Description

Partition board
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a separator. And more particularly, to a separator plate formed in such a manner as to be supported by a single leg.
Background
Conventionally, as seen in patent document 1, for example, "a partition of a movable bar is provided, and the partition can be easily installed at a desired position of a bar such as a guest's waiting for use, and the position can be changed or removed" as a technical problem, "one end of a top plate partition 2 formed into a rectangular plate-like body is fixedly connected to the back surface of a panel 1 formed into a rectangular plate-like body, and a partition 3 formed into a rectangular plate-like body is fixedly connected to the other end thereof" (this document abstract section).
However, this structure has a problem in that the installation space is increased because one end of the top plate partition 2 formed as a rectangular plate is fixed to the rear surface of the panel 1 formed as a rectangular plate at right angles.
In addition, as seen in patent document 2, for example, there is known a "package product which is easy to store and assemble" as a technical problem (abstract portion of the document), and "a partition, barrier, partition furniture in which a folded cloth is unfolded and supported on a base plate by a tension of a rod, a rectangular base plate having a plurality of crescent legs provided on a bottom surface portion thereof is horizontally provided, 2 fishing rods of the same size are fixedly supported on a center of an upper surface portion thereof by a fixing member in a V-shape, 1 piece of cloth folded in the size is folded up on a crease, a tip end of the rod is caught in a bag provided at2 corners of both ends of the cloth, the rod is bent and hung, a string which is a loop extending from 4 corners of the hung cloth is caught in a cutout provided at 4 corners of the base plate, and the cloth is fastened and fixed" (claim 1 of the document).
However, this structure has a problem in that the installation space is increased because 1 piece of cloth folded in two to the above size is folded up, the tip of the rod is caught by a pocket provided at 2 corners of both ends of the cloth, and a string extending from 4 corners of the hung cloth and forming a loop is caught by a slit provided at 4 corners of the base plate.

Disclosure of Invention
[ Problem to be solved by the invention ]
The invention aims to provide a partition board capable of reducing the arrangement space.
[ Solution for solving the problems ]
In order to solve the above technical problems, the separator of the present invention is characterized by having a frame and a sheet, wherein,
The frame has 1 pillar part and a bending part with elasticity extending upwards from the pillar part;
the sheet is placed in tension in the curvature of the frame,
The pillar portion extends below the other end of the bending portion and can be supported by one leg,
The lower part of the bending part is opened, the diameter of the bending part in a free state before the sheet is tensioned by utilizing elasticity is larger than the diameter of the bending part after the sheet is tensioned,
The lower portion of the sheet is linear in a plan view.
Since the separator has the above-described structure, it can be constructed by stretching a sheet material in a bent portion of the frame, and it can be erected by simply inserting a pillar portion of the frame into a hole for example to support the sheet material.
That is, the strut portion of the frame is supported by a single leg, so that the frame can function as a separator.
Therefore, according to the separator, the installation space can be reduced.
In the separator, the curved portion may have a semicircular arc shape.
In this configuration, the sheet is stretched inside the semicircular curved portion, so that the divided area can be enlarged in spite of the single-leg support.
Further, by making the bent portion semicircular, the sheet can be well tensioned.
The separator may further include a support member having a cylindrical portion that supports the pillar portion by inserting the pillar portion therein.
In the above-described configuration, the spacer can be disposed at an arbitrary position by disposing the support member at an arbitrary position.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the separator according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in fig. 1, the separator 1 of this embodiment has a frame 10 and a sheet 20, wherein,
The frame 10 has 1 pillar portion 11 and a curved portion 12 having elasticity extending upward from the pillar portion 11;
The sheet 20 is placed in tension in the curved portion 12 of the frame 10.
In fig. 11, 11a represents an axis of the frame 10.
Since the separator 1 has the above-described structure, the sheet 20 can be stretched and set in the bent portion 12 of the frame 10, and the support portion 11 of the frame 10 can be erected by merely fitting it into, for example, a hole 41 (see fig. 2) of a bar counter or a table 40 in a restaurant or the like to support it.
That is, the strut portions 11 of the frame 10 can function as a separator by being supported on one leg.
Therefore, according to the separator 1, the installation space can be reduced.
The curved portion 12 has a semicircular arc shape.
In this configuration, the sheet 20 is stretched inside the semicircular arc-shaped bent portion 12, and thus the divided area (area of the sheet 20) can be enlarged in spite of the single-leg support.
Further, by making the bent portion 12 semicircular, the sheet 20 can be well tensioned.
As shown in fig. 1, the separator 1 of this embodiment further has a support member 30, the support member 30 having a cylindrical portion 32, the cylindrical portion 32 supporting the pillar portion 11 by inserting the pillar portion 11 therein.
In this configuration, the spacer 1 can be provided at an arbitrary position by providing the support member 30 as a base at an arbitrary position (see fig. 4).
The frame 10 may be integrally formed with the stay portion 11 and the bent portion 12 by a known material having elasticity (flexibility), such as wood (bamboo, etc.), synthetic resin, metal, or the like.
The sheet 20 may be mainly composed of a known material capable of shielding droplets and the like, for example, a synthetic resin sheet (including a film), cloth, paper, or the like.
In addition, the sheet 20 may be a transparent, translucent, or opaque sheet according to its use.
In the structure in which the sheet 20 is stretched in the bent portion 12 of the frame 10, for example, as shown in fig. 1, holes 21 are provided at appropriate positions of the edge portions of the sheet 20, and the edge portions of the sheet are connected to the bent portion 12 of the frame 10 by appropriate fastening members 22 such as strapping or ropes passing through the holes 21, whereby the stretching can be performed.
