafts with different diameters can be realized. For example, an aircraft with a certain diameter can be loaded through a rigid bracket, and after the detachable reducing bracket is installed on the rigid bracket, an aircraft with other diameters can be loaded. The detachable reducing brackets can be multiple, namely, the detachable reducing brackets suitable for aircrafts of different sizes can be designed, so that aircrafts of various sizes can be loaded, and the universality and the utilization rate of the storage and transportation box of the aircrafts can be improved. When the detachable reducing bracket is not used, the detachable reducing bracket can be fastened on the steel bracket through the fixing bolt. However, the fixing effect of this structure of the present embodiment on the aircraft is not good for the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
In other embodiments of the invention, the steel brackets may be replaced with hard brackets of other materials meeting the performance requirements, such as other metal brackets, fiber reinforced composite brackets, etc. that meet the strength requirements. Correspondingly, the detachable reducing bracket can be a steel bracket made of metal or the like, and can also be replaced by other materials meeting the performance requirements, such as fiber reinforced composite materials and the like.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the number of support frames in fig. 1 is four, and other embodiments may include other numbers of support frames, such as three, five, seven, etc. In other embodiments of the present invention, the number of casters in fig. 1 is four, and other embodiments may have other numbers of casters (at least two), such as two, six, etc.
The bag belt can be made of different materials such as metal, composite materials, flexible materials and the like, the width, thickness and other dimensions of the bag belt can be adjusted according to the use requirement, and the bag belt can be in a belt-shaped form or in other forms such as rope-shaped and thread-shaped forms and the like which can meet the strength requirement.
The strap and rigid carrier of the present invention may be of other construction than a pin connection, such as a hook and loop connection, a snap-fit connection, a hinged connection, etc., that serve similar functions.
In one embodiment of the invention, a composite aircraft storage and transport case is provided that includes the lift truck of the invention compatible with multiple geometry aircraft, ensuring that the aircraft is reliably secured within the storage and transport case, and can be used to support and secure the aircraft and to effect ingress and egress of the aircraft from the storage and transport case.

The storage and transportation box lifting vehicle compatible with the aircrafts with various geometric shapes is characterized by comprising a support frame assembly, a longitudinal beam and a castor assembly; the support frame assembly and the caster wheel assembly are respectively and fixedly connected with the longitudinal beam, the support frame assembly is positioned above the longitudinal beam, and the caster wheel assembly is positioned below the longitudinal beam; the support frame assembly comprises at least one support frame, each support frame comprises a detachable reducing bracket, and loading of aircrafts with different geometric shapes is achieved through the detachable reducing brackets.
2. The tank lift truck compatible with multiple geometry aircraft of claim 1 wherein said support frame assembly and said caster assembly are both connected to said stringers by welding.
3. The tank lift truck compatible with multiple geometry aircraft of claim 1 wherein said support frame further comprises a rigid bracket, said removable diameter-changing bracket being mounted on said rigid bracket.

The storage and transportation tank lift truck compatible with multiple geometry aircraft of claim 3 wherein said support frame further comprises straps, pins, snaps; the two straps are arranged, one ends of the two straps are respectively connected with the hard bracket through the pins, and the other ends of the two straps are provided with the buckles.
5. The storage and transportation tank lift truck compatible with multiple geometry aircraft of claim 3 wherein the support frame further comprises a fixing bolt; the detachable reducing bracket is selected according to the outline dimension of the aircraft, and is fastened on the hard bracket through the fixing bolt when the detachable reducing bracket is not used.
6. The lift truck compatible with multiple geometry aircraft of claim 3, wherein the support frame further comprises a rubber pad disposed on the strap, the rigid bracket, and the removable diameter-changing bracket.
7. The storage and transportation tank lift truck compatible with multiple geometric-shape aircraft of claim 3, wherein the support frame is tightly attached to the outer surface of the aircraft; the bag belt, the hasp and the hard bracket in the support frame form a ring shape and are used for loading the aircraft with the first diameter; and after the detachable reducing bracket is arranged on the hard bracket, loading the aircraft with the second diameter.
8. A storage and transportation tank lift truck compatible with multiple geometry aircraft according to claim 3 wherein said rigid carrier is a steel carrier.
9. The tank lift truck compatible with multiple geometry aircraft of claim 1 wherein said removable diameter-changing carriage is one or more.
10. The multi-geometry compatible aircraft storage and transportation tank lift truck of claim 1, wherein there are at least two casters in the caster assembly.
