Abstract
The invention relates to an urology electrotome switching device, which consists of an endoscope channel, an operation channel and a joint; the endoscope channel is an endoscope head imbedding channel special for the resectoscope, a limiting hole is arranged above the endoscope channel, and the limiting hole is matched with a limiting needle on the endoscope to prevent the abnormal displacement of the endoscope; the operation channel is a channel for placing a guide wire, a double J tube, a foreign body forceps and a biopsy forceps, the tail end of the operation channel is provided with a switch, and the tail end of the operation channel is provided with a water sealing cap; the connector is matched with the connector at the tail end of the resectoscope sheath, so that the switching device is stably fixed on the resectoscope sheath, and the cross section of the connector can be used for viewing the holes in which the endoscope channel and the operation channel pass.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an electro-cutting mirror switching device for urinary surgery, and belongs to the field of medical appliances.
Background
Electrotomes are the primary device for endoluminal urological surgery. Because the resectoscope has no effective operation channel, when the operation of the urology surgery in the cavity by using the resectoscope needs to keep the double J tube/take out the foreign matters, the common cystoscope needs to be replaced to complete the double J tube implantation/foreign matters taking out; this wastes a lot of time and adds additional instrument sterilization effort.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an electro-cutting mirror switching device for urinary surgery, which is used for adding an additional operation channel for guiding wires and double J-tube insertion/foreign matter extraction by replacing part of an electro-cutting mirror component so as to quickly realize double J-tube insertion/foreign matter extraction.
The invention is mainly composed of an endoscope channel, an operation channel and a joint:
An endoscope channel: the endoscope head is placed in the channel for the special purpose of the electric cutting endoscope, a limiting hole is arranged above the endoscope channel, and the limiting hole is matched with a limiting needle on the endoscope to prevent the abnormal displacement of the endoscope.
The operation channel is as follows: for the channel of imbedding seal wire, double J pipe, foreign matter pincers and biopsy forceps, there is the switch at the operation channel tail end, and the end has the water seal cap.
And (3) joint: the connector (including but not limited to the connector form shown in the drawings) is matched with the connector at the tail end of the resectoscope sheath, so that the switching device is stably fixed on the resectoscope sheath; the cross section of the connector is seen as a hole through which the endoscope channel and the working channel pass.

Fig. 2 is a rear view of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings:
In the example shown in the drawings, the endoscope channel, the operating channel and the joint are connected as one body; a limiting hole is arranged above the endoscope channel; the tail end of the operation channel is provided with a switch, and the tail end of the operation channel is provided with a water sealing cap; the connector is matched with the connector at the tail end of the resectoscope sheath, so that the switching device is stably fixed on the resectoscope sheath, and the cross section of the connector can be used for viewing the holes in which the endoscope channel and the operation channel pass.
The specific application flow is as follows: placing the resectoscope endoscope into an endoscope channel of the switching device, wherein a limiting hole arranged above the endoscope channel is combined with a limiting needle on the endoscope to prevent abnormal displacement of the endoscope; the adapter is combined with the connector at the tail end of the sheath of the resectoscope, so that the adapter is stably fixed on the sheath of the resectoscope, and the installation of the adapter is completed. The switch on the operation channel is turned on, and instruments such as a guide wire, a double J tube, a foreign body forceps or a biopsy forceps are placed through the water sealing cap, so that the operations such as double J tube placement, foreign body extraction and the like are completed.
Claims (4)
1. The switching device of the urology electric cutting mirror is characterized by comprising an endoscope channel, an operation channel and a joint.