At this time, as shown in fig. 3, by using a frame in which the diameter D2 of the bent portion 12 (in a free state) before tensioning the sheet 20 is slightly larger than the diameter D1 of the bent portion 12 after tensioning the sheet 20, the sheet 20 can be tensioned by the elastic force (flexibility) of the frame.
In a portion (for example, both end portions of the bent portion 12) where a large tension acts between the sheet 20 and the frame 10, as shown in fig. 1, it is preferable to use a connecting member 24 for connecting the sheet 20 and the frame 10 more reliably.
The connecting member 24 shown in fig. 1 has a flat plate portion 24b and a cylindrical portion 24r integrally therewith, and a sheet is attached to the flat plate portion 24b in a sandwiched state, and a frame is inserted into the cylindrical portion 24r.
The structure of tensioning the sheet 20 in the bent portion 12 of the frame 10 is not limited to the structure of fig. 1, and a known suitable structure may be adopted.
The support member 30 may be any size and weight that can stabilize the support of the separator 1 leg, and may be made of any appropriate material, such as synthetic resin, metal, wood, or ceramic.
The above embodiments are described in further detail.
The separator 1 according to the present embodiment is suitable for the purpose of mainly contributing to prevention of infection by coronavirus or the like, and is suitable for the purpose of mainly preventing droplet infection.
The separator 1 of the present embodiment can improve visibility, affinity, safety, workability, service performance, convenience, and reduce the cost of the product.
The conventional partition plate using an acrylic thick plate or glass plate, which is used in face-to-face manner, is designed to cope with the structure for a window, and is not capable of detaching a barrier portion, and is premised on a fixed type, and has a large structure and heavy weight, and requires a large number of positions for a base to be mounted, and is expensive. Therefore, in a restaurant or the like where a large number of small dining tables are provided for use in face-to-face relation to a customer seat, it is difficult to guide the dining table to the customer seat.
The separator 1 of the present embodiment can remove the above-described drawbacks and also has the following effects.
By applying the principle of a bow having a curvature and a buckling, the disadvantages of a resin film or the like that is relaxed in a relaxed state and deforms the visual field can be compensated, and the tension of the barrier (sheet 20) can be maintained in a high state, so that the expansion and contraction of the material of the barrier due to the temperature change can be handled, the stretchability is excellent, the influence of the expansion and contraction of the material of the barrier due to the temperature change can be avoided, and the lightweight characteristic that is an advantage of the resin can be utilized, and the visibility of the visual field to the surface can be maintained well at all times.
In view of the principle of applying the bow, the portion (curved portion 12) corresponding to the bow is necessarily semicircular, arched, or fan-shaped on one side or both ends, and therefore, the shape with rounded corners without corners or protrusions is visually rich in affinity without uncomfortable feeling, and when various operations such as feeding food and drink from the opposite 90 degrees from the rounded corners are performed, there is no corner or protrusion in the line of sight compared with the square barrier, and it is safe (see fig. 5).
In the conventional structure, the leg portions and the base for supporting the leg portions of the barrier portion are large on both sides or in the center, or are provided in most of the lower portion of the barrier, but the partition plate 1 of the present embodiment can reduce the weight of the barrier portion (the bent portion 12 and the sheet 20) in the upper portion, and therefore can be formed only on one side (single leg), and can perform each operation on the dining table from the direction without the base, and therefore, by providing the window and the space S (see fig. 4 and 5) in the entire range of the lower portion of the barrier, the workability and the service performance can be remarkably improved in 3 directions of the front, rear, left and right sides of the dining table.
As shown in fig. 4, the partition board 1 according to the present embodiment is supported by a single leg, and can be easily provided as a partition board in a state exceeding the width of a dining table, for example, as a partition board on the left and right sides of a customer seat U on the dining table 40 in the form of a bar.
By using a lightweight resin or the like for the barrier portion, the portion (12) corresponding to the arch can be handled by a lightweight material, and therefore the entire upper structure is light in weight, and the cost can be reduced.
Since the connection of the leg portion (11) and the base portion (30) can be plug-in, the leg portion can be instantaneously detached by being pulled out from the base portion (30) without using the barrier portion, and the convenience is provided without moving the base portion (30).
The whole weight is light, so that the device is simple to move.
As described above, the separator 1 according to the present embodiment is excellent in visibility even when it is made of a lightweight resin material, has a rounded shape, and is improved in affinity and safety, and is capable of performing respective operations from 3 directions because the leg portion and the base portion are formed of only one side, and is also improved in workability and service properties, and is easy to detach, and is thus easy to handle, and is capable of performing sanitation management such as sterilization and cleaning, and is also capable of reducing costs as compared with conventional products because it is made of a lightweight material as a whole, and is applicable to a wide range of industries because it is possible to eliminate the need for a location for installation.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications can be appropriately made within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
For example, the number of the cells to be processed,
In the above-described embodiment, the pillar portion 11 and the bent portion 12 of the frame 10 are integrally formed, but may be formed so as to be separate and joined by an appropriate joint member.
The curved portion 12 of the above embodiment is formed in a semicircular arc shape having a center angle of 180 degrees, but may be formed in a circular arc shape (fan shape) having an isocenter angle of arbitrary 1/4 circular arc shape having a center angle of 90 degrees.
In the above embodiment, the separator 1 and the support member 30 are provided separately, but may be integrally formed.
The support member 30 may be secured to the table, bar, etc. 40 by a suitable securing mechanism, such as a screw, clamp (clamper), etc.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the support member 30 may be fixed to a table, bar, or the like 40 by a clamp 36. The support member 30 is a crank-shaped rod or tube in front view.
The support member 30 may be constituted only by a cylindrical portion 32 which is inserted into the pillar portion 11 to support the pillar portion 11. In this case, the cylindrical portion 32 is fixed to the dining table, bar counter, or the like 40 by an appropriate mechanism.
